Good staff. Courtesy good. Clean store. Very store.
There was only one employee working on a weekend day, Sunday. We were the only ones in there, but ended up having to wait when another customer came in to pay a bill. Wish they had more staff for the weekend. He was very helpful, though, and got us taken care of, which included splitting our multi like plan out to separate lines, and purchasing a new plan for one of the lines.

Cricket Wireless is great, this store not so much. The employee we worked with was nice, but knew nothing about any of the plans, gave us multiple pieces of false information, and clearly didnt care or want to be there.I went to this store on Saturday (7/27/19) to add my girlfriend to my plan. We walked in and the store was empty, after waiting a few minutes the employee walks in the front door. He was out front chatting with a friend it seems. No big deal.I asked about what the discount was for adding a 3rd line, he said there was none unless you switch all lines to the $55/mo plan. (This was wrong, the discount is actually $10 for the first line and $20 for the 3rd).I asked him about using the phone in Canada and he wasnt sure how it worked. All I had to do was walk over to the wall and read the fine print on their advertisement.He gave us the wrong price for the International Extra option. There are only two prices for the International options, and what he said wasnt either of them.After getting the sim card and going home, I called the Cricked phone number and talked with a rep. He was able to verify the discount I should be getting for the 3rd line, and know how to make sure to get the phone to work in Canada.The manager of this store needs to either train this employee and keep an eye on his motivation, or to let him go. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
We ended up waiting awhile because of some technical difficulties, but Dre (manager) was incredible. He ended up coming in just to help, and fixed everything super quick. He clearly runs a tight ship and values his work. He had impeccable patience with some of his new employees that were just learning the ropes, and made sure that we were taken care of as customers. I would go to Dre in a heartbeat if I have any Cricket issues in the future.

I had to stop by this store a on Thursday, the 24th of August because I wanted to cut my old sim card to fit my new phone because simple mobiles switching to 4G LTE network caused my old phone to be useless. When I got to the store, the guy was going to lunch in his car. So the door was closed. He came back from his car and opened the store for me. He is a tall, black haired guy; very professional man. He cut my sim card and saved me from a lot of stress. I would definitely go to that store if I were to switch from simple mobile(which I am considering). The store is newer and very clean with a variety of phone selection.
They have great staff and deals. But the location is not too great
