My phone stopped working. With the assistance of the Verizon Representative was given a new phone. My new phone was delivered to my home same day of my appointment. A representative came to my home with the new phone and changed over all of my information to my new phone. Wonderful customer service.
My husband came in today to get help with his contacts and information. The person who “helped” him was very dismissive and unhelpful. He repeatedly told him, “It’s not my job”, when he was asking him to guide him on how to fix his issue. Poor customer service. Especially offensive considering he has been a Verizon customer for YEARS(over a decade). We are contemplating switching service providers as when I was with AT&T I have never had this kind of experience. I will be contacting corporate to let them know how this store is operating. Even if it “wasn’t his job”, he could’ve been more helpful and less dismissive. We will not be returning to this location.
Absolutely incompetent, unprofessional, and useless team of bozos. Made me wait 2 hours to activate a prepaid sim card and it didn’t even work. Wasted 2 hours of my life and didn’t even apologize. What a trash experience. Don’t go here unless you enjoy hell.
So Verizon is giving everyone a free 5G cell phone. “New 5G cell phone on us for every customer”!!!! I wonder how many sheeple figured this one out. Think critically.
Very helpful. No phones to purchase right now. Back ordered.
The sales associate turned my wife away when she came in to have her phone number transferred over to my account. He didn’t even let her explain what she needed, he just thought she wanted her new phone set up. She is not super tech savvy and would like to be helped with the process. I know that there is a pandemic, but that is literally what your job description is. I can’t believe he just turned her away and told her to do it herself. I’m pretty sure it was the same sales associate that I spoke to when I picked up the phone for her, and I told him she would want help. At that time he said he’d be happy to help her. What a two-faced slimy salesman. He was happy to help because I was spending money, but not willing to follow through with customer support.I’ve always had issues with Verizon’s customer service, but this is a new low. If I wasn’t locked into a plan I would drop them like a rock.Unbelievable.
Every Verizon employee I’ve encountered thus far have been very enjoyable to work with. At this branch in particular there are two people that have gone out of their way to help me, even staying late. Corey is a one! He was very warm and friendly and helpful, it was like working with a good friend right away, made me feel comfortable and even with a challenging situation. There is also a female manager that was great and sweet as well I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. I highly recommend this location!
I normally dont leave negative reviews but my experience today really disappointed me. Placed an online order for an in-store pick up for new phone. Headed to store only to find something was wrong with the order as it had been pending for longer than it should have been. Was given customer service numbers by associate working, only to be put on hold by a corporate office for 45 minutes, no one ever answered. Was only check on periodically, maybe every 30-40 minutes trying to trouble shoot our problem with the sales associate. The store was busy so I understand that these things take time but our associate new we were having issues and I wished he would have given us better/ new solutions sooner. Was only told them when we said we were leaving. Took a total of three... THREE HOURS. This whole situation amount to nothing and left without a phone. Im flabbergasted by the corporate side of Verizon as they dont give their associates much wiggle room as how to solve these situations. Please make this process simpler, I wasted three hours of my life that Ill never get back for something that should have taken 20 minutes.
The service was great I forget the gentleman who help me but it was wonderful.
Evan and Amber are the best customer service people weve had the pleasure of working with in all of our years as Verizon customers. Their patience and professionalism in solving our complex challenges was remarkable. They went above and beyond to assist us. By the time we left we felt more like friends than customers. Highly recommend them and this store.
I have meant to do a comment for awhile. When I walked into Verizon to change carriers, Cory was my first contact. He is an excellent example of the of the best side of Verizon. He was calm, friendly and knowledgeable. I described my needs, why I was changing and what my budget requirements were. He was efficient in getting me set up and multitasking as the phone was porting over information. In subsequent visits, I would make a point of asking for Cory when I had a problem. He always seems genuinely glad to see me and be of assistance. I get tips and information to problem solve on my own.Cory is a valuable spokesperson for Verizon. Thank you Cory.
Try getting an appointment and I gave up. Ill go to wallmart or best buy for my new phone.
