Purchased a couple brand new S7 Edges a few years ago from Kent store due to our Note 7 recall and had a wonderful experience. Now the jury is out. Took the unlocked Note 10+ back in to them 3 days after purchase do to... lack of signal and unable to install/run apps do to it being a Panama IMEI (Samsung Pay & BECU). Tech has to look at it before exchange, now without phone.On Friday they exchanged phone for a US model. 3 1 hour round-trips to get a working phone. Thus far appears to be working as I would expected the first phone to have.

These guys make buying a phone so easy. I came on my lunch break and I was in and out. I got the iPhone 12 Pro Max and I came in for an older iPhone. Little to my surprise I was approved for the phone I really wanted. This is my second phone with them and have had such an enjoyable experience every time. I was skeptical at first buying a used device however this location gave a very good impression. The store was clean and chill when I walked in. The sales rep was friendly and wasnt too pushy on the sale. They gave me time to look through all my options and knowledged me about the features of each product. I finally decided to go with an iPhone 11 Pro Max in Silver color and the phone looks new to me. A+ condition was what they said. The one who helped me was HannahWarranty : I did visit several shops and mostly of them had 14 days warranty. This shop actually gave me hope with the 90 days warranty.Products : They did showed me different conditions and I paid more to get the best one. They seem to have many options. This business runs a scam charging outrageous prices for old tech, often hundreds of dollars above the current asking price at other retailers. They also list them at absurdly low prices on the online platform offerup then offer a sketchy take it home and pay the rest later plan and refused to provide the model full number or any other details. (refused as in stopped replying to my messages when asked). do not buy from this business.

I’ve been looking for a laptop for about a month now. I inquired about an OfferUp post and they suggested I come into the store. Henry was the real deal. He listened to what I wanted and what my price range was. He only tried the upsale once and then brought out two laptops that were exactly what I was looking for. I was able to add two accessories and stay within my original budget. Vic was the silent salesman though, him and Henry worked well together and I left spending less than I thought I was going to. Definitely check these guys out if you’re on a budget, they’ll get ya what ya want within whatever price range you tell them.I’ll be back when it’s time for a phone upgrade.

So, I can, at the very least; share my experience and hope it helps some folks out there.Well, I was fortunate enough to have been helped by Vic, who was super knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. Henry was also at the desk, and it was a relief that he had also volunteered to help.SIDENOTE:Im sure weve all come into one of these phone stores, and experienced a less than welcoming visit; where the associate customer service rep present, would be completely detached. Entertaining themselves by having side conversations, or being completely buried in some non-work related activity, like browsing the web, or killing their boredom, in the most random way; pretty much ignoring what must be, yet anooother customer... who ultimately treats you, as an annoyance, if not an outright non-entity, rather than... I dunno... helping you...It happens... were all human... and I realize some work days and customer interactions can range from being tedious, to outright nightmarish... but, having stated that... that wont help the people buying with their purchase... So...FORTUNATELY(!), during this visit, both techs were helpful and engaged! Helping one another AND the customer.Vic helped in every way possible, from educating about the device I was interested in, to payment options, to bundling my purchase with accessories.Fully engaged in all the technical details of the purchase with absolute focus. Providing information and going through all the steps required to assist and complete the transaction.Henry was on hand to volunteer in providing supplemental information, aswell as installation for additional accessories.It is refreshing(!!) to have customer service reps working to help you with your needs.I can also say, that both of them stayed past closing time and even volunteered to keep my newly purchased smoothies, from Oasis (bought from inside Uwajimaya across the parking lot) refrigerated, while we all seemingly worked together to complete the purchase, in one visit.So, Thank You(!!!) I purchased two different phones here; both had something wrong with them. However, the store made returning and getting a replacement extremely easy and even upgrading the second time with no increase in the cost. We also have had issues with switching carries, but as we have sprint (Mobile) now, they make it incredibly difficult to buy unlocked phones, and I dont blame the employee for not getting them correctly unlocked.

I am very satisfied with service I got from Vy, and will recommend some of my friends.

Wonderful service not pushy or quick to move you along with your decision of what to purchase. Very knowledgeable and amazingly patient with customers. I felt at home in the renton location and they checked double checked and made sure my choice would work flawlessly as it has been. So I recommend them above all else . I went back for a lower end phone after i purchased my 2 note 10 pluses and yet again they sold me a wonderful phone at a decent price always unlocked which is an amazing thing theese days and they made my day. I will go nowhere else for any of my samsung needs.

THEY SOLD ME A MACBOOK PRO WITH LIQUID DAMAGE.I have gotten a couple of items from the “phone guys” I got a brand new laptop and a iPad that same day. Which made me get my third MacBook Pro which was used. That same day I just set up my iCloud and noticed some letters on the keyboard sticky or not clicking correctly. Which made me think something was wrong with it. So once I was done putting my iCloud on that same day I bought it I put it back on the box so I can get it seen/fixed by them. Took it in and they kept it for two days I was told it was ready and to pick it up. So I did and once I got it, it wasn’t fixed so I asked why and they just said my “warranty was void” they never explained why and were rude and just said we won’t fix it and your warranty is void without explaining why. I was upset because they accused me of dropping liquid on it and also accused my kids of dropping it if it wasn’t me that did. Got the MacBook as is and i noticed that same day the problem took it back and said there was liquid on it which looked like sugar. I mentioned to them that’s how it was sold and they denied and said they check all the items before selling it. If I didn’t do it and they didn’t either then who did? What is more crazy is I paid 1,320 and just to think I will drop something on it is just insane. “THAT SAME DAY I PURCHASED IT” I would never drop something on it that same day.1. They void my warranty2. Blamed my kids/myself from the liquid3. Rude4.never fixed itI came back because like I mentioned I got two items before so thought on getting my third one. Im going to think about it twice before going back. What’s more upsetting is I paid 1,320 for it and they want more to fix it when I had my warranty. I would NEVER drop liquid on a purchase of 1,320 that SAME day.Upsetting just want it fixed.

I had recently purchased an S9 plus on march 13 2020 and i have been purchasing phones from them for 2 years. I recommend people about the phone guys but today they played with me for saying that i water damaged the phone even tho they sold me the water damaged phone already.. i DID NOT know that they would sell me the water damaged phone already. I was in a hurry so i texted the youtube speakers and camera. Although the phone was already scratched and in used condition. I did not know that there would be a charging issues. And now i lost my $357 of my phone and i lost the phone. Both gone. Should i call them thieves?

They told me a down payment for the ps4 would be $22. They ended up charging me 86 dollars
