Went to look at a used car that was listed online. Drove it and another and was pleased. Went to sit down and talk through the process and was handed paperwork with an additional $1995 dealer added accessories fee. Listed as a loyalty package. Asked what the fee was for and was told it was something they added on all their cars. Very bait and switch tactic. The car came out to almost five grand more than they listed after the fee... Another $300 additional fee and taxes on the fees really start to add up. So they are advertising one price in order to be competitive online, but then adding extra made up fees. Even called the salesman to let them know we were uncomfortable with it. Didnt really care, they said thanks for the feedback. Would not have had a problem if the car was even a little more online, but was extremely dissatisfied with the underhanded business model. Good luck to them. Toyota has a great product, shouldnt have to resort to these kinds of tactics.

Bait and switch! We found a truck advertised online and were willing to pay the advertised price. When we got the paperwork they had added an extra $3000 and said it was for making it market ready! They also offered half the amount of other dealerships for my trade in. I feel badly for all the unsuspecting customers who don’t know the difference that they are taking advantage of. Shame on you Dallas Toyota.

Sale guy Bryant J would not take responsibility for anything and kept providing FALSE statements. It took multiple unnecessary trips because of his slick tongue. I will not buy a piece of accessory from here less know another car. Worst experience!! I waited over a month before sending review to ensure I felt the same way. Run Run Run

Agree with the other reviews on the bait and switch. I looked at the price of a Rav 4 online then they added another $5k for market adjustment once I had already spent 2 hours there. I understand this is a crazy market right now but not all dealerships are doing this. I wouldnt fall for this unless you absolutely love Toyota, but there are plenty of competitive brands on the market. Dont waist your time like me and try to get the price upfront.

David Bogaev is awesome. Simply awesome.I found myself in a situation where I needed to move forward with replacing my 2010 Honda Accord. I knew thought that I needed a truck.Unfortunately, I couldnt wait for the current inventory issues to resolve nor wait the 2 to 3 months for an order to be fulfilled. Toss in there that when I buy a vehicle, its typically a 10-year vehicle and inclined to include the creature comforts.He did an excellent job at understanding the immediate and long-term needs for a truck. He looked for options and presented options for both now and later. When we pivoted to the idea of a lease, he was able to find a viable option in less than a day.From start to finish, it only took a week. Five days actually.I have every intention of returning to Toyota of Richardson. Not only because theyre covering maintenance for the next three years and because Ill have to turn in the vehicle at the end of the lease, but also to actually purchase that 10 year vehicle.I highly recommend him.

So basically they are overpricing the car, using there website for luring people to come to the dealership. The price i saw for corolla on the website for lease was 210 with 2k down, they guy give me 410 price with 4k down with straight face, they are not honoring the prices on the website making dealership markeup 4 to 5k. Don’t go there if they are saying on the email to come and talk because they just want to waste your time.

I was told that I could use Enterprise while I left my car there for a check up free of charge. I came back to return the car and later was charged $150 for the rental. After calling both Toyota and Enterprise to contest the charge, Enterprise told me they made a mistake and would take off the charge. 2 months later and the charge has not been taken off. Do not go here! Drive the extra 5 miles to go to a better Toyota dealership.

