Did oil change 9/17 and they didn’t fasten the “under car engine plate” well so it fell and scratch the ground while I driving back to Houston. Called Lute Riley and they told me to go Honda dealer here at Houston. But they never notified Houston dealer so I couldn’t get the part unless I paid for it. I have tried to contact service department at Lute Riley for dozen times in the last month. And never get any call back! I am now still driving my “without” under car engine plate car on the road.Update: Lute Riley fixed the problem after I had chance driving back to Dallas. The manager, Adam, gave me a maintenance set and a tumbler. Hope they can improve the process to make no mistake so that both Lute Riley and customers can save time and money,

My beautiful brand new vehicle was hit by an apparently colorblind driver and Alex with Lute Riley Honda Collision went above and beyond to restore my baby back to perfection. He called and provided updates, ensured I felt comfortable with it in their hands, and even threw some gas in it before I drove off reunited with car. A little accent that I loved was a gift of the old steering wheel airbag left in my trunk. I’m not sure what they pay these people but it should be a lot more, and while god could not save the next person that hits me, I’ll be back there if another tragedy strikes. 10/10.

But I needed to give a shout out to my salesperson Jarrett Hamilton, Youness in finance & the rest of this team to keep up the great work because they were amazing! I was greeted by a staff member that I hadnt seen since before covid, he recognized my name, came to shake my hand and welcome to me back to the dealership. That made me feel so special! This is the type of dealership that makes you drive an hour to give your business to! I would love for everyone to experience the genuine red carpet treatment that this dealership provided to me. Great service! Some sort of creature chewed up the wiring of my 2020 Civic. Lute Riley was very helpful and quick, along with Hondas roadside assistance, in getting it towed to the dealership and repaired. Omri and Adam were especially helpful and kept me informed every step of the way.

Lute Riley really came through! They were able to diagnose 2 tricky problems from a pilot, I purchased elsewhere. They worked diligently and made the process so easy for us. Horrible experience. They were all nice until I bought the car! It has been 2 years now and lute Riley hasn’t returned my $80. I wrote several emails/ called/ also went in person when I was visiting Dallas but they would always prolong.If $80 makes them any richer, they are free to keep the change but thank you for spoiling my experience!

I called the service dept this morning asking about the process of having a key fob reprogrammed. I was told it could be done today and would take about an hour.I was at the dealership within 30 minutes of my call. I was greeted promptly in the service bay; after explaining what I was there for, the gentleman said hed have to get someone else to help me.It took about 5 minutes before Melissa Johnson, Service Advisor, came to talk with me as shed been assisting another vehicle ahead of me. Once we started talking, she shared specific details with me - cost ($160) and timeframe (2 hrs). I knew I was in good hands with her.Melissa came to get me in the waiting room after 1 hr and 20 minutes, stating my car was ready. I appreciated the time she took to tell me what theyd done to the current fob and what to do if I located the missing fob. She told me theyd washed my car and checked it over, stating it was in great condition. She also said shed applied a 10% discount to my bill.Overall, I was treated extremely well by Melissa and felt she had my best interest in mind.

I brought my car in for an oil change- the A1 service my car told me I needed - and was greeted with attentive staff and fast service. They did take a bit longer than estimated but it was because they found a nail in my tire and then patched it for FREE! In that extra step, they forgot to wash my car but a gentleman who I wish I had asked his name said to give him 5 minutes and he would be right back with a clean car. He really made my experience - he was willing to go the extra mile. Thank you!!!!

A live human being answers the phone and does not blindly transfer you around from department to department. The techs take time to show and explain your issues, even if it is as simple as changing a light bulb!! The service manager is down to earth and leads his team by example. I had a flat tire. Couldnt find the wheel lock key. Adam drove all the way from the dealership to my home to bring me the key. Then he proceeded to take the tire off for me and take it back to the dealership. This is way above standard practice. I really appreciate it. Thank you Adam and Michael!