Update: Went back and waited in line only to be taken off the wait list by Linda. (Im guessing because she knew my business that day wouldnt lead to any commission.) Ended up waiting for nearly 45 minutes before the manager finally helped me.Original post : Good service. They always try to help the customer. When I decided to switch phones (because my first phone choice was DOA), they were able to waive the $50 fee to do that.
Evan provided excellent customer service to me. He listened to my needs, did not try to over-sell more expensive products, and walked me through the entire process. I would highly recommend Evan and Verizon at The Landing.
The Manager Amber at the Renton Landing is absolutely amazing. She really knows her stuff & is happy to share her information & help us. She is very friendly & I hope that every one has a chance to meet her.♈🌺✔♥️ Great Job Amber you Rock...
The customer service at this store is awful. Instead of having customer service agents available to help with simple things, every customer is in the queue behind people who want to know every single feature of a cell phone. I needed an accessory and it would have taken less than one minute to ring me up and get me out the door, and instead I was told I had to wait behind six other customers who all wanted demonstrations and opinions on different phones. Customer experience fail!
I lost my phone and needed a replacement asap before getting on a plane the next day. The staff were very helpful and definitely went the extra mile to help me out. I got everything I needed, and at a fair price.
Good Customer Service.
Great and fast service
For my first experience at Verizon, customer service couldnt have been better for me. Tony was amazing! He was a person that made me feel comfortable and provided great information when I had any questions or concerns. He did not rush me or push me to do anything, he was very patient and provided me with amazing service! He is someone I highly recommend to others as their go-to guy when purchasing an item.
If I could give negative stars I would. No one greeted me when I came in. The guy that got my phone kept slapping it. And Ive had nothing but terrible service. Save yourself time, money, headache and dont switch or start up with Verizon. Ive lost service several times and each time Ive call cust. care no one seems to know what theyre doing to fix it. Videos and music keep buffering and Im on the unlimited data plan over $100/mo just started service last week. I can not wait till my contract is up I will not renew. Youve been warned.
I have a lengthy, detailed, negative review to share with Verizon Wireless regarding our most recent experience with a salesperson in this store, as well as others in Customer Care. Since the escalated issue originated in this store because of an employees carelessness, Im leaving my negative rating here and await someone in Support to provide me with an email address where I can share my full experience. I tried to search through your Community Support online but received a server issue preventing me from accessing that page.
They wouldnt let my husband in the store with me to get a new phone. The account is in his name. Inconvenient, annoying and embarrassing.
Had an amazing experience switching phones to the new Google pixel 3. Amber was so knowledgeable and helpful; she educated me, she showed me tricks, she fixed my photos and contacts. I walked out of there feeling confident and capable to get the most out of my new device.
Just a quick note about how people just make any company! Linda W just is the type of person that wanted to help us with the best service with her genuine care and concern. Would be great to have her way of doing things in other industries!
I have purchased my last two I phones here. Both times I told the salesperson I wanted insurance. Both time as it turns out I didnt have insurance. The first time it happened my over 2 years old anyway so I bought a new phone. I have had the new phone for only 3 months and I have a cracked glass. I thought thank goodness I have insurance! Well I dont!! Not Happy . *****I have read your response and would like to know what that means******
I went to Verizon to get a case for my phone. Lacey helped me find the case that was most suitable for me. She was very kind and personable! She was very thorough with her information and even discussed phone plans with me. In the end, she was a honest person who provided me a great service. I definitely recommend anyone looking for help or guidance to ask for Lacey!
I had a perplexing issue with my new iPhone 11. Calls from people on my contact list would roll right to voice mail and the phone app would close and open the message so. After about ten minutes of diagnosis they solved the problem. Really nice people too.
Amber (manager) and Soklho were excellent! Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and kind. I had to switch to a business account, add a line and purchase a phone. they were great!