After 2 months of calling Toyota Rockwall to buy a new 4Runner and getting no where, I finally gave up and tried Toyota Richardson.David immediately listened and helped me find the exact model I needed for my family.Not only did he go above and beyond, he did not try to over sale me on something I did not need.Once my order was placed, I was thinking I would not get my 4Runner for a couple of months, but David wouldnt have that. Pay attention to your paperwork before you signed, no matter how tired you are. I didnt, and get to find $2244.21 added to my fees for total charges and amount paid to others including $1895 for service contract which makes my $5000 deposit looks like nothing. I bought my car from Toyota on 10/07/21 and a week before my first payment was due (11/06/21) i called Toyota of Richardson and asked why i havent received any payment information and was told by a finance man that i should called Mechanic Bank, i asked why because i have never hard of that bank name before. The finance man told me that i will be making my payment to Mechanic Bank and not Toyota, i asked why i wasnt told this before like while i was sitting and talking to a finance man called Syed. This is not my first car with Toyota but my first at Richardson. I called and explained to the sales man that help me pick the car, he said he will talk to Syed and his boss so i can explained my side but i never received any call. All i am saying is, if the people at Toyota of Richardson has other side business, dont just send innocent customers information somewhere without explanation because you know they will refuse and walk out. Instead you wait for them to find out on there own that they are dealing with some other bank that is not Toyota. I know i will never see or talk to any of these nuisance again and i never want to ever step foot or recommend anyone else to Toyota of Richardson. This is where the Devil do wear suite.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on our 2016 Highlander today and noticed on the invoice that they put Zaks C500 oil conditioner into the car at a $20 charge. We were shocked they put this in without our permission. Called Toyota USA and they DO NOT recommend this. Called Toyota of Plano and they DO NOT use additives without a specific performance problem they are trying to fix. Called the dealership and let them know we arent happy. I hope this material is compatible with the Castrol Toyota 0 W 20 synthetic they are using and does NOT cause problems with our engine but who knows? Certainly not the dealership. I dont care about the 20 bucks and would gladly have paid an additional $20 if they would have simply complied with Toyotas recs.Discovered that Berkshire Hathaway OWNS Toyota of Richardson and also OWNs ZAK products!Beware if you are using this dealership for your oil change!!!

Joke of a place, exact reason why people hate car dealerships. Don’t go here. Smug attitude sales people and delayed on purpose when I wanted to leave to get my planned trade in car keys back since we couldn’t come to a deal on a vehicle. They also know ZERO about what they have inventory wise, especially the non-Toyota vehicles that are in their lot. Highly highly recommend you literally go to any other dealer.Owner needs to fix the attitude of the dudes here…..

I came in for a Camry and had set an appointment for the car, when we came in the salesman computer said the car was still available but when he checked in the back it was sold this was after letting him know we would be financing out of house, when he came back after letting us know it had been sold he instantly jumped to offering us another car an older cheaper brand. I then emailed another salesman under a different email cause the story didnt add up, and to my surprise he emailed back saying the car was available, a car I had been told just an hour ago had been sold. I dont know seems like kind of a shifty way to run a business, and the listing for that car is STILL up, disappointing.

We went to purchase a used car and there were several salesmen that showed disrespect the second we walked in. Anderson was the salesman that helped us and was trying to mark up a used vehicle by $2000 and that we couldnt negotiate on that. When we were negotiating on price, the sales manager told us that he felt disrespected by our offer and asked us to leave because he was done dealing with us. So, we went to Toyota of Plano which made us feel like family and we ended up purchasing a new vehicle that was a year newer and in better condition and ended up paying less than what Toyota of Richardson tried to sell me one for. I will not be going back to Toyota of Richardson and I wont recommend this dealership to anyone.

KB was amazing! He took his time explaining to me my options & made it possible for me to get my Toyota Corolla. He made sure my car was sanitized before handing me my keys. He was constantly letting me know what was happening when he was talking to his manager and the bank. I was able to purchase my first car thanks to him. Do not try an buy a vehicle from Toyota of Richardson. The prices advertised online do not include a $1395 “flat fee for all used vehicles over 1k miles.” This is a common tactic used to get people interested and then add on other fees to make more money. If this is truly a fee added to every vehicle, then there should be no reason it’s not added to the price or listed on their website. There are plenty of other dealers that are honest and upfront about their additional fees.

Went in for a Trade-In, test drove a new car, recently added to the used cars inventory at this location. Once we started talking about numbers and the monthly payments; my husband and I were not comfortable with proceeding. Respectfully informed them we could not proceed with the deal. Mind you, they still had my husband’s DL even after the test drive. We asked for it on two separate occasions.After we informed the sales person that we could not proceed with the deal, we were introduced to the financing manager. He explained why our monthly payments would be so high, even though we had a trade in. I stated “before we can continue this conversation, I would like for my husband to receive his DL back.” After I stated that, the financing manager stormed off, slammed the paper with the financing information on it onto a desk; and proceeded to his office. His behavior was childish and inappropriate for the occasion.Please be mindful of the respect that you as a business give to customers. Thank you.

