Unbelievably lack-of-knowledge and rude customer services. I placed a pick-up order online and when I got back home I found one item was missing. I live far but managed to find a time return to the store, however I was instructed by the lady working at the cashier that stand by, I need to help other customers even though I was in line for 15 mins. I waited for another 20 mins and had to get in line again in the end to confront. She finally checked the order and got me the missing item. In the whole time I didnt get any due apology even though said thank you a couple of times. Its an outrage...

We recently move here and have had the best experience with this pharmacy. From flu shots to prescriptions they have always been great and go out of they way to help us. They have gone the extra mile twice for my family and I can’t thank them enough. As for the other store employees, both the security guards manning to door and the people who check you out are always so kind and greet you with a smile.

Terrible! I placed an order for medications that I needed a full hour before they closed. This store ended up CANCELLING my order at the very last possible minute saying that they were no longer open. Had they done this earlier, I could’ve had the opportunity to find another place that was open. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate with peoples orders.

I walked in to grab two things about 20 minute before closing and the there was no one behind the counter and when I was finally able to get someone’s attention from the back they told me they were counting money and couldn’t help me sorry. I know working retail sucks and we all want to leave work early but damn like it was two things and I was paying with a card. I’ve never had issues at any Walgreens before so I was appalled at this. So rude.

UNACCEPTABLE lack of follow up. Waited 5 days to get autotext saying they hadnt received a reply from family practitioner, after medication was out. When I called, they gave me a different reason -denied-- but did not bother to get any explanation, to follow up or to let me know except via incorrect text. Rite-Aid never let this sort of thing happen.

On more than 1 occasion my medication has been shorted by this pharmacy. Once upwards of 10 pills. When calling to address it all they can say is Im the 1 who counted it. Im not even certain there is an actual pharmacists at this location. Needless to say I wont be using this pharmacy any longer and I caution those who do or plan to, to have their meds counted for them onsite.