Very pleased with my experience at this dealership. Had a brake light blow out for my 2012 accord and drove into the service reception garage. Was immediately met by Adam Presser, who was very professional, friendly, and experienced. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Despite the basic nature of the task, Adam took time out to assist me and even replaced the bulb free of charge. I would highly recommend Adam for service recommendations and assistance!

Service is always wonderful- the only problem I have had is that they didn’t secure my engine cover under my car after an oil change they performed. The only reason I’m really leaving a review is because the cover came undone in the middle of work travel preventing me from continuing safe work while driving. All I ask is that the future mechanics doing this work double check that everything is replaced securely so that this doesn’t happen again. Thank you guys

I went to this dealership to buy a used car. I was blown away with their straight forward business process and procedures. No bait and switch on line prices. They had standard document fees and they really care about not selling cars that have major issues. I have visited over 15 car dealers in the last 2 months and the two HONDA dealers ( this being one of them) was the most honest to deal with. Sales person was Amad and was a very professional. Dont waste your time going anywhere else!

It’s always a pleasant visit when I am at the Honda dealership. They hear the problem and get it done! They call you with what the mechanic indicates needs to be done. I give them the OK, and once the repairs are done, they are done correctly. The professionalism is so good it is always a pleasant experience knowing you will your car in great running shape.

I took my 2009 Honda Accord to Lute Riley Honda, for an inspection. The mechanics were friendly and fixed a couple of minor issues I had with my car. But it will get pretty costly, for me to get the car repair needed; at some point in the future. A few thousand dollars. But I plan to get the repair done, and Ill see how much of a positive difference it makes. Lute Riley Honda seems to do good and honest business, from my experience so far.

I love Lute Riley Honda! Drove from Plano to Richardson just to get my car serviced because the staff there is awesome. They helped me when my first Honda Fit got totaled and when a protective plate under my car was accidentally not tightened properly from a different company. Tim ‘TD’ is amazing!!! He’s friendly, efficient, communicative, and makes you feel top priority even when there are multiple customers. He even threw in a free car wash for me and helped set up a free rental while I had a recall that took longer than I thought to get fixed. I love being their customer because they care about me, my safety, and keeping my car in great shape.

Had some issues with on board GPS, passenger mirror adjustment function, and desire to price getting a lock for the tailgate installed. When I called I could tell the service receptionist was nice but I could tell she was quite busy and likely newer and learning the job. She took my information and scheduled the appointment.When I got to the appointment I reviewed the items I had made the appointment to resolve. When I came to pickup the truck, I noticed the repair of the passenger mirror was not noted and realized I had forgotten to mention it to my Service Advisor, Kyle. Kyle checked the mirror assembly to see if it was a simple fix, but it was not. It would take another visit. I decided to come back in 2 days and have the mirror fixed and the tailgate lock installed.I brought it back but Kyle had to inform me they delivered the wrong mirror replacement. I elected to have them keep the vehicle overnight with Kyles expectation the part would be delivered in time to complete the installation the next day.I got a text from Kyle that next morning telling me the vehicle was ready. Everything was done and in working order. While it took longer than initially expected, Lute Riley Honda did their best to assure the repairs were done as promptly as possible.

I was very anxious about having my 2020 FIT repaired at the Collision Center; car “relatively new” and really did not want to deal w the “after math” of the collision repairs being sub-par. I worked with Jay and he was very, extremely helpful and patient from day 1. Kept me updated about the repair process and timeline. Even after picking up my FIT he continue working w me to address very MINOR things that needed to be re-adjusted even 2-3 weeks after picking up my car. I would 150% recommend Lute Riley Collision Center for any repairs.