DONT ACCEPT what the guy from INDIA is offering you as service: WIPERS and CABIN FILTER.He said after certain amount of miles you have to change the wipers.CARS DONT DRIVE ON WIPERS!Wipers are for rain…Other thing future customers: BALANCING and ALIGNMENT IS NOT AND NEVER WILL BE COVERED by whatever plan or offer they make when you are buying. Bought a brand new 2021 Supra from them, pricing was great and the salesperson was great. However the Navigation system was never activated per the normal PDI process. Now when I attempt to get it activated they require me to show up physically before they even attempt to request the activation code from BMW (Which can take up to 3 days). I dont have 3 hours in my day to waste just so yall can verify a mistake you made during the PDI. Sales process was great, only reason for the 3 stars. Pretty disappointed with the service aspect and will be going to a different dealership.

Purchased a car for my daughter. After lots of negotiation, the price was settled. Once we got to finance, I happen to look over the numbers before signing and the salesman has switched the numbers resulting in a higher cost! Once I called them out, the numbers were quickly changed back to our agreed upon price. In addition, the salesman never showed my daughter how to operate the car. Basically gave her the keys and said thanks! When we got home, I noticed the back window didnt work. I took the care to service department to see what was going on. The manager, Scott, told if I didnt have an extended warranty, I would have to pay the diagnostic fee just to see what the issue was. This is worst place ever!! Do not go here. They will lie to you and then try to sneak extra cost in. Save yourself some time and heartache! Take your care to Toyota of Plano

Im incredibly disappointed in this experience. I came in to purchase a vehicle with my financing already in place with my credit union. They tell me they wont allow outside financing, I needed to go through their lenders. I say fine, I will just take your loan and refinance before a payment is even due. Well, the the title work was input incorrectly and it is going to take 60-70 days to get it updated. Meanwhile, I have to make this outrageous payment the next 2 months while Im waiting on this to get worked out. I call in to see if there is anything they can do, and Im told sorry. Thats awful customer service on your part Toyota of Richardson. Had I been able to use my own financing I wouldnt be stuck in this situation.

I came in with the alternator broken on my car at this dealership. During inspection they found my brakes and radiator also needed repairs. I was shocked by how much they wanted to charge me for all the repairs, unfortunately I was stuck because of the alternator. That was the only part I had fixed there, unfortunately it took literally twice as long as promised so I ended up spending several hours trapped.As an added bonus when I finally did get the car the drivers entry was full of smears from the mechanic getting in and out of the car. I specifically mention this because when I took the car straight to Brakes Plus in Carrollton where my bill was 1/3 less, they actually cleaned Toyota of Richardson’s mess! Guess where I’m not going any more…

Everything was awesome! We called over the phone, and told the sales rep what we wanted, and all of our info. When we drove up to the dealership everything was pretty much done, and they got the deal exactly how we wanted it. Jonathan and Ryan are amazing salesman. Even the finance department, Curtis was such a great help and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! If I could put more than five stars I would definitely do it!

