The service department is always very friendly and very attentive to customer service. I especially like the personal contact from the service rep via text, the video they send from the mechanic that shows what they checked and what needs to be repaired, and finally the electronic estimate they send that shows their repair recommendations and costs as well as a way to choose which of those services you want them to go ahead and perform. ALL ELECTRONIC!!, but I can also contact the service rep directly and ask any questions I have.

I found myself reaching out to Fabián after going to another dealership and having an awful experience. Fabián replied quickly even though he wasn’t at work. He immediately offered to take great care of me and made me a great deal. He was happy to locate what I wanted. No excuses no I can’t or I’mSorry we can’t find it like the other dealer, just no problem I’ll take care of it. Fabián is excellent and the sales managers (Will & Christian) were a great help too. They listen they won’t play games, (like other dealers do) they are easy going, and genuinely nice people to work with. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, from sales to service. When getting my oil changed today, they shared a video of the technician who serviced my car and he explained his findings while showing me on video. What a great idea, it makes the service much more personal and it made me feel like I understand what went on during my appointment. So much nicer than reading notes that you might not understand. I really appreciated that attention to detail. Overall a great experience from purchase to maintenance!

Better than expected and the buying process faster with Fabian!

It was a great experience buying a 2021 CX-5 at Town North Mazda, especially considering the current circumstances in which the supply is low and the demand is high.Ashot was a really nice person who was able to manage a car for me that fit my criteria, and who walked me through all the features of the vehicle after I purchased it. The manager and the finance officer are very considerate people too.Also, I realized Town North Mazda has a pretty decent inventory in these current circumstances compared to some of the other Mazda dealerships in DFW that I contacted with. However, please keep in mind, due to recent chip shortages, the base price of the vehicles here may be above the MSRP much like what other dealerships are doing.

Gave an unfair rating review without even visiting the dealership, even after seeing nothing but good reviews about it: so I’ve upgraded it. Many dealerships will try to sell you what “They” want, not what “you” want. I’m definitely in the market, but this is a scary process especially after everything I’ve read online relating to this type of business, or what I may have already fallen for in the past. I was late to my appointment because of an eye appointment and they worked extra hard to get my vehicles 60K mile service done in time for me to go out of town. They kept me in the loop and made sure to have my vehicle on time and in tip top condition!

I kid you not, EVERY single other Mazda dealership was adding $3-4k onto the MSRP just to take advantage of the shortage of cars available. I admire Town Norths transparency and commitment to their customers. My mom bought the other car and it was the best experience shes had in 35 years of buying cars in America. Fantastic service -- dont be turned off at all by the construction. Unlike another Mazda dealership in the area, they took the time to go over most everything on the diagnostic sheet in a personalized video with my car and let me know what I should keep an eye on for the next service. Im soon moving away from the DFW area, so I unfortunately cant use them anymore, but I highly recommend this service department.

Had a great experience purchasing with Ash and Alex. I was a nervous buyer and hadnt purchased a car since 2006. I felt a level of integrity and transparency in the pricing discussions and I appreciated the care that they both took during the process. Craig helped with the paperwork side of things and was very tolerant and kind as I freaked out a bit over taking on my first car payment in 15 years. They do take care of you at Town North Mazda. My salesperson, Isaiah, was really helpful, he didnt push you like some sales people do and he and the sales manager, Will, did whatever they could to help me find the best price for my budget. I will recommend that you do not go on a Saturday though. It was extremely busy and I had to wait quite a few times and was there most of the afternoon, however, that is no fault of Isaiahs or Wills. They were great!
