This review is for the Public Storage located at 3600 East Valley Rd. The helpfulness of Jane and Natalie could not be overstated. Relocating from Alaska through Seattle, and onto Oregon, I needed a location to store my household belongings. Also had shipped them on a barge from Southeast Alaska and needed to have a moving container parked in the facility to make it easier to unload. They were so accommodating. Everything went off without a hitch. Highly recommend this facility and the staff.

My brother and I drove up from Santa Barbara to Seattle to get into his storage after having to move. Halfway through our drive we realized we hadn’t remembered the key. When we called, Lisa at this location was so helpful. She set up the district manager to come out on the one day we would be there to help us get into our unit. I had a truck stolen off the property in Dec and then I had the catalytic converter removed from the 2nd truck after that. Accountability from corporate in both cases: Exactly zero. This is the most unbelievably expense storage I could have imagined. You really, really dont want to store your stuff here.FWIW, the local manager Lisa was great and deserves to work for a company that isnt evil.

I needed a place to keep my rental property supplies, and this location was central and with great access. We asked and were given a unit with easy drive up access. Unit is dry and in good shape. Tova got us signed up, and gave us the tour, and after asking and determining what we needed from her sight, helped us out with the access we needed to support our emergency client calls. We have been at the location about a month, and it is just what we need. Tova runs the property, keeping it clean checks to make sure the storage is secure and safe. Great asset to the Public Storage team.

I have had a unit at this location for several years. Rates are raised regularly, about every 6 months. The whole building my unit is in was broken into at least once that I know of. Recently there has been a rodent infestation that has not been remedied in at least six months and the site is STILL Heavily infested. Management did NOT notify me (or I believe ANY customers) as soon as the infestation was discovered. In fact I have tried to get some satisfaction from management, all they will do is tell me to contact the insurance. They did offer to move my belongings to another site up the road BUT, because of the long time exposure to the rodents urine, feces, chewing up everything and making nests, plus the exposure to hantaviris and other serious diseases carried by these rodents, ALL my Family Heirlooms, pictures, and other generations old Family materials are ALL COMPLETELY RUINED, cannot be decontaminated or cleaned, and MUST BE DESTROYED AND DUMPED. Management doesnt seem to be very concerned about the situation and HAVE NOT taken aggressive steps to ELIMINATE the infestation. Their statement is, Weve seen a reduction in sightings, which is a totally unacceptable answer. If you have belongings stored at this site, they are COMPLETELY RUINED unless they can withstand a complete soaking of a ten percent solution of chlorine and subsequent washing and rinsing with water. Anything that cant survive that treatment must be DESTROYED by burying 2 to 3 feet deep, completely burned, or dumped in a landfill (which is ANOTHER cost incurred) I am currently working with several Attorneys to establish and file a Class Action lawsuit which will cover ALL tenants affected by Managements mismanagement of this situation. I tried to leave less than a whole star, I would like to leave negative stars but it just doesnt work that way. Will post more as advised by legal counsel.

I was so happy to encounter Kathy after having a less than pleasant experience at a different Public Storage location. She was knowledgeable, fast, and really nice. She restored my faith in keeping my things stored here.

Kathy at this location is the absolute best! During my visit it got a bit more busy than usual, Kathy handled it like no other! There was a difficult, rude customer and Kathy kept her cool and stayed calm and dealt with the mean, rude customer with such professionalism that I had to compliment her afterwards. After the rude customer was gone, the other customer that was there, myself and Kathy shared a few laughs and joked a bit with each other all while she was still performing her duties of getting his storage taken care of and mine. Multitasking is not easy sometimes but Kathy is a pro at it. She is absolutely great, so friendly, and a great personality! Who ever hired her made a great decision.

Fast efficient service and very helpful and friendly staff. Units are clean and accessible. My only recommendation is that the grounds be swept more often to remove the dead leaves. Otherwise Im very happy with my storage unit.

Tova is awesome, however the property is completely infested!!!!!!! Absolutely DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! Unless you dont care about your property. SEE PICTURES. Poop and pee everywhere, each time I went to unit new wholes. These pictures are from 1 week of being there the last time. Have only had the unit 4 month. Had to move out of other unit I had, moving out of this one ASAP!!!! Found DEAD RAT on the middle of the floor 1 month ago!!! This place is crazy infested. I cant believe a place could be this infested with rats!!!! Utterly and completely disgusting!!!!!

We were promised a promotional price for the life of our storage and they just raised it by about $40. Not to mention our storage unit is completely infested with mice. Poop and pee on everything! Mice have chewed through my plastic vacuum storage bags and boxes. Im disgusted.

Some mice got in and I was very upset they did but the facility managers were very sincere and everyone tried their best to make the situation better and helped us by giving us some extra time to get our things out.