Update to my review: Ive reached out to the email address from Toyota of Richardson that commented on my review, the day he commented. Its been a week and still nothing, so its just further affirmation of the type of service youll get here.Ive gotten the run around from the salesman Ive been dealing with since March. Back in March I placed an order with one salesman and put down a deposit. I was told that due to the shortage I would expect to wait 3 months. I checked in every month (which took him always about a week to respond after calling and emailing a couple of times). In the 3rd month deadline I contacted him again and was told by someone else that the previous salesman no longer worked here. I was then told that my order was on hold because there would be a further wait since bench seats were not being put into the Highlander models (standard option on the Limited trim). This surprised me but I said I would continue waiting. Fast forward another month and when I contacted the other guy, the first guy responded to me and said the order is cancelled by his director for no reason. My husband immediately called and tried to reach him (who surprisingly never left) and he said he didnt know the reason why and would follow up. It has now been a week with no response, and no refund to my initial deposit either. On a side note I contacted another Toyota dealership and asked to order my car (with the same features as previously ordered through Richardson Toyota) and was told there was still a shortage but there would be no issue ordering a bench or any hold up related to a bench. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership. I have had Toyota and Lexus cars all my life and this is very disappointing to hear. I dont know if its the director to blame or the sales staff but its completely unprofessional. I am fully aware of the shortage and did not try to shorten the wait or anything, but would have appreciated transparency and responsiveness.

This is second time I was there for car oil change. First time also they took long time. This time the service advisor so rude and responsible at all. She, Allison Beth Anne rose didn’t even update me that how much more time it will take and I went at 8.15 at that time she said it will be ready by 10 but I came out 12.30 pm instead of 10am. She is not even answering my questions. She is so rude and irresponsible. This is worst experience I ever had. I never recommend this location at all. I don’t have an option to give no star. Otherwise I should have given that.

My complaint is with the service department: I bought a brand new highlander there. At the 10K mile maintenance (the package was included), I was told I needed new brakes! This was a bogus claim and I told the service rep as much. He told me Toyota didn’t use high quality products like brakes/pads. At my 20K checkup, I pulled in and was told only my oil change was covered…not the rest (cabin air filter, rotate/balance…)! This man tried to tell me it would be almost $200 of service. This was an outrageous lie. He also said I needed my alignment done, without having driven it. I guess he saw a woman and figured I didn’t know better. I do not trust this service department and would advise anyone else to be attentive if using them.

I was at this location to rent a car from Enterprise (located inside the lobby) around 4 pm today, sept 13. There was an employee (based on your website, I think it was Chris Putnam) that was a tall white male wearing a black mask. He was being incredibly rude to a customer who was stating he could not pay for a service performed that he did not agree to having done.I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. My husband and I were in the lobby and we both could not believe what was being said. The employee said “You’re GONNA let me finish” as well as “Are you going to listen to me now?”It was the most disgusting behavior I’ve ever witnessed. I live close to this location but take my car to a different Toyota dealership that I purchased it from. I was considering getting my services done at this location, but I will certainly never return here.The man who was being berated deserves any services performed for free. He doesn’t owe this dealership anything after being spoken to that way.

Bought new RAV4 from them. Waited 2 weeks and got my vehicle. Found out window on passenger side does not roll down. Brought back after few weeks for repair. Person at service dept told me they are about to close and will cost me $155 diagnostic fee. Remind you it’s brand new Rav4 which they sold me.I reschedule it with my first oil change. This time service person is you have to leave the car, which is fine.Can I have shuttle service No!!!!They only provide 10 mile radius shuttle service. Their answer with attitudeDrop it off and wait till 4 or get your own ride. It would be nice if I was told it’s all day job and you don’t provide shuttle service based on my address.Supervisor is always with all the answers. He tells me you should know we have to take door a part and see what’s the problem. It’s more than oil change. I was speechless, how did he find out I am mechanic and know it takes all day to diagnose it.I had to leave agin without service. I did not want this psychic to know more about me.Save yourself find find some other place.

It is unfortunate how Toyota Dealerships can not be consistent in service. The one time I decided to go to a different one, it has been THE worse service. I made an appointment for a simple oil change that took 2 hours. The service agent then brings me the wrong set of keys and tells me he cant find mine. During this time, I have now been charged $75 for who knows what, remind you, I have Toyota CARE. Keys are found but now I was refunded $25 and somehow still responsible for $50.I had to get out of there! Now, I deal with trying to get in touch with a manager. Somehow he is no where to be found for the past 2 days now and no one has record of service that was completed on my vehicle. Thats a slight concern.Needless to say, AWFUL! Toyota is #1 service, but now here at Toyota of Richardson. Do yourself a favor and save time and go somewhere else.

