The team at American Tire Depot was outstanding in the way they took care of my vehicle. They had to order a Tire and they were quick in their attention to detail and how they solved my problem and got me back on the road. David has a great team. I went in to the Americas tire depot on 110 E.Valley Blvd Rialto, CA. 92376 on 11/27/2020 and purchased 2 Continental tires to replace the front tires on my 2009 Ford Flex. This is an older vehicle but it is not neglected and kept uo. After returning to pick my vehicle up after 2 hrs I noticed all 4 rims have deep curb rashes and now the vehicle pulls to the right, even the rear rims which were not included in the tire replacement were scratched deeply. I got a good deal on the tires yet now I will have to pay for an alignment and to repair the rims. I got a warranty on the tires yet I will definitely not be going back to that location for anything. Be careful, do not let this happen to you.

This place was amazing I was pretty far from home my car had been shaking bad I thought I broke something but when I inspected the tires I seen that I was about to have a serious problem if I drove much farther I had my 1 year old grandson with me they were very busy and asked if I could make appointment then I told him I dont live around there and that tire wont make it home Russel very helpful made room for my car with a great price for 2 new tires I really appreciate them. I went to the tire depot. And they were amazing never had work done on my 2013 Mitsubishi since i bought it over a year ago. I spent less than 25 hundred to have tune up oil change which was free brakes front and back and 4 brand new tires and some rims. My car is running so good i went and got my windows tinted. This will be the only place i take my car. And i have warranties. Love tire depot!!!!

This is the place to go if you need new tires! Gave me a quote right off the bat and it never changed. Well except for the added alignment. I had been 2 other times in previous years for them to add air (at no charge) even though I didnt buy my tires there. I always said I would come back when it was time to get new tires. So glad I did! Plus, its buy 3 tires, get 1 free!

Got great service and taken care of in a good amount of time. My size of tire usually isnt carried in stock and with that they still got the tires changed in a short amount of time.

I requested a quote online. It was actually late in the evening, but I received an immediate response which I really appreciated. I didn’t accept the quote, as it was out of my budget. The next day, Cristina Pabiona reached out to me and offered me a great deal that I could afford. She made me an appointment right away. I was greeted when I arrived, helped quickly, my car was serviced and I was out within 45 minutes.... 4 new tires and an alignment! They offer a lot of other services as well, so I’ll go back for an oil change soon! I give them 5 stars+++ for all around excellent customer service. I am beyond pleased!

I 💙 this place. I put a lot of miles on my car due to work and kids. So i need oil changes more frequently. I only went the first time cause it was the cheapest place i found to get an oil change. Since then ive gotten my tires alignment and oil changes there. I refuse to trust my car with any other place. The guys are super helpful and understanding. Nothings done half fast and they take the time to explain everything.

The staff is so friendly and informative. My car was finished in a timely manner and I c will used them again. As a matter of fact this was not my first time using this location. I was almost lured to another location and when I realized it was the Rialto II location I quickly let the person on the phone know I had to go to my location!

Service was quick and easy. I search for tires online and picked the tires I wanted including an alignment. And made a 900am appointment. Dealt with a guy name Alan.(cool guy) they didnt have the kuhmo tires I wanted. So he price match and got me toyo tires same price. Drop car off at 900am. They called and it was ready for pick up at 1130am. Happy camper. Thank you American tires!!!

I would not recommend this place. I paid 400 dollars for my rear breaks and 20 dollar oil change. They did a full inspection and assured me my rear breaks were the problem. When I took my car home, and as I started driving more the following days, my breaks were squealing more than usual. I took it back and after leaving it there for almost 4.5 hours.. they called and said my front breaks were the issue.

Tell u what 55 yrs old been driveing for yrs got tires from Calico to Tennessee an further an they have been great. Price is high 504$ for 2 tires on the 2016 GMC. You get what you paid for.

I live in Upland, how I made it all the way to Rialto was interesting, its Yelp. So they contacted me really quickly and gave a me a quote for 4 new tires. Their quote was beating all other tire shops even the American Tire in my city. Honestly I really like how there pricing is very transparent no hidden charges like other shops here in my area.I knew like any other shops they where going to offer something that I would need, like an alignment. But even the alignment was reasonably priced. Very customer service oriented shop.I live less than 3 mins from the Upland location and I might just take a drive to Rialto more often. Can you believe they even beat the prices from the Upland location. Anywho, I like the service and the price. Also they do more than just tires.