Got to say how impressed I was. I set up a business account and compared Verizon vs AT&T.Amber and Corey bent over backwards to get my business...they truly cared. Not so AT&T....they were more interested in texting their buddies overAmber was on the phone for an hour facilitating getting my account set up. Great discount on the phone, and great suggestions. I couldn’t be more impressed by her knowledge and commitment. They made a fan of me. I heartily recommend Verizon, the Renton Landing Store, and Amber.
On Wednesday Evan helped me to setup facial recognition and a new message app. Thank you
Amber is absolutely incredible. I’ve never experienced such amazing and selfless customer service. I’m on a family plan and they go to the Renton Landing Verizon store, but I live in Washington DC not anywhere near a convenient Verizon store to go to. She helped me switch back from TMobile over the phone while I was in the TMobile store being completely ignored/ told I wasn’t able to do what I was asking for (which Amber called them out on for lying to me trying to get rid of me, and helped me solve the problem). She’s gone absolutely above and beyond what she needed to do in order to make sure I’m taken care of and I’m not even there in person working with her. It’s made the whole process of coming back to Verizon so much easier and I’ll never switch again because of her alone (okay, plus the fact that no other carrier competes with the service, but that’s not important...). This woman deserves a medal for the amount of work she’s put in to ensure my family has been taken care of on our plan. Keep her on your team because she’s sold me Verizon for life.
They are very helpful in getting you exactly what you want. I do recommend doing your research before going in that way you can narrow your choices. But do keep an open mind to their recommendations.
Thanks Tony for your service and help in purchasing my Galaxy J7V! The sale was hassle free, professional, and efficient.Tony is a great sales person who is in tune with customers perspective. I highly recommend Tony as a go to guy at this location!
We switched to Verizon from AT&T a few months ago, and Amber at the Renton Landing location has been an enormous help. We had a very complicated transition, and it has taken numerous phone calls and follow up texts, and Amber has always been willing to help, even on her days off. I highly recommend Amber, and Verizon!
Tony was extremely helpful in assisting in the replacement of my cell phone. His understanding, acumen, and patience in dealing with an Apple problem saved my day. Tony is the one to ask for when you visit Verizon. I won’t be surprised if the next time I visit Verizon at the Renton Landing Tony is the manager!
I am NOT techie... and so when I walked in with our iphones that Id messed up, I didnt know if they could help. Lee (the store manager) was AWESOME! He walked me thru the snafus that I had created and got me up and running. So grateful for his help and excellent customer service !
John always know his crafted of customer service,,,,,,,,,, Verizon better keep him....
If you walk out of this store scratching your head wondering what just happened, breath.....................pull yourself together, check the emails you will be getting explaining in detail what just went down, and immediately call Verizon *611!!!! But, if youre smart, dont do business at this location AT ALL!! Their policy is not customer comes first, they throw everything you say out the door, and put all their efforts into making as much money as possible with YOUR transaction!! People please, take the time to look at how many other stores are within miles of this location.......be smart, the cost of doing business here is to steep!!
Clueless sales people. Don’t waste your time at this place
Long wait time, the guy ripped me off on accessories, and changed my plan without telling me, even though I explicitly asked him if he changed my plan and he said its exactly the same.Dont waste your time here. Shady business practices.
If I could rate a 0 I would. We walked in and didn’t get one person to talk to us for 10 minutes. When we were finally greeted he said “yeah we’re short staffed so as far as the wait, it is what it is” then continued to help someone else. As we waited another ten minutes, two Verizon employees became free but decided to push in the stools and start closing up the store before helping us. We got there at 5pm when they close at 6pm. Two more people came out from the back but still no one had spoken to us. We finally left after waiting almost another 10 minutes. Not to mention the person that walked in off the street as we were leaving, he was helped right away.
I came in from Texas for a business trip and my cell phone broke so I needed a new one. I had my mind set on what I wanted. Tony was absolutely amazing!! He helped me get additional accessories that made my phone look great! He was patient and he helped me through the set up. If anyone in my family is looking to upgrade I’m gunna give them Tony’s card!
Everytime Ive gone to this store, I was greeted immediately by someone to help me with what I need. Customer service here is awesome. Especially from a young man named Soko. But, all the employees are great. Very knowledgeable in all the cell phones out on the market and older makes as well. This is a great store!
