Took my truck in fo repair a fender, after a lady hit me, they made it look like it never happened. They did a real good job.

Was going on vacation and broke down 1/2 way to my destination on a Saturday morning. I was traveling with my Autistic son and 20 chickens when my truck decided that it was going to throw a few codes and reduce engine power. I kept it running and called 5 Chevy dealerships in the area. Not one of them had the time to read the code until Monday and did not care that I really had my hands full with just my son. I called H&R and he said to drive slowly and bring it in and they would see what they could do. I limped it to them and they found out the code it was throwing that caused the reduced engine power. While there I was able to get my regular Service Adviser on the phone and between the two of them, I was back on the road. The guys at H&R were very compassionate about my situation and were awesome with helping me to get back on the road. Thank you again! Keep up the great customer service! You made my sons week as we were able to continue on to our destination and he had a great vacation! The chickens love their new home too!

Absolutely amazing service and professionalism! I did my research with several auto shops before finding H & R Auto, and I wasnt disappointed. My car was in atrocious condition due to an accident my husband had last November, and once I got it back it looked better than ever! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know! Met Farzon at school, convinced me to visit his shop and now he is helping me with all that I need. The location makes the place seem a little discrete but dont let looks fool you. Definitely great service and helpful throughout. Check this place out for any auto repair issues or if youre interested in looking for used cars. Came for a simple oil change and will end up back here with my others cars for other repairs.

Best mechanic shop in the I.E. They helped get my classic 77 Camaro up and running. I do all my maintenance here from brakes, tune-ups, and fluid changes. I recommend everyone to come check this place out. You will not be disappointed!

I got rear ended and was in search of a body shop. I had gotten several estimates before I went to H&R. I saw this body shop on google and saw it had good reviews, and let me say that H&R definitely rates 5 stars. After I got my estimate from H&R I did not go anywhere else. Farz is a very dedicated at what he does and knows what hes talking about. He gave me a very reasonable price and less then a week later my car bumper was fixed and I was completely satisfied. Had an awesome experience with H&R for auto body work! They fixed my rear bumper, painted the side panel, and replaced shattered tailight in 5 days, where it would be more time anywhere else! Farsi was great to work with and kept me updated the whole time, even worked with me on keeping the price as low possible. I love h&R Auto Sales and Services. I bought a Nissan Altima from them for a great super low price which they helped me In-House finance with super low rates and 0% interest which is unheard of.. Farzy was extremely helpful, my car had about 8 different repair projects on it and he helped me identify them, and fix them most appropriately according to my budget. He used his network and the guys he knew to help do it for the best price that he could and the fastest he could. Totally took care of me and he is great to work with. I had an unfortunate mishap with my side view mirror, and I decided to stop into H&R. Im soooooooo glad that I did! I took three different problems to them, which were all resolved quickly at a fair price. One of the items happened to malfunction a month or so later. H&R quickly fixed the problem and didnt charge me anything extra. I would definitely go back!

One of the worst car experiences I have ever had . They kept pushing back the date when we could pick up t he vehicle for no reason. Once we checked the vehicle there were an outstanding amount of pieces by properly screwed or attached . Hood ornament emblem fell of the vehicle due to a poor adhesive and they simply blamed it on the weather. Overall the place is full of scam artists

My experience at H&R Auto Repair and Body was great! I went in to get an oil change and tune up and left with much more than that. The owners are extremely inviting and I really felt the family vibe while I was there. Not only did the mechanics do a fantastic job I also spoke to the one who fixed my car, I believe Lee was his name and he gave me some great advice about taking better care of my car so that I wont have to constantly visit the shop for problems with my car. It didnt even feel like they were trying to make money off of me, in fact I was almost astounded by the prices for service. Some other shops Ive been to really left a hole in my pockets. I know for a fact that H&R will be my new go to!

Visuals are deceiving. H&R Auto Repair reminds me of a hole in the wall restaurant. Good food, but in this case great auto repair and customer service.
