Great service. Came in needing a quick glasses repair to the nose pads and cleaning, took care of me free of charge! Even offered a tip and they didnt want it. Great team!

We have been coming here for a few years now and I have to say Dr. Wong is so great with kids! She is gentle, calm and friendly. She makes the experience good especially for first time patients!My 5 star review is for Kevin! He is so friendly and goes above and beyond to help!I highly recommend this place if you want to be treated with kindness and excellent customer service!

This eye clinic is great. The staff has been super helpful in getting my prism situation figured out. Dr Wong really seems like she knows what she is doing and I am confident that my situation will get figured out.!

I always have a good experience at the Vision plus, but I do feel like they always have extra charges on little things. Like extra charges on lens eye fitting, assessment, or new technology for eye dilation, which should be covered by insurance! As patients we just go along with the suggestions, but I feel like they are not necessary, or even if it is necessary - it should be covered by insurance!! I would have given them 5 stars, but the extra charges on little things, I dont really like at all.

Two technicians (saky and kevin) are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to ask them for picking a pair of eyeglasses or getting a contact lens option. Especially, Saky Ive asked many questions and she was happy to answer me. Kevin helped me with picking a nice pair eyeglasses.Thanks guys!!

Best eye doctor office I’ve ever been too. With COVID going on, they take safety measures very seriously and keep everything clean and sanitize. Very friendly staff and Dr. Wong is the best!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Got here on Monday.. this place is popular in ‘no long wait’ we went there at 10am and we were finished before 10:30.It’s pretty fast, time conserving, no waste of time.Will definitely go back again.Highly recommended

Dr. Wong was great with my 5 year old, she took her time to make sure his prescription was accurate, and she was very patient. Staff was also very friendly!! Def would recommend this place.

So I got my eye exam done here & I loved the atmosphere & ALL the staff were friendly & very knowledgeable!!! I will be purchasing my eye glasses from them soon! Never go to this place! They are a huge scam. They constantly try and sell you on things that you dont need, offering discounts which they retract at a later date. They claimed all the exams were mandatory and there were additional charges for each one. Claimed there was a discount for buying 2 years of contacts, retracted that statement AFTER running my card. When I went to pick up my contacts there was only one years worth. With each of these instances their response was either I was misinformed or they had no idea and thats just policy.Your ethics and low morals are why I will never return or refer business.

Dr wong seemed like she actually cared that I got a quality exam, she was quick but i didnt feel like i was being rushed.

I took my daughter to Vision Plus on Benson after reading other reviews about the service. The staff and the provider deserve all the accolades they have gotten! My daughter and I were warmly greeted at the door and did not wait long to be seen. At the end of the visit, one of the office women (I am bad with names) worked to make sure I was getting the most cost efficient deal for the type of insurance I have (contacts versus eye glasses). I think that type of attention to detail goes above and beyond what is expected. Great experience!!

I recently went here for the first time due to insurance changes, and they immediately won me over. The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Wong was really nice and efficient. Together they helped me figure out my vision insurance, update my prescription, arrange the follow-up appointment, and even set me up with everything I needed for the rebate on my purchase. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience due to the guy at the front. He was so awesome and helpful this was my first time getting glasses, and my husband had to get new glasses. He spent 2 hours helping us all with a huge smile and great customer service. Now, with the doctor she was really nice, she told me I had astigmatism in my left eye, did not tell me what that was, I had to Google it myself. I received my glasses and my right eye is still blurry. I will be calling to get that checked out. Maybe she was a little busy thats why she didnt take so much time with my right eye or with myself.

Had a great experience here. The staff is good at explaining the insurance benefits, and the tech and dr. explaining what is happening during the exam. They were up front about costs and time frame for ordering contacts. Everyone was very nice and welcoming.

It was comfortable once I stepped in. I enjoy the quietness of the store. Even offered bottled water.They toke their time to make sure Im getting what I needed. Parking works wells. Location is convenient. I would come here again :)

Hadnt had a eye exam in a while but the staff and doctor here are very friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. One of the biggest pluses is they are open on Saturday and they even have later hours once a week for those who cant make regular hours. They helped switch out my old nose pads for free and they even helped me order my Gunnars when I couldnt find the frames I wanted in store. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back for my next exam.

I would highly recommend going here! It was my first time visiting this establishment. The whole staff was helpful, curtious, and professional. All of their equipment is up to date including a new machine that takes a picture of the back of your eye. I have a stigmatism so I found this machine particularly useful. I also received my glasses very quickly!

Doctor was rude. The doctor I had was a tall guy balding with glasses, and not the usual Dr Wong. Whats strange is that either he was being facetious, but he kept saying why I didnt exist just because my appointment didnt show up in his schedule. He asked why I never had glasses, I said I havent had them in awhile. I never asked for glasses but wanting contact lenses but the guy kept patronizing me that What if you dont have a backup? Do you get my point?, in a very patronizing way. First, I dont believe in glasses. I lost more glasses than I wore contacts anyways. Ive been wearing contacts for over 10 years and I lose more money losing glasses than the cheaper alternative. If I wanted a backup, Id probably wear the backup contact lens! At that time all I said was I get your point only to dismiss his lecture that I dont really deserve. Once I get my prescription, Ill probably am going to see a different doctor going forward. The only upside is that I took a hbp test and his recommendation to go to my physician which was completely irrelevant to my issue. Even then I asked for another test, he said there may not be a point to that, even though I was probably stressed out already and just wanted to make sure. And in the end, the staff (not the doctor) just gave me one anyways. I dont get it.

I like the option of taking the photos of my eyes instead of having it dilated. Dr. Doris Wong clearly explained the health condition of my eyes through the photos taken.