They use to be great and helpful. The last two times, I incountered, rude, non helpful people. They caused me more trouble, for a phone, I had bought there. 3 phones in 2 weeks. They caused problems. Telling the didnt program phones, just sell them. I have done business there for years, with great success. In the past! I had to call Verizion Tech coach for help.
DONT WALK IN TO THIS LOCATION GO ONLINE OR CALL VERIZON CUSTOMER CARE PLEASE DONT WALK INTO THIS LOCATION!!!( I could write essay about my experience at this store but I won’t, instead keep it simple) I have had AWFUL experience at this store, first let me state that I have spent total of 12 hours on the phone with Verizon’s customer care team due to Sale Rep’s callous. I was helped by Sales Rep named Daniel. One thing that person does to me that I do not tolerate when you lie, which sadly Daniel did. There are few employee in the store ( the manger cant remember his name... and lady named Lacey) willing to help that is why I am giving two stars thank you for your excellent customer care, an also because Verizon’s customer care did amazing job helping me through ordeal Daniel had placed me in for promotional deals. This was my experience hopefully if you do go to this location your experience will be much better than mine, I Love Verizon!!!
Katie is always a jewel. Very helpful. Like your new store design!
Had a very unpleasant and still ongoing experience with this store. Purchased the Google pixel 3 buy one get one free and paid all cash. By paying all cash they stated that we would not be charged the $30 extra every month for the phone. Our next 2 bills had the $30 charged. Ive gone into the store on 3 separate occasions and was given the run around that when we bought the phones the salesman input it wrong in the system and itll be fixed next billing cycle. It has now been 7 cycles since. That is over $200 charged to me! I am beyond fed up. I have been very patient and understanding but to now have to go in for a 4th time I will not be as understanding.
Weve been with Verizon 19 years and have visited many stores, with varying degrees of helpfulness - our service with Corey in the Landing, Renton was outstanding. He answered all our questions and suggested money saving deals to lower our monthly bill. This is our new home store.
Early today, I talked to Amber Massey the manager on the phone before heading to the store to confirm the iPhones wanted were there. Once at the store, Amber had Sokho Shin a rep take care of me and my parents transferring over from T mobile. He was very patient and very accommodating to all the questions from my parents and I. When everything was finished and the phone numbers were ported over, my brothers phone was locked because it was a T mobile phone. Since he is in LA, we had a whole bunch of problems and had him on the phone to figure out what to do. Amber was amazing and helped out my brother in LA over the phone and found a solution. She went over and beyond by giving my brother her personal number to call incase of any other problems! Also, the store was closed, but they didnt complain at all and helped us way after closing. Thank you to Amber and Sokho and I will be referring everyone I know to this store location!
Katie was extremely helpful. She helped us upgrade and set up a new phone and made sure we were getting the most out of everything we’re paying for on our plan.
Went in with an old 3G jetpack to get it activated. Cory, the manager, and James, an assistant manager went above and beyond the call of duty trying to get it working. We thought we had it, but it didnt work when I got home. Went back 2 days later and Cory was extremely helpful and most appreciated. Thanks so much!
Take an off day to visit this store. You will be lucky to get anybody to assist you in the first hour.... its that bad..
Tony was very helpful. Definitely knows his job. And did not try to rush me out the door. I will be back and ask for Tony to help me.