We got a great deal on a used car in fantastic condition. Jon Patterson (sales) was very friendly and informative. He worked 2 hours after his shift to make sure we got everything we needed. He got a car that had only been on the lot for 1 day, ready for us in less than 24 hours.Syed Ali (Financing) got us in and out of the financing department very quickly. He walked me through getting the best deal possible, while also increasing my wife and my credit score.Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

Kaelon Burks (KB) from used car section offered me to visit the dealership so that he can beat price offered to me by other dealers for my 600 miles driven (practically new car with no damages/wear-and-tear).After my visit, he quoted 25% lower the existing offer I had (the amount he claimed to beat).Of course he did not have any justification for quoting this low.Based on this pathetic attitude by used car team, I have decided not to do any business with this dealership in future.

Im not telling you anything you dont know about salesmen when I say everything was talked up when I was buying but I was oversold on what the extra warranty covers and also the included services after purchase. I was told the truck would be detailed every 6 months after purchase which honestly Im buying the truck anyway so why lie about that? I called and made an appointment for service and detail and the lady on the phone scheduled it. I dropped the vehicle off with Scott in the service department and told him I was there for service and detail. He took the truck and said it took about half the day and would I like them to check the alignment. I got a call about a tire needing to be replaced because of a nail, Martin sold the car with an extra warranty that he claim covered tires, Scott said it didnt. I asked him to patch the tire, Scott said no one would patch, not discount tire or anyone else. Odd since Ive had tires patched before and, no, it wasnt sidewall.I got off work late so I went ahead and paid them over the phone and picked up the truck with my spare key. The truck had been vacuumed and looked exactly like it had when I dropped it off with one exception. The clear coat had been scrubbed off the front left corner! I called Scott the next morning and told him what I found and then I got told there was no detail just a clear coat protectant and they did what they could cause I was supposed to bring it in already clean. So Im wondering why the girl who took the appointment and Scott himself never objected when I said I was bringing it in for detail and this is without considering Martins role in selling it this way and of course the damage. Scott says his hands are tied, Ive got to talk to a sales manager. I dont get a call, I get a text asking me to try to rub the spots off and theyll give me a free detail next time I come in. No offer to fix the damage. He did make a point of telling me he couldnt believe Martin wouldnt have sold it the right way. If you have to buy your car here, I wouldnt recommend servicing it here. We wont be back for anything ever.

I bought my Avalon used from Richardson Toyota. I recently made an appointment on a factory recall item. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told it had no part. I had made the drive for nothing. BUT, I wrote Brad Clark, the general manager, and things turned around. He not only picked up my car for the recall work, he changed the oil and detailed the car. This man understands customer service! Errors are committed every day, but Brad Clark knows how to make it right. Thank you!

I went to the dealership and Ford a used Ford Focus. As soon as I told him I was financing through my credit union they said they wanted me to finance through them. I told them I wanted to stay with my credit union. They then added 2500 to the price that was already on their website and said it was a service fee. When I told them my bank said it wasn’t appraising at that price they refused to bring the price down. They said I should just finance with them. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I purchased the car about month ago and put the paper aside till today when it was time to make monthly payment. That day I was in hurry as I left my kids with my mom and she called me to come pick up the kids, I needed to sign the papers quick so I can go pick up my kids. Today I realized the person who did the paper work snuck in a $3660 service contract which I did not verbally agree on. He knew I was in a hurry to get to my kids and snuck in this service contract knowing I was in hurry and wouldnt read over completely. I will never go back here to go buy a car and I will make sure my voice is heard over social media!!!

Justin Ryan from service department, is a great person he helped my car service and state inspection done very quickly. I highly recommend going to him.I had vent to Firestone at Wylie to get state inspection and they said dls signal is not working and state inspection failed and told to contact toyota dealer.I went to toyota service of Johnson Dallas location (do not recommend going) they said I have to leave the vehicle overnight to diagnose the issue but they can finish the 10k mile regular service, since it was far away from my friends home I went to Richardson location. When they gave me the car they wrote something big on driver side windshield and didnt even bother cleaning it.At Richardson location I met with Justin, he said that Dlc signal should word as its a new car and immediately tested with an equipment and said its working 🙂. Eventhpugh it was 545pm he took my car and performed both service and the state inspection.