I was in dire need of a tire, I made arrangements at John Eagle but once I arrived the sales person told me he only had three and then begun to get a bit rude. I got me keys and strolled around for other Honda dealers, I called Lute Riley & spoke to a gentleman name A.J. I believe. He stated they had 6 in stock and informed me that hed have them waiting on me & to pull up to the Express service. I had no idea that many cars would be 16 cars in the Express service are waiting for repairs. I almost left but I needed a tire, they came & got my information rapidly & Mr. Logan did his thing. Now I had to wait some time because he also informed me that I may need an alignment when purchasing new tires which I was going to get anyway. Mr. Logan informed me step by step about my car, I went & slept, Mr. Logan told me my car was ready. When I saw my car it looked like it was out there for sale thats how awesome of a job the guys who washed my car did. They took care of me and now it was time to pay the tab which was the first time I was pleased to pay for services for that amount in doing so I asked if they offered military discount & they did. I was in rush hour traffic but it didnt feel like it thanks to the services rendered by the staff of Lute Riley, they are the best! Again thank you for making my day. Honda please get some AC out there for Logan and his team, they deserve it as well as cold water. Their slept on, they are the best.🙂👍🏽👌🏽

We went to Luke Riley Honda in Richardson. Logan assisted in getting a oil and filter change. He let us know up front there was only one technician and there may be a little longer wait time than normal. We arrived at 6pm and was out by 7:10pm. He was super nice and professional. He was very accommodating and overall we enjoyed the experience.

I want to start off by highly recommending this Lute Riley Honda dealership. From the experience on the phone booking a appointment all the way until I got in the show room, all of their staff were top notch professional. My salesman Ahmad is the best in the business. He was professional and made the car buying experience a pleasant experience. He truly is the best in the business. The price that we spoke about on the phone was the price they sold to me with no hidden fees or anything. We will buy from them again!! I purchased the Honda pilot and I can’t say enough positive things about it. This is the best 3 row SUV dollar for dollar on the market. Love all the features and especially all the safety features. Today was my worst experience at Lute Riley. I made an appointment for oil change at 10:00 AM. I showed up 20 minutes earlier then was told to wait in line at Express Service. So what is a point of appointment? If I knew appointment doesn’t apply to oil change, I would have be there earlier in the morning. Waited in line for more than 30 minutes and kept by passing by customers arrived much later than me. Another 15 minutes later, I finally get attended. Show the service rep my electronic coupon. 2 hours later my vehicle oil change was complete and packed at the waiting area. 15 minutes later approached the cashier and asked if she could check me out. Well, she can’t because she doesn’t have the invoice. I waited for another 10 minutes and asked her to help to expedite my check out and she did. 5 minutes later, the service rep brought the invoice and asked me to sign. I noticed the price did not have the coupon applied. I spoke to him about it and he said “you should have showed it to me earlier. I told him I did but he denied about it. If there is video recorded, I am willing to reward him $100 if I didn’t. If I did then all he needs to do is admitting that he was wrong. Overall, I wasted 3 and 1/2 hours just because I wanted to use the discount coupon. I will definitely not going to do that again in the future. I hope future customers don’t have to have the same experience. Good luck to all.

Purchased a Honda Accord touring hybrid on Saturday and it was by far the easiest car I have and will ever buy. We came from Honda McKinney and overall had a better experience at Lute Riley. The deals were better and salesman Thanh was very personable, cared about our day, getting us in and out quickly, and most importantly our experience. The next time I want a new car, I will definitely visit Lute Riley and Thanh again. I had prior commitments and wasn’t planning on buying Saturday, but everyone sped up the process for me and we were in and out within 2 hours. Can’t praise this dealership enough! Lute Riley service is always great. My car was due for one of the more major services, though, and I couldn’t get hold of anyone to find out if it was Express or by appointment in the big service center. I tried by phone but no answer. Tried the Chat & they said someone would call or email but they didn’t. I finally just drove up to Express & hoped for the best. The only option seems to be Make Your Appointment, but no one to answer a question before you do that.