The worst customer service experience Ive ever received in my life at any store, cell phone or otherwise. An employee made a serious mistake on my account and not they only refused to fix it, but they couldnt even be bothered to be polite or apologize, or try to work with me in any way to fix it. If you are going to use this store avoid an employee named Murat, you will be treated like you dont matter. Im actually considering switching to another phone company, Ive had now 2 really bad experiences with this location.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU NEED TO SET UP A NEW PLAN.At the door, my partner and I were greeted, and asked how we could be helped. We told the representative hi, my partner and I are currently on our parents plans, we would like to start a new plan together, and keep our old numbers. We gave our names and numbers, and were told someone would be with us shortly. After about a 45 minute wait, we were approached by E. When we repeated to him what we wanted to do, he said oh, you have to call the liability transfer line to get things sorted out. I actually just called them with a previous customer, and an automated recording said theyre closed until Monday. We were, to say the least, disappointed. My partner called the liability transfer line and didnt get said automated recording, but was on hold for another 20 minutes. While we were waiting on hold, E tried to sell me another phone, or upgrade the plan we wanted to get. I politely declined, and said we know *exactly* what we want, we had researched everything, and would just like to try to get through to the liability transfer. My partner (still on hold) asked E for a hard copy of the customer agreement policy, and E mumbled something and went into the back room. About five minutes later her reappeared behind the counter, ignoring us and not making eye contact, but chatting with one of his coworkers cheerily. At this point, after being in the store for more than an hour with still no new phone plan set up, we left. At the door, the same greeter asked us you two all set? and we had to politely say no, the employee here would not even call the liability transfer line, he said theyre closed. The doorway greeter didnt believe it, and we said were going home and calling from there. Thanks for wasting our time, E.We drove home, both frustrated and angry. My partner decided to call the Verizon liability line again, and miraculously, 15 minutes later, we were talking to M, who completed our transaction in less than 30 minutes. We were ecstatic- we will be going to another Verizon wireless store across town to pick up our new phones and sign contracts.
This store is lying the people. And the guys wich is working here is unprofessional. You going with one problem and you leaving with more problems and different phone number.
The manager Amber went out of her way to help us with my mother in laws account. I was so impressed with the time she spent helping my (lowtech) mil, she even showed her how to download and use a ringtone app!
My wife and I have been with another large provider for years, and finally took the plunge into Verizon. We were very happy with our experience here. The sales rep, Jesse, spent over an hour with us talking over various plans and phones, and making sure we were taken care of. Extra kudos to him for also being very sales-savvy. When we found out they didnt have the phone my wife wanted (iphone 4s w/ 32GB), he gently stepped aside for a couple moments to let us discuss, and was back in a flash the second we had questions.Customer service was better, product was better, entire experience was better than last cell phone experience.
Good store. Friendly customer service, top product selection. Just make sure to price check accessories on Amazon, then try to get the store to price match.
I couldn’t hardly get in the door.
Tony was informative and transparent with everyone of my paranoid questions about changing my 20yr account from Sprint to Verizon. The moment we launch the new service I wondered why I didn’t do it years ago! Thank you Tony and thank you Verizon!!
Evan was was very good. Professional, yet friendly; helpful and knowledgeable.
I went in with my wife to look at phones and plans recently. Lacey greeted us as soon as we entered the store and helped us find what was right for us. She is a kind person and genuinely wanted to help us. If I ever need to go back to Verizon, I will seek her out to help me again.
Rude, unhelpful, no one greeted me, I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. This location is the worst. There was an older gentleman who said hed been waiting for an hour. Very very poor customer service. Especially for Verizon.
Verizon is awful — just awful. Truly a scummy, greedy corporation with the most cynical attitude toward their customers. We made a simple change to our account - removing a family members line. Verizon being Verizon, of course they used this as an opportunity to remove our unlimited plan without telling us and replace it with 2GB of data per person. (We later got this up to 20GB - at full price). After extensive calling, we found out they wont give back the unlimited plan under any circumstances.Went to this location to get the iPhone 6 because I was due for an upgrade. The sales rep then tried to sell us on Verizon Edge (I wasnt interested because I have enough money to pay upfront and Im not stupid enough to fall for a monthly subscription that ends up costing more in the long-run). As it turns out, the Verizon Edge plan comes with a $25 monthly discount. Yet.. this discount would replace the $25 monthly discount they gave us for not switching(!?!) This means that we would pay the full price of the phone (in this case, $850) over the course of two years, while being locked into a contract the entire time. What kind of math-deprived idiots do they think their customers are? The only reason to stay with a despicable company like Verizon is because youre locked into a contract or because you get free upgrades. In a baffling move, theyve managed to negate both these factors for me.In other words, theres no discount when you upgrade after two years. And, in turn, theres no point to staying with Verizon. Please, if you have any choice in the matter, go with any other provider. T-Mobile has plans that dont lock you into a contract and cost much less.