After working with used car salesmen Ryan, not the best experience here. He got overly loud and aggressive during the process. Ended up going to Toyota of Dallas and buying a car there for exactly what we were looking for. Ryan insisted to “look me in the eye! Because I’m telling you, you won’t find a car with that mileage and price.” We did, just not here.

If you run into problems with your car purchase the co director will not help you. The car sales men are much more honest and humane than directors. Please test drive your car, check the engine and everything accordingly. Do not think you will get a good car because you are getting a car from a big company like Toyota, things could go wrong and you are on your own. Director will sing you a political song of we will take care of you while being dishonest, the truth is you got you. For a company such as this what they only want to get is $$$$$$. Clearly I see leadership is about politics and lip service.

The worst vehicle buying experience and service center ever in my life! I have two cases(one currently open) against this dealership. I bought a brand new 2021 Toyota 4Runner and about a month later lost all audio in the vehicle. The service center tech suggested that a after market amplifier/subwoofer caused the problem so they said they would not warranty the item right. Well it turns out, he misdiagnosed what the real problem was and they refused to investigate or send any items out to be checked by the manufacturer or Toyota to diagnose the issue! Its strictly all on the tech opinion which was wrong. I called the service center today and the customer service rep to see how we can try to resolve this whole situation again after 2 months already with no audio and I have yet to receive a phone call. Keep in mind the Manager has never contacted me about this whole situation period! Save your selves time, money, and hassle by going to another highly rated dealership! Explained my situation and even the manager here screwed up to change 1 tire in my car so I’ve had to wait more than 1 hour, I could have avoided spending money on a new tire if this place had done its job the first time! Had an appointment for an oil change and got here at 1.20. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to come and check-in the car. I was told that it would take a while and said the estimated time to complete oil change is 3.30. At 3.10, I was called to the service advisors desk. I thought they were done 20 minutes earlier than promised but she told me that they havent even started working on it yet and I might have to wait till 5.30. 4 hours and 10 minutes for an oil change!!! Asked me if I could reschedule for next day and I refused. Its been 4.40. Still waiting on the car. Will update the review after they deliver it!

TLDR: Ended up paying almost double blue book value (thats on me) and got ignored by their pre-owned service department. Maybe buy from their new-selections, dont go to pre-owned department (unless you are into getting cuckolded).Was looking for a budget vehicle in a middle of a car shortage and came up to Toyota of Richardson. They had a 2016 Ford Fusion in stock listed for 25% over blue book price. I thought to myself, I will pay a premium to buy from a Toyota dealership (I had good service experience with a Camry years back).I ended up with a total cost of 10k for a car listed as 7.6k... At that point I was already dismayed with the purchase, but decided to bite the bullet anyway (its Toyota! Cant go wrong amirite?). Fast forward 30 days and my driver side door stopped working... Guess who doesnt care and makes their customers feel like CHUMPS?

Uppriced a rav4 limited for $5000 from MSRP. Finance manager Syed Ali was very rude to me and said that he only came talked to me because my credit score is more than 750, he wouldn’t talk to anyone with less than 750 credit score REALLY? He also wanted me to get a extended warranty for a better Interest rate (3.49 instead of 6.99). My credit score is 760+, how do I manage to get a 6.99% to begin with. So I ended up getting the warranty anyway. However, a day later I came back and asked Syed to cancel to warranty but he lied to me saying he couldnt do anything until I make my first car payment which is like 45 days from the time of purchase. He lied to me saying that even if I cancel after the 30 days I would still be able to get the full refund. A week later, I contacted the warranty company directly and they processed my cancellation within 5 minutes... I will report this to the DMV and PPP, this is illegal business practice.

