Dropped off newer iPad, with smashed screen, and within three hours it was good as new! Amazing! The staff was very helpful, very polite, professional, and obviously very good at what they do! This family-run store is great! I bought a Mac mini at a fantastic price there, and a Dell HDMI display. Everything was tested and demonstrated as I watched, the price stickers removed and everything wiped clean, and the husband helped carry my purchases out to the car. I will definitely go back to this store for my next used computer purchase.

I break my phones more than I should because Im too stubborn to get a case. Ive gotten cracked screens and backs replaced at a few different spots in the Seattle area and I can confidently say this place by far had the best quality at a super reasonable price.

Great experience all around. Fixed my daughters MacBook Air had to perform many diagnostics and ultimately narrowed it down to the right part (screen) then he replaced with new. Efficient, communication was great and as stated, also 30 day warranty. My daughter is so thrilled to have her content back. I will be coming back with all of my electronic needs.

What a great little gem of an electronic store that was stumbled upon during a fateful Facebook marketplace conversation.Great prices, friendly owners and legitimate products with their ads. In addition the included warranty provides great piece of mind.It is a bit hard to locate bit I would totally come back for my electronic purchases on a budget.

Just went in to get my note 8 phone screen fixed, looking at the price it was 260 and me thinking it will be a new screen they gave me a used screen a refurbished screen and is scratched. For that price I could have just bought a new phone and their warranty is trash. And the edge of my phone was switched from silver to black, and cracked the back side of my phone worse than it was. I regret going here and charge way over for a used screen. Just in case they dont tell you Its a used screen they will switch out not new!

I dropped my case-less iPhone until green/red stripes lined the screen, then turned completely black. I was told by a lot of people it likely couldn’t be fixed. Well, they fixed it - My cracked black screen looked brand new & even better for a very competitive and amazing price. They even offered to test it to see if it was able to be repaired with no charge beforehand.I felt at peace the minute I walked into this store, clean and calming music was on & really nice staff. I highly recommend them. Also stop by the nice organic juice/gyro shop next door while you wait. So good!

An and his wife make an amazing team! They were super professional, helpful, and provide great service. I bought a used iPhone at a great price and also signed up for a cell phone plan. The repair prices were about half of what I found in Seattle for a battery changes etc. I will definitely be back!

*UPDATE: Still working great been over 6 months with no issues. I mean still cant beat the cost for the setup and the reliability. I am making the update because its rare to find a place where they just do good business and make it so you can trust what the owner is saying. dont waste $500-$1000+ on a new setup. Just go here.Original post:All you need to know was I felt really unsure about going this route to setup my home office. Sooooo, glad I did though because this setup is awesome the owner really knows what he is doing. I got a desktop, two monitors, cables included, and he was able to upgrade the 8gb RAM to 16gb RAM because I didnt realize dual monitors can effect the speed and performance.He is the thing though he switched it out in two minutes and basically just charged the cost of part.This is the place to go if you dont want to pay $1000 for a brand new setup when he can get you one for 1/4 the cost. Phone screen stopped working this morning when I woke up, googled the nearest location... convenient a spot right around the corner! I came in and An helped me out, offered me a price and told me it would take thirty minutes. Honest dude, fair pricing, quick turnaround and amazing service! When I came to pickup my phone I witnessed the gentleman An(sp?) helping other customers with absolute attention and care, as a business owner myself I love seeing a quality business surviving during these times with great people behind them. A gentleman there told me he had a product for sale, which he did not actually have for sale. But he did offer me a damaged one for temporary use for free which was very kind. It may have just been a misunderstanding in the beginning so I am not upset about making the usnecessary trip because of his kindness 😊

Was totally ripped off by selling me a tower computer where the fan did not even work and the computer fried and would not take it back under all returns must be within 10 days, I was under the 10 days. Don do business with these people.

This place is great, I took my IPhone in to get the charge port fixed, I told them go ahead and do the more expensive repair @ $60. The guy went through it and only charged me $30 and it has been perfect. I used them a second time for my kids phone same great experience!Very fair and honest place to take your items.Highly recommend!

Such nice informative people! No b.s. straight forward. There not hiding anything or trying to get one over on you not are they trying to make extra money. They asked me for heavens sakes how much I feel is a reasonable price for mailing my device back to me because we live an hour away!! If that doesnt tell you something then I dont know what will. We bought a Mac from them also and prices are below if you ask me.. but thats how I knew they arent there necessarily for the money there there to deliver top of the line service and product for a reasonable price.

I got my screen fixed last year and now I need another fix help. I live so far away from them but trust it enough to make the drive as worth it. 30 min drive is nothing vs the amazing service they do!

On Oct 12, 2019 we drove down from Everett WA to purchased a refurbished Dell Optiplex 9020 core i5 8GB RAM desktop computer for my father-in-law. It was a 5 year old computer, but I was able to check it out and run some tests at the store before purchasing it. All was good and all tests passed. 30-day warranty also gave me some peace of mind. I did some more thorough testing on it when I got home and it was a 100% Pass.It is a wonderful computer, the store is simple, the store owner was kind and easy to work with...and since we drove down from Everett he gave us $10 off of the sales price! The price advertised includes sales tax, but add 3% for card transactions.I highly recommend A-Solution for your refurbished computer needs, and I will return here again to get my next refurbished computer when the time comes.

The owner and his wife have gone above and beyond for me.If youre skeptical about this place, dont be. Ill explain why.I am such a particularly picky customer sometimes when it comes to specs to my electronics - especially since I do music production.The owner has been so helpful. I thought about upgrading my HDD to an SSD and the owner helped me on understanding what the difference is. He literally even went as far as talking to me on the phone and texting me asking me to send him photos to make sure I get the right product. All of the reviews saying theyre not out to get your money are beyond true.They really provided great customer service and put their focus on making sure that you feel satisfied and peace of mind when you purchase from them. I come from about an hour away as well but will continue to do so as I need. This place is worth it for me. Give them a try. I cant believe I got my iPhone 6S battery replaced in less than 10 minutes!! Only $40 and to top it off it was right across the street from my work. I always heard getting an iPhone battery replaced was expensive! This was so convenient and I am so happy right now!!

This is the place your other local phone repair shops go to when they can’t fix their customer’s phones. The owner and his wife are super friendly and knowledgeable and have all the right tools to fix whatever your problem is. They’ll be honest with you and let you know if something isn’t worth fixing instead of just taking your money. On top of all that they have the best prices for used computers!! I just bought a laptop today that would have costed me double for the same thing in other stores. This place should be your first stop for anything phone and computer related.

I came in for a screen repair on my LG phone and found out they have great prices on battery replacement and screen repair for iPhones of all kinds. They carry all iphone parts in stock. They are the cheapest I have found. They are very friendly and have great customer service.

I bought a pc from these guys because I couldnt believe the price. It really was too good to be true. The pc was fine for about a week and then it started shutting down randomly due to overheating. All I ever did was watch YouTube or play a game here and there. I contacted them and they replaced it for free because i had a 30 day warranty, and even came to me to replace the computer with the same one! Amazing right?? Wrong. The second pc had the exact same problems just after my warranty expired. Now im stuck with this really bad computer that overheats and shuts off when I really need it and im out 200$. Theyre friendly and nice but it doesnt excuse the fact ive gotten two bad computers from them and I cant do anything about it.