Fast, expert advice on your cellphone puzzles.
Tony hopped into a very convoluted problem with my account I thought was already resolved. He was able to sift thru layers of info, figured a solution and walked me to a resolution I am totally satisfied with. He went the extra miles and miles for me. THANKS TONY!
Verizon suffers from a kind of corporate insanity where they want to dictate how you interact with them. I went to this store over a week ago to take advantage of an upgrade offered. I was told that I could not have the phone immediately and that they would ship it. It shipped, Verizon cancelled the order before delivery and told me i would have to pick it up at the local store where I started. These guys, Verizon, have a network that is second to none and a cellphone business that is run by the insane and administered by the inept.
I went into the store at Renton Landing today right when the store opened already super frustrated and a bit grumpy because my Iphone had died the night before. I was in sort of a panic because I was expecting very important calls and meetings and had no way to contact anyone because my phone had bit the dust. Tony, my shining star, was so patient and didnt let my frustration or grumpiness get to him looked over my phone and assessed it was indeed dead and not returning back to the living. He said he would order a new one and get it to me tomorrow. I said thats great but was still in a panic about todays need and he did the unimaginable and found a temporary phone for me to use just for today and saved me!!! Tony is the BEST and the rest of the staff there arent too shabby either. Thank you for being awesome and going above and beyond, I truly appreciate you!!!
Thanks to tony, I finally got the new iphone xs Max! I appreciate you so much as well as your honesty with the pricing! Youre the best !
Customer service is very bad I Traveled many miles I was surprised by this, not interested in the customer
They want you to call to make an appointment. I sat on the phone on hold for about an hour. I finally got frustrated and hung up. Terrible customer service.
Tony was awesome and stayed late to make sure all my contacts were in my new phone. These dudes rock!
Go online or to any other Verizon store. Horrid customer service. We went on a Sunday and the staff was more obsessed with watching football then helping us. The guy that finally helped us lied about our data usage to get us to add an extra gigabyte to our data plan, was rude, not responsive, didnt listen and kept leaving to watch football. On top of all that he ended up putting the wrong address for shipment of the new phone. Just stay away from this horrid place.
I was going in for an upgrade for my phone, James the sales man (con man) was never upfront on what he was selling and try to rip me off with adding things I didnt need, (also changed my plan without me asking) when I realize he never gave me a receipt I went back in to ask for it, and I wanted to return the iPad which I realize was not a real combo deal like he said. So, everything said and done....right? No, so last night I took a look at my bank account so instead of a refund of $325.79 for the refund...there was a refund of $290.79...so now I have to hassle with this new issue...I should have read all the bad stuff about this store in The Landing in Renton before going in.
Very pissed off. I wanted to return a case I bought exactly two weeks ago in still good condition and I couldnt because apparently the two weeks had passed the day before. That makes no sense at all. Not coming back to buy anything.
Sharyn made sure or experience was positive. Spent enough time and explained everything. Very informative.
Horrible. Needed help with hotspot. By the time i left i couldnt sync my car. I was told to come back Monday when smsrter people or more experienced would be in.
Tony paired Bluetooth with a Ford, which was a most difficult pairing. Thank you for your time and patience, Tony.
It was great! They took care of a situation that was messed up.
They have good customer service but I dont want to pay for it....
Cory is the best! He always finds a solution to our problem and does it with a smile!
Antonio Lopez was super helpful and provided great customer service!
Sales rep here sold an iphone to a crook on our account! My wife and I have never even been to this store - Ended up noticing a few months later after our bill had gone up and had to file a police report and make hours of phone calls with verizon/fraud department to cancel the charges! My understanding is that you have to show ID before getting access to the account--yet a sales rep here allowed this to happen somehow. When I called the manager to explain the situation, he was extremely rude about it saying Look, we follow all standard procedures... goodbye and wasnt remotely understanding/helpful nor did he believe me. After looking up the receipt showing someone bought a phone there that wasnt being used (i.e., the fraud bought it and sold it immediately), he called back to say, okay you were right, here is the name of that sales rep. Seriously?! Please try some professionalism next time.