My first impression of Toyota of Richardson has been 0/5 stars; the used sales manager was extremely disrespectful & my time and money were not valued AT ALL. **UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM** I messaged in on the text message feature and was connected to a sales person (KB), to whom I showed interest in a used vehicle on their lot. I let them know that I was 2.5 hours away & work a full time job, but if I liked it, I would come in for a test drive. They scheduled an appointment for me to come test drive and I was told to ask for KB. We drove in that night (& had to put in $60 worth of gas for this drive), when we arrived for my appointment, KB was not there. The used salesman (Brian Johnson) said he could help, and saw my appointment come up. He left to go find the keys to the car and came back empty handed. He left once again to see if he could find them. Once he came back the second time, he insulted my low budget then tried to sell me something else. Once I asked if I could see the car I drove 2.5 hours to see, he replied with Naahhhh, thats not going to happen, it might be in service or something. I dont know. We left and made it back home after 11:30 on a work night, without literally even setting my eyes on the car from a distance.Ive called the general manager (Brad Clark), and he was supposed to be finding the car. I have not heard back in over 24 hours. So I guess this car was pushed off a cliff before my appointment??I will update this review IF I ever hear back from Brad Clark.*update* Brad called back and said that if I had wanted to look at the car, they would have let me if I had asked, because they are in the business of selling cars. The text messages read: “could I make an appointment to come look at the car this evening?” “Yes what time works for you?”.Not sure how much clearer I could’ve been??

My husband and I were unable to make a deal on a vehicle I fell in love with. I was super disappointed because I absolutely loved the vehicle, but we went in completely fine if a deal wasn’t made as I just want an upgrade I don’t NEED an upgrade. I was super impressed with the people we dealt it, but was really made me not want to return here was that I received an email congratulating me on the purchase of my vehicle (that I didn’t purchase), and it wasn’t even the correct name, but was the vehicle I was wanting to buy. I replied that we didn’t purchase it, and that my name was incorrect. Instead of apologizing for the confusion they just blocked my email where I can no longer email them. It just shows how unorganized & unprofessional they are and makes me see that it was a blessing in disguise that we didn’t leave with a vehicle.

Called about a vehicle I saw on there website. Was told they are going fast and if I wanted to setup an appointment to make sure I can see it. Made the appointment and once I get there Im told they just took a deposit on it and it has been sold. They new i was driving from Fort Worth and even made it before the appointment. Drive about an hour due to traffic for nothing. Terrible service, dont make appointments for your customers then sell the car they are coming to see.

After checking in, telling them what I needed done, etc, They didn’t actually do the one thing he said he would do at the beginning when I checked in and then didn’t have the respect to walk out and ask/talk to me before pulling my car out of the shop. The item wasn’t covered on Toyota care, no problem, I would’ve paid for it bc I asked for it to be done but wasn’t even given the option. Maybe I came to close to closing i’m not sure; but will never be returning! I’m so disappointed as I have referred someone to come here...

Why is it when we make an appointment for 1030am--oil change and finally I can leave at 130pm? Zafar didnt tell me when the part we needed would be in either. I called back and Carlos Aguilar actually gave great customer service. No one wanted to help me. I asked Zafar if he could send the part to Rockwall Toyota and he said no they order their own parts. He was rude and didnt care to talk to me. Carlos informed me that the part was ordered and that he would call me once it arrived. Someone please promote Carlos! He needs to be in charge and boot the negative individuals like Zafar out.

Theyre not honest with there disclosure. Theyll hide the exact amount of the payment in the middle and have you sign crazy paper work showing you something different without full disclosure and honesty watch out for them. Dont fall for the trick. The sales man tired his best but the finance guy is extremely tricky he told me my balance is 42k only for me to find out its 63,900k . Please watch out before signing any paperwork with them. I will surely pay them but am 100% dissatisfied cause I gave them 18.5% down. The simple fact remains that they violate the truth in lending act and making false advertisements. Honest and full disclosure is very important in any transaction involving money 💰