Al Mendoza was amazing. Him and his staff worked quickly and efficiently to get me in an out in very little time. I will definitely come back for every service need I have.

I went in today Wednesday, July 22 to get my truck alignment, as soon as I walked in a gentleman wearing a red shirt greeted me and said hell be right with me because he was helping another customer at the moment a few seconds later another gentleman with a black shirt comes from the back greeted me and help me out immediately, they told me my truck will be ready in about an hour but it was done sooner in about 45 minutes great service will definitely be back and recommend this place to all!!

On September 24th I took my truck to be serviced and got the run around, I first was told that I could pick it up in the morning, Then Friday morning because they was so busy and they will call me when it’s done.I personally was told it would be worked on just to see them pull it in and later on that afternoon I saw my truck parked a I stopped.When I walked in, I was told to give them sometime and it would be ready today, Lied directly in my face.I didn’t receive my vehicle until Monday September 28th.First I was told on September 24th that it would cost me 191.00 dollars and on September 28th I paid 414.00 dollars.I don’t like businesses that takes advantage of people, So Good Year will be my new auto repair business.Sincerely Mr. Koeppell McDade

So I usually take my car to another shop, mainly because of the customer service, but I didn’t feel like going out of my way. I always pass by American Tire on my way home and thought I should give it a try. Excellent service and very attentive! As I was parking, a gentleman (Alex) came out to greet me and I’ve never gotten that treatment at the other shop. I appreciated the extra touch and I was in and out in no time. I got some aftermarket headlights for my old ford that had extra wiring involved and i didnt want to try and figure it out with no instructions included. My buddy had got his tire patched for free here so i thouht i would check it out. I asked for a quote loved the price and dropped it off on my lunch break. It was done before i got off work and they took the time to explain how they wired it up for future reference. Awesome service and great prices. Im coming here the next time i need tires

The best experience I’ve ever had at getting my car repaired. I had an emergency situation with my car and this place happens to be the closet off the freeway. HONEST business, HONEST staff! The service guys were great and the mechanics looked like they were interested in doing a good job they corrected some problems we had and unfortunately some unresolved problems from another one of their locations that we had visited the day before very happy with results now with the original ironed we had on 2 vehicles. Good prices but not very friendly people working here. At least the ones on the inside. The guys changing the tires are fine though.

They do not honor the tire warrenty. Bought some toyo from them and only got 13k out of them when the tire was 45k warrenty they didnt not honor it. I had to call toyo to see why they were not honoring it. Good thing toyo help me out and sent me to another dealer of them. I will stay away cause when i purchases tires with warrenty i hope they honor if there an issue with them. Then the guy who attended me lie about the tire tread left saying it was 2/34 when all tires were 5/32. Also try to say the car need an alignment but had done the alignment day before showing the car was perfectly fine. I would stay away from these theft cause if your not careful they will lie and steal from you.

Came in for a set of new tires and alignment They said it would only be a 2hr wait and 4hrs later still not done.

The worst tires ever, I got 2 rear tires and one exploded in the middle of the freeway so I call them and they just dont care, the stupidest people ever, we could be hurt...never ever go with this people

They offered to see if my tire could be fixed, even when it couldnt they quickly set me up with a new one. It was quick and pretty cheap. They also did not try to force an alignment on me, which was nice.

I went at first a couple times to put air in my tires every time I went the gentleman were always very kind and helpful I decided to get my tires there because of the service being so great I got my tires put on today with alignment reasonable pricing friendly staff I enquired about the oil change found out Ill be saving money so this will also be my new place for oil changes.

What a nightmare. I brought my car in this morning about 10:30am for an oil change and tire inspection. Its 4:30pm and my car is still not done. They just keep telling me that its almost done. Never coming back again.

Had a short wait for my car. The staff were attentive to my cars needs.

Started out great then it happened...wrong part delivered. Waiting 2.5 hrs, thinking they were working on car. Only to be told that they delivered the wrong part. Really, 2.5 hrs waiting for a part to come from a city only 30 min away. Now waiting again and hoping they get the right part here and put on before they close. Adam is great but service here or parts companies they work with are not. This is not the first time this has happened with this company. Wasted a whole afternoon off work and then Im expected to pay regular price for service? Hope corporate can correct this for me.
