Dr. Miller is awesome but so is anyone you would be lucky enough to be seen by! The staff is great and helpful! And usually Dr. Miller will have a fur baby there for you to pet while you wait to be seen. They are doing all the things needs to keep you and your family safe during Covid 19 so bring a mask and wash your hands! Oh they also have a great selection of glasses to choose from and if they don’t have what your looking for they will direct you to another company that they think will help ;)

My family has been with Miller Eye Care since we moved to the area 4 years ago. We always feel heard and also feel we can make the best decision regarding our care after our visits with Dr. Miller. Dr. Miller is the best, my whole family has been seeing him for over two decades! Hes very thorough and knows exactly what is going on with our eyes. He gets prescriptions 100% right on, weve never had headaches or dizziness from glasses or contacts he has prescribed. Office responds promptly to requests and Ive never had a problem with billing. We always have a great experience and care with Dr. Miller and his office!

I have been so happy with them for more than two years now. This is the only pair of glasses that my husband will leave on his face. The fit and vision is so good that he forgets they are on his face. I have sent many friends there and they all are so happy. Jill really knows how to find the best frame for your face and fit the progressive lens perfectly. I got a new pair today after 40 yrs of wearing contacts and I Love them, such clear vision. I have even gotten my friend to drive all the way down from Lynnwood, and he is so happy.

Dr. Miller and his staff took the time to explain what each test being performed would tell them and what to expect. The doctor then took the time to go over the test results. Wow, finally after years and years of having my eyes examined I know the why and what fore. It is also the practice of this office to keep you family physician informed. Thank you Dr. Miller and staff.

They are open by appt on Saturdays which is amazing. Dr. Miller took his time, I left with a new prescription and am so happy I can see again.

While My Previous Dr. (on Benson Hill) Said NO!DR. JOSHUA MILLER, O.D. Said YES and MOREHaving scheduled with my previous Dr. weeks ahead of the time for Monday 02/04/2019; as the appointment drew closer, I received many, I meant MANY annoying texts asked me to confirm and re-confirm the appointment by replying with the letter C and that I did for every text!On the day of the appointment, I got a text to inform me that the office was closed due to the snow and yet, a few minutes later, another TEXT came to remind me to be at the appointment promptly. What a Heck! I, then decided to call, not once but twice, to find out whether the office was to be opened or not - while navigating through its phone answering system and menu by hitting a bunch of numbers for about 10 minutes, and yes, the office was closed!What a blessing in disguise not just because Im a glass-half-full person; I called and spoke with Jenny at MILLER EYECARE and she was able to schedule me with DR. JOSHUA MILLER, O.D. right away; my experience with the entire team was amazing, from Jenny, Kristy, Dr. Miller and of course, the introduction to Becky, everyone there was so very kind, caring and professional! Fantastic experience with friendly people who know what theyre doing

My family has been seeing Dr. Miller for nearly 10 years. I have seen many eye doctors, for over 35 years, in 4 different states, and have had a lot of experience with purchasing services- with and without insurance. This practice is a typical office with typical sales methods, they also follow the rules about having current perscriptions. The reviews giving low stars for up-sales and following best practices are just lame. If you want cheap and poor quality, then go somewhere else. I go specifically to see Dr. Miller himself because he is knowledgeable, can handle my irregular and very high prescription, and tries for as long as it takes to get me in comfortable and livable lens-wear. I tried 3 other local Optomitrists first, without success on the comfort end, before finding him. Dr. Miller also stays up on the latest tech and innovation- something I need more than most. The practice itself is just and fair. There have been some staff I didnt like as well, but they didnt last long. My son is interested in Optometry and Dr. Miller was happy to explain the technical details and medical practices enough to satisfy his curiosity. I also love how he occasionally trains guide dogs. They also work on pre/post surgery care and coordinate with area eye surgeons. I think the best part is that I can tell Dr. Miller LOVES being an eye doctor!

This place is fraudulent and will scam you. Professional liars and wont disclose full costs until after your receive the bill. Stay FAR away from these crooks!
