Quality work at decent prices

I have been going to Certified Auto since 2012. I have had MANY bad experiences with mechanical shops, so this shop is like a miracle to me. Genny, Joe, and David are very competent and knowledgeable, their labor rates are the best to be found anywhere, and these three actually care about their customers. They always strive to do the best possible service for their customers and genuinely regret when they have to give a customer some bad news such as a necessary, yet costly needed repair. They stand by their work and are always willing to remedy a problem. This shop does work the way it SHOULD be done, in a timely manner, and they NEVER sacrifice quality in any repair. I consider myself to be extremely lucky to have found Certified!

Prices here are lower than most shops but it will end up costing you more. What should of been a few hours of repair turned into days and when my vehicle was returned it was in a worser condition than when I took it in. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place definitely rips you off. We went in to pay for my AC to be fixed twice. Payed ALOT of money and they didn’t fix it. There was more and more problems in the car. Don’t go here it’s a waste of time and money. I thought they would be throughtful enough to fix the rest of it after we brought the car in about 4-5 times. But they wanted more money.
