Its another bobba tea place in Texas, with similar price range as any other bobba tea places. They offered wide selections of drink, and we liked what we ordered. Their bathroom was clean. As of September 2021, masking is madatory. If you planned on coming to this place, make sure to bring your mask. They do not provide a mask at the front.

Love this place! I initially liked this place because of the taste/price of their drinks (the Sea Salt Jasmine Tea is amazing). However, I earned even more respect for this business today, after seeing how their staff gracefully and calmly handled a couple of hecklers that were causing a scene. The situation couldve easily gotten out of hand if the employees lost their cool—however, they didnt, even when police arrived to the scene. Boba Latte will be my go-to boba place from now on, for sure. More power to their staff!

One of the best boba places Ive been to. The service was impeccable and the spot itself was clean, classy, uquie, and comfortable. The staff is genuinely nice and friendly. Only place I know where you can do 1/2, 3/4 sweet on your drinks. Ill definitely be coming back.

Clean and bright place. Lots of options in drinks and boba s including the option to pick your level of sweetness, and non dairy options for milk. Although they got the size of my drink incorrect, I pointed out and they immediately corrected it. Love the place.

Best vibes out of all the boba shops Ive been to around the DFW area (in my humble opinion). Great drinks, but even better people. Cant wait until they bring the board games back out, playing here was always a blast. Try 50-75% sweet if you dont have a major sweet tooth, but other than that any drink you get should be good.

The quality of drinks, service and staffs here are always amazing, very very consistent on every drinks they gave out. Julie also delivered to my once for some gallons of the tea when we were having problems with the pandemic last year, on time and friendly as always.Please be advised that they serve the tea taste very strong and flavorful if you are a person who like tea. My favorite is the Hong Kong styled Milk tea and the fusion peach tea. Been a customer since 2018. I wish I live near this store more :(.

Initially there was a tiny mix up of ingredients for my order. But when I tasted it and realized something wasnt right, I went back in and the staff were very helpful and gracious in making me the correct drink that ended up being Delicious! I will definitely be coming back here 👍🏼

This is my favorite boba shop, hands down! My go to is the Jasmine Green Tea with boba. They even sell it by the half gallon and gallon. The boba here are always perfect, soft and chewy 🤤. Must try!!!

It’s our first time visiting the store, so we didn’t know what to expect and had a lot of questions.However, the young lady at the front desk had her AirPod in her ears the whole time, so we had to repeat our questions/requests all the time. We ended up buying an extremely sweet smoothie as the staff didn’t bother to ask what sugar level we prefer to have.

I don’t know if their management has changed or something but the quality of their drink has noticeably changed a lot. I used to love going to this place especially cause of their free boba reward. But now it’s such a disappointment. I’m currently drinking my durian boba and it tastes nothing like it used to.

I don’t know about their smoothies but do not come for their milk teas. Their milk teas are horrible!! 🤢I even asked for almond milk too since I’m lactose intolerant and the tea is so bad my tummy is hurting like they put milk in it. Just never returning. Even when you see your order, the tea don’t look right. Look at my attached pic - if you bought that and they tell you that is milk tea? Uhm... no lol what?Edit:Changed from 1 to 2 stars cuz they will give me a refund.

One of my favorite boba places to go to and sit down and have a nice drink with my significant other. This place is always very busy but not overly crowded. Which makes it a nice place to chill out for a while. Maybe play a couple games they offer and spend some quality time.Enjoy

Drinks were very good, but ever since covid they dont have any place for guest to sit.Although guest arent allowed to sit there( in the dining room) it is very dirty with 4 people working behind the counter, even the counter where they hand your drinks is very dirty.. And they were not all that busy or fast at getting orders out..Why so dirty ?

Really nice little store. The bobba teas were delicious. You can actually choose your sweetness level. We also ate a cake filled with calamari and it was tasty. At this time, you unfortunately cannot eat in but it is well worth the drive.

I hate to leave a less-than-positive review, but I was a bit disappointed. I got a large honey tea latte with mini boba. Whoever made the tea left it soaking for far too long. The tea was really bitter and over-sweet at the same time. There were also a few tea leaves drifting in my drink that got in my mouth. The mini boba was clumped towards the bottom.I love my boba, but unless you’re desperate, I wouldn’t spend my money here again. (If you want the best boba in Dallas, check out FULLL tea in Plano—this is not an exaggeration. Their milk teas are stunning.)I would have asked them to make it again but I ordered for pick-up and was already on the road when I realized the state of the boba I was drinking...

Quick and attentive service with delicious drink options. After having a variety of the offerings I would suggest any one of the lemonade or limeade with bubbles or boba Pearls . My opinion on the atmosphere is swanky with a good hangout vibe. Bring your friends and family and play board the board games they have there.

Too much of sugar in their tea. Hong Kong tea is their signature one and must try, make sure to have 50% sugar to get the authentic feel of the drink.

Unfortunately, this place did not wow me. I had been here before and enjoyed it, but in my most recent visit my experience was “eh.” The service was friendly, the place was clean, and my drink was made quickly. But I ordered a taro tea, and the drink did not look or taste like taro tea (see photo). All in all, it wasn’t a horrible experience, but it wasn’t a great one either.Also note that the parking here is limited. I had to wait a few minutes for a spot.