Sad to say but cell phone providers in America only deserve one star.
I bought a new S7 and they sold me a Zagg screen protector. The first day I had it it broke under normal wear I took it in to the Zagg kiosk to get it replaced and was charged 12 dollara. The next day it broke again. I took it in again and the guy said that the Zagg screen protector arent compatable with the S7 cause Samsung made their phones halo. So the screen protector will break along the edges. I went back to this Verizon store and told them that they sold me a product that wasnt compatable. They offered me a discount on another screen protector. So now Im 50 dollars short and I dont have a screen protector. Not to mention all my time. Terrible experience!
Very knowledgeable, happy to help.
I was Waiting for half an hour for someone to help attend me with my bill the, manger greeted me and said we’ll be with you shortly.let me remind you that we got there before a couple people before us I noticed that the undercover security guard kept staring at me and communicated with the other staff upon my arrival he wouldn’t leave me alone.the people before us were being attended while we still were waiting I was fed up and decided to leave when I heard the security guard mumble something under his breathe.i am disgusted with my experience and never will return to that Verizon again.
After having THE WORST experience at the Tukwila location-DONT GO THERE-I came over to Renton and was efficiently helped and taken care of properly.*see review on Tukwila google page*
I am very unhappy with this store location - Renton Landing. I was bullied into buying a plan last September 2016 and the very next day I returned the phone. The store told me I would not be billed any charges. I bought a prepaid phone instead with them which is what I originally wanted to buy. Any how, Now 6 months later I get late notices for no payment!! For what??? I do not owe any money. I cant even get a hold of the store for them to correct the situation. I suggest the store research my account asap and correct the situation. Account: Larry Wright address 15152 65 ave so 808 Tukwila wa 98188 NEW address 614 N Fairview dr Tacoma wa 98188.
Not good. No one was able to help me with my problemsAccessing downloaded imagesCouldnt find where they were being storedAlso needed help setting notification indicatorsNo luck with either
I went in to this Verizon store after having two broken iPhone 6+ insurance replacements sent to me from Asurion. I told them what happened and that I didnt want to leave without a working phone.A very nice and understanding lady named Lacey said she would talk to her manager as she had no authorization for this matter.About 5 minutes later she comes back and tells me that Verizon is all about customer service (something Ive heard before) and that they will get me a brand new iPhone 6+ but that they didnt have any of the 16gb models in stock. SO, she asks if Id like a 6S + instead. To which I, of course, said sure! She then walks with me to the back counter and I see her manager is on the phone with Asurion approving all of this.Long story short, Lacey was able to get credit card information from Asurion to purchase a brand new 6S + and I walked out of the store within 15 minutes in a much better mood than when I had walked in.I must say, after reading the reviews for this store before going in, I was prepared to fight to get a suitable replacement in store. But Lacey and her manager both understood my frustration and made the whole experience a very good one.Thank you.
Pleasant n responsive, helpful too
Finally happy with the same energy
I came in today when my Google pixel died on me. Tony not only got me a new phone but made sure my new phone could make and receive calls before I left the store. He transferred all my contacts and I left 100% connected, Tony made my day! Give that man a raise!!!
Horrible reps Evan is the worst !!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT The managers resolution was to do the blame game on my friend who came into this location with phone problems ! Saying that another location could fix the problems A REP HERE MADE !! Don’t waste you time here they just want to sell you something and not help you AT ALL . Would GO TO A REAL VERIZON THIS ONE JUST FEEDS WHATEVER TO GET YOU OUT THE DOOR!!
Its a very stupid place to get help. Waited for a half hour and the idiot did nothing to fix my phone
Dont bother. Just a waste of time trying to do anything In here
Corey was extremely helpful!
