I received the Automated message stating my glasses were ready for pick up before 7:00 p.m. So I left work early got there at 6:36 to be exact and their doors were shut I called several times I Called several times And I havent even received a call back. Maybe they had an emergency or something

Been going here over a year now and customer service has been great.

It took almost 3 months to get my contacts; I had to call every week to follow up since the staff wouldn’t call me back 95% of the time. Extremely disappointed and will never use them again.