Have had better Thai tea before, boba was not the best quality and kept getting stuck in thin straw. Bad aftertaste. Watered down tea. And not as sweet as desired. Good spot to hang out but not impressed by tea.

Love going here. No problem with cross contamination like other places. Due to food allergies, I have to be aware if that and pay good attention. They offer a few different types of milks like almond and soy if you are in that situation.

This place has the best smoothies. The mango smoothies are sweetened just right and its the natural, non artificial flavoring. You get a generous serving for the price value. I love this place!

Thirsty? Look no further because Boba Latte is the place to quench your thirst! We got two half gallons for a family shindig and there was not even a drop left. Everyone loved the original butterfly limeade and boba latte coffee. We already can’t wait to get more for the next get together or even for just a regular day. I love this place. They have a variety of drinks from tea to coffee to fruit drinks. I live the slushees the most. Prices are little expensive but comparable to the stores close by. Lastly this drink is my fav!!

Best Hong Kong milk tea in the DFW area

Their honey latte is my favorite! I think about it when I dont get my fix often enough. Also they have popcorn chicken thats the BEST! You wouldnt think a boba place could also serve good food but they do. Staff is always friendly too.

I’m very upset with Boba Latte. I came in 15-20 minutes before closing to order a drink. I noticed the drink needed to be fixed and so I knocked-before 10 o’clock, but they had already locked up and the employees ignored me

I come here about once or twice a month!! This place is absolutely fantastic and is just a door down from one of my favorite restaurants, First Chinese!! The staff here are always friendly and have a smile. The music is great and I just love the giant concrete table to do a bit of work from!!

First things first.. staff and their service is excellent.It was my first time and the young lady at the till(register) was super helpful and gave me the right stuff based on my given clues and my partners preferences. The taste of this drink was in our mouth for long time.. don’t know why but I felt refreshed after drinking it!

Favorite place for boba drinks

This place is amazing. Im so glad to have found a superior alternative to Starbucks nearby. I typically prefer thick dark black coffee, but my wife is a fan of the fancier options. These guys have excellent service and competitive pricing in a great location. I had the drink which is their namesake, and it was delicious. Strongly recommend to anyone who enjoys coffee when a little bit.

DO NOT CONSUME HERE. Used to love coming here with my girlfriend, but we went today and experienced the most unsanitary conditions regardless of covid-19 being an issue. Cashier rung me out, touched her computer then proceeded to make my drinks right after, without washing her hands of course or wearing gloves. BOTH employees had their mask on their chins, and were TALKING AND LAUGHING right over me and my girlfriends drinks. After they gave me the drinks, I asked why they would wear a mask on their chin? They both looked at each other in silence. Educate yourselves please, age doesn’t mean immunity. I walked out and threw my drinks away, keep my money if it helps you train your employees better for the sake of humanity.

Absolutely loved the takoyaki. Some of the best Ive had! Plus the service was amazingly fast and they supply you with board games to play while youre there. Would love to go again.

I would def recommend this place to others. Yummy drinks and yummy snacks. And for someone like me, who is lactose intolerant, they have plenty of alternatives that really goes well with their selection. It’s open seating with plenty of light for studying or chilling w/ friends.But beware, I did it find it alittle chilly the few times I went there ... or just that I had ordered a slush in the middle of winter in Texas 🤔😆

This was a favorite boba place of ours. I stopped in to show them some support in this hard time. Early on during COVID, I was impressed with how seriously they were taking customer health. Today, neither of the two employees bothered wearing gloves while preparing food. One was wearing his mask like a chin strap and gave me attitude when I asked him to actually wear it. The other was wearing his mask only over his mouth. They might as well not be wearing masks if they arent actually going to wear them to protect customers.

Boba Latte has amazing quality and their prices are great! The staff, Ive seen, are very patient and helpful as well.

Serve is quick but I wouldnt recommend it. The drinks dont taste fresh and the popcorn chicken just isnt great. It is nice that it is halal, but not great. For good boba I would go somewhere else. Mantra leaf is one of my favorites. So its okay but do not want to go.

Super yummy! Pretty good thai tea and a bold iced mocha with real chocolate! Cheesecake frappes are worth a try-surprisingly good! Yummy taro smoothie- it doesnt have that gross artificial aftertaste that some other places do. Dairy alternatives for lattes and drinks. Quick Asian food and snack options are offered, but I havent tried them. Nice, clean, rather minimalist interior. The bakery next door is also really good!

By far best boba place Ive ever been to. I can proudly say this place makes me drive 30 minutes out of the way sometimes just to grab a drink, and that says a lot. Service is always really great, the food isnt bad at all, but their drinks are to kill for. Using fresh ingredients and allowing the option to mix flavors allows for an enriching experience every time. If you havent stopped by yet I highly recommend you do and let our your inner mixologist on one of their smoothies

I really like the variety of drinks here, from sweet to creamy to spicy. They even have food options and kid snacks. Good place to hang out with friends. Space is roomy and clean, and they even have high chairs! I do wish portions were slightly larger and teas not as heavy on the ice. Parking lot is small, but there are lots of lots right around the corner.

Been comming here for over 10 years, great place for a delicious drinks and hot snacks! The fried Calamari is good even had a little spicy kick.
