Advance Relocation Experts saved the day!! My parents sold their condo and waited too long to schedule movers, in case it “fell through.” By the time I realized they needed to be out, most local companies were booked out 3-6 weeks and we needed to move in 4 days. Advance Relocation Experts moved their schedule around and fit is in! This alone would have been enough, but they moved us from a 5th floor condo to a storage unit in Snoqualmie on the hottest day in Seattle history. The movers were kind, friendly, professional, and really good at getting the job done and fitting everything into the storage unit. They dealt with the oppressive heat with good humor and zero complaints. I’m very happy I called Advance Relocation Experts!

We relocated from WA to TX in October of 2020. As with any move, you get busy and we are just now getting to review this company in March 2021. This alone tells you, how memorable they are!!! We have moved across the US and internationally quite a few times. NEVER have we ever moved without missing items and much damage. Well, this crew worked the miracle! We were so impressed with their hard work and thoroughly enjoyed the crew themselves. Austine and his team are just a great bunch! There were some hiccups with us being substantially overweight (any move has something come up), rest assured, Austine and his team worked hard to find a solution and accommodate us going above and beyond. They also got us in on extremely short notice and worked until 3 am to get the job done. We recommend them to every person asking us about relocating out of WA.A word of caution to those shopping around for moving companies. You can shop around and likely get quotes around 50% less than this company. The thing is, you read review after review how that does not end up being what you pay. Not to mention, struggling with unprofessional people that will not show up and do not pack your items with care. Save yourself the headache! Pay for a professional service and at least you will know it is money well spent vs. being frustrated and upset when your lower quote turns out to be bogus. Also remember, here, you have a person to speak and deal with. You will not be getting the run around from phone operator to phone operator with everyone shoving responsibility to the next and you are still out of your money!

We had an awesome experience with these guys, specifically Perry and Yoshi. They picked up my call on a Sunday evening, were out at my house by Tuesday morning and showed up on time. They helped us pack up a tenants unit, worked really well with us and with each other, and drove all the stuff 2 hours away to unload. I heard from the lady who they dropped off to that they were wonderful - extremely helpful, maneuvered the large truck flawlessly, and bent over backwards to make sure the move went well. I will use these guys for every move from now on and couldnt recommend them more. Their guys in the field made it a top-notch experience and I knew we were in good hands with Pierre and Yoshi. Austine and his team were fantastic! They were efficient, careful, and really friendly. Austine went above and beyond to fit me into his schedule at the last minute- which I really appreciated. The team was exceptionally careful, they wrapped everything in protective blankets for transport and took note of the boxes I didn’t want stacked! I would definitely hire them again!

I am SO HAPPY with ARE! Every member of the team I met was polite, personable and professional. I scheduled my last minute move about two weeks before I needed it done on 12/28. I had Christmas off and had some questions- they responded very promptly even on Christmas when I wasnt even expecting a reply. We are still unpacking but have found nothing damaged and everything was treated with care. Not only that but they were quick too! My items were loaded, driven 2 hours away and unloaded in roughly 6 hours. It made the moving process so much less stressful. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future!

They are so professional, on time, take very good care of moving each item and are quick! I work in senior assisted living and many moving companies are unable to accomodate a move during this pandemic but Advance Relocation Experts was able to and they adhered to all our safety protocols and precautions and did a fantastic job. First time we used ARE and we got more than expected. We were impressed with Perry and Ed and how quickly and efficiently they loaded and unloaded their truck as well as placing boxes and furniture in the appropriate spots. We highly recommend this moving company.

My review has received a response from the company and the person who replied continue to lie and engage in deceiving acts. So I screenshot my last email to him which address all the lies in his response. He reached his decision, the only tool I have as a consumer is warning other people. READ MY EMAILDO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY- THEY WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO DELAY THINGS TO CHARGE YOU MORE. Im a person with medical disabilities and I hired this company to move 12 large boxes, 1 queen bed, 1 crib and little random things because I physically cant move them. We moved within 10 miles, and everything was ready to be picked up, put in the truck and start driving. The movers, purposely were 45 minutes late, purposely delayed things, took long smoke breaks, and took 1 hour to drive 9.1 miles. The workers preyed on the fact I was not home and my wife was alone to take this long, my wife is soft spoken and didnt stood up to them. This company and their employees are dishonest, unprofessional, and will do whatever they can to charge more. This move took 7 HOURS, and cost 1000$.

I called for a last minute move from Drexel Veterans in Olympia. The movers were wonderful. They called early Saturday morning to let me know of a delay. They arrived and went right to work. The original quote of $390.00 was quickly replaced with a $600 price and before it was done, it cost $812.00. I cant complain really. They spent about 5 hours moving my stuff. A few dings and spills along the way, but nothing I couldnt deal with. The workers were super friendly and worked very hard to give me a quality experience. No, I wasnt prepared for the final total, but again, it took 5 hours. I would totally recommend this business. It helpsto do your due diligence. Make sure its all spelled out like it was for me. Thank you for a job well done.

The moving team & Austine were meticulous in how they packed my stuff into crates (it was going into storage). Every piece or furniture was wrapped in blankets and taped up. It was in storage for 18 months, and not a single thing was broken when they delivered it to my new location. All of the guys were friendly and hardworking. Thanks much and I definitely recommend them!

My father was in Renton, WA during the loading of the truck. We had boxed everything in copy paper boxes, moving boxes and plastic totes and taped all the cardboard boxes shut prior to the truck arriving. ARE came in and wrapped the furniture and loaded it onto the truck. The truck arrived in Cheyenne, WY two days before it was scheduled (happy surprise!)!!! I was available to receive the truck and all my things. The driver, Mike, was very professional and made sure to protect my beautiful hardwood floors. He allowed me to simply direct where to put everything so I felt like I was doing no work at all. It took two hours with three men and they did an absolutely wonderful job. I would recommend these guys anytime!

Traveling from abroad to visit my brother in Washington State was an unforgettable experience! But landing at his doorstep and finding out he had to move in a few days was a stressful surprise. Luckily when I decided to help him, I looked up moving companies, made a few calls and after seeing who was at the very top, I always figured those were the more expensive services, I gave it a shot as we were shopping around, Austine came on the phone, very nice guy and easy to talk too. You can tell he´s been doing this for a long time and his quote was the best among the rest. Very friendly, professional, and high quality service! I tried to contact several moving companies on Friday, none of them had availability on Saturday except this one. Therefore I chose them, and they surprised me!The charge is reasonable, I highly recommend this company.

Although I believe this company does good work in general, I had a very unfortunate experience with them. The packers did a really poor job labeling my boxes. A few of the boxes had no label at all, and the rest were labeled only by the room or area in which they were packed. When I called Austin to share my feedback, he escalated the matter in a very unprofessional manner. I would not recommend this company based on the poor experience I had dealing with Austin.

Moving is always hard, but Austine and his crew made a difficult day easier for me with their efficient work, professional packing skills, and cheerful approach to any and all problems. I highly recommend them!