I had repair and maintenance work completed on my 2018 Accord at Lute Riley Honda of Richardson. I am very pleased with the results of the work. I talked to four different members of the staff and they were all friendly and helpful. Kyle Owen is the mechanic that did the work on my car. He was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. There were some issues with the sales process, but with the prompt intervention from Alan Cooper (General Manager) and Will Ramos (General Sales Manager) those issues were sorted out quickly. The whole team was very responsive to my concerns and they went above and beyond to make sure that all my concerns were addressed. The service was Great. I Especially like that they had a shuttle service. I live in Carrollton. So i was shuttled home and than picked when my car was finished. Service assistant was Great. And the counter service person was Great also. My shuttle driver was very informative and full of good storys. I originally had my service date for 6/24/2021 . Dealerships like Lute Riley must not feel the need to be competitive. And they wont have to worry about me buying another car from them either. The place looks like it needs to be cleaned with a giant alcohol rinse. I bought a new vehicle. It took 4 hours and 31 minutes of waiting in their disgusting lobby area just to sign the papers for it. Nobody offered me something to drink, where the restrooms might be if they have any, where the service department is, where the parts department is, a tour of the place, or anything else. Miserable service by an obviously miserable car dealership. And somebody turn on the air conditioning? Or is rude sauna service extra as well, when I show back up there to pick up the new vehicle they have had all day that still isnt ready to go, so ill have to bring it back when I can?????? Pathetic.

Pulled in to service center, needing oil change among other things… assuming I would need a brake job. But turns out they were honest with me and told me I didn’t need any brake service today. Ended up just getting tire rotation, oil change (fully synthetic), new air filters and even found out why my key fob wasn’t making the beep sound, even though it was locking the doors all for less than $80.00. It took about 4- 4 1/2 hours to complete, they kept in contact. Pretty professional. This is where I go to get my Honda serviced

Horrible experience! Go elsewhere. I bought a new car here, have had service done here and even some body repair but the service today was so awful that I wont be back. My Accord with barely 60,000 miles on it wouldnt start today. Yet, I have power. In fact, I cant get the power to turn off. Even worse, I cant even lock the doors. So, Im stranded and the car wont lock and when I finally do get back to it the battery will be dead! I tried multiple times to call the service department, spending 2 hours of my day redialing because my call kept getting disconnected and there isnt an option to leave a message. This place stinks!

The service was excellent and the waiting time less than expected which was very welcoming! I did have to show up and be lucky enough to be taken in by one of the service advisors within 10 minutes of my arrival.Prior to that, I wasn’t even able to get my free oil change when I purchased the vehicle last year because even with an appointment, the wait was about two hours. I went back twice to try to have the oil changed and finally gave up. They did take care of that during my last visit without any questions so I was very pleased. Something they do need to work on is answering the phone, I was never able to get through the service department either dialing directly or via the receptionist who put me on hold and said was handling 600 calls, something I did not witness this morning when I was there.

Saturday’s are very busy even with an appointment. Appointment times do not mean that is when your car is going to be looked at! But Jeremy was the nicest employee, would recommend having him as your advisor!

They replaced all of my window tints for free! Only the back windshield was bubbled up but they redid ALL of my windows as well. And they cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Plus they did my car inspection for $25.50. What a great experience!!!

I have reached out to the dealership on 4 occasions over a weeks time. Three times through their website and once through the CARFAX app, asking for more details and actual photos of a vehicle. The photo they post on their site is just a stock photo. No one has reached out to me or even tried to contact me. This dealership has poor customer relations. Must be nice to make enough money that it doesn’t matter if you reach out to a customer or not for business.

I talked to a lady either Morgan or Mary about the car and even set an appointment. I got to my appointment right at the scheduled time and she was 30 minutes late. Then after being 30 minutes she decides to tell me that the car was sold “late last night”After that she tried showing me cars twice as much as my budget. Don’t waste your time going here.

Omar helped us out immensely, saved us tons of money. Be careful with the online trade in values. Lute Riley does all the accessories in house so they upcharge some, but they worked with us and gave a us a deal we were happy with. All in all would definitely recommend.

I get anxiety when dealing with car salesmen but that wasn’t the case at Lite Riley Honda. My salesman was so nice. He listened to what I was looking for and wasn’t pushy about making a sale. He made me feel comfortable and was patient as we found just what I wanted. Everyone was friendly from the lady at the entrance to the finance guy at the end. I will defiantly be back to Lute Riley for all my car needs!

Had a great experience at Lute Riley this morning which is not usual because I have been going there for almost 20 years. I thought about going somewhere else but decided I have always gone there and why should I change now when I know I will be treated well.
