They didnt know if they had a small a few driver needed for a key fob they where very helpful and generous with there. Time and tools 4 stars cause most employees should know where things are stocked out front. Not just in the backππ
One employee was very helpful. I purchased 2 wiper blades. He grabbed them for me, rang them up, and installed them on my vehicle. He was very congenial and seemed very knowledgable about other unrelated auto issues. Two other individuals came in, went right behind the counter, totally ignored me, logged onto one of thier machines. No someone will be right with you...just chatting to each other. Unprofessional! So minus 1 star.

Came in for wipers only to find out I wasnt sure how to remove my own. The shop was only being ran by 1 employee (2nd guy had an errand to do and was gone for 45 min!) so he wasnt able to help me or another customer with helping us outside. It was busy inside as well. 2nd guy finally came back and we were able to get help. I felt sorry for the 1st guy as he was left in a stressful and overwhelming situation and the 2nd guy should have managed his personal business on his own time.
David and the entire team was wonderful! I was in over the weekend to get my car battery checked/replaced. David was phenomenal and despite being busy paid attention to me, answered all my questions, and made me feel like he really cared.The store was clean/everyone was abiding by COVID guidelines from what I could see. It was nice to see everyone helping out to get customers served.Cannot recommend this place enough.

Good place man. Employees know what they are talking about. I go there a lot cuz its really close to where I live. There is a short buff Asian guy who is super helpful. Usually these big corporate stores are rated pretty low. But their 4 star average shows that this place is exemplary.

I shop here pretty frequently and theyve always had great service. The last time I came in the employees working at the time really helped me out. All three of them, Mychelle, Chris, and Romeo helped me as soon as I walked in. Especially Romeo, he worked with me for maybe 15 min while looking for the right size fuel lines, and different parts for my car. Really made it easy since I didnt have any of the correct size hoses to work from.
I went in to change my cars battery and this whole process was made incredibly easy by Mychelle. She was super patient with me and was more than willing to also install the battery after I bought it. Super friendly and really good customer service. 10/10
The alternator in my wifes car died while she was driving. I contacted Orielys, but they wouldnt allow me to work on the car in the parking lot. Autozone willingly accommodated me. Victor was a huge help. He even informed me that the alternator was still under warranty, so I was not charged for a new one. Thank you AutoZone for helping me rescue my wife.

Called and asked if I can return a type s universal lip spoiler with a receipt and the clerk just flat out yelled at me. Saying βyou want to return a item that you cut to short, is that what Iβm hearingβ. They have no respect for customers whatsoever, will never buy from this location ever again.

Awful customer service. We were there over 45 minutes attempting to return an item which they had given us the wrong version of, and left without even getting the issue resolved. They were uninformed about their own products, unsure how to operate their computer systems, and unapologetic. Employees need more training about their own inventory and systems.
So I give this store a huge thumbs up. I went in there with a battery that was bad. It was a battery that I had purchased in long beach CA. almost 3 years ago. Keep in mind that I am bringing it to a store 1300 miles away from where I purchased it. As it turns out it was still under warranty for one more month. After figuring this out (which in all honesty took quite a bit of searching records) I was given a brand new battery, free of charge. NO HASSLES, NO DIRTY LOOKS, NO NOTHING. The only comment they made was that they would be more than happy to provide me with a new one. Honestly this is one of the reasons I stay with Auto Zone, instead of pep boys, that o riely place. And that other one too, whatever its name is. I dont remember the names of the crew helping me. But there was a female, and 2 guys. It was on 11-9-20 at about 5:30 or so. If the manager of this store is reading this let me suggest that you give this crue a little something special. Because they deserve it. They went out of their way to keep a customer.

Talked to an employee over the phone and asked to see if they had a product available for me, he had done what I asked for but the employee whom I was speaking with was very rude with responses. That being said, Iβll have a hard time doing business here if I have to go through bad customer service, and lack of communication skills over the phone. If you hate your job so much that you have to drag the environment around you with you, then donβt work there. Thanks for your time though.
We were in the parking lot at the vet clinic across the street from the store and, when we got ready to drive off, the battery had died. We called the store and someone came over and tested the battery (completely dead). My daughter went to the store to pay for the battery and then the AutoZone employee came back and installed it for us. If the employees hadnt been able to help, we wouldve had to wait for roadside assistance. AutoZone gets five stars for their great customer service alone!

Wow, I had great experience with the store manager today. Mandy was knowledgeable and absolutely helpful! I had a minor issue that was going to cost me $1000 @ Toyota and she saved me $700. I definitely appreciated her great customer service and will be back again.

Came in to buy a bulb and was in the store all of 3 minutes when one of the male employees started aggressively yelling at a female employee. Cussing her out and belittling her. I honestly hope this is not a common occurrence because it was one of the most appalling examples of a toxic workplace Iβve heard. Will not be back.

I came in for a new battery purchase. An Autozone employee, Elisa, was kind enough to assist me in the battery replacement after the purchase. Personally, I do not know much about cars but felt that she was trustworthy and genuine to helped me with my car.

They refused to return a defective part because no manager works after 4pm.
I left a carwash with a bent wiper and arm out of alignment. I stopped by for help and ended up locking my one and only key in the car. The nice lady helping me helped get my truck unlocked. She went way above and beyond normal customer service. AutoZone now has a customer for life. Thank you everybody!

Ordered parts on phone. They said they would hold for 12 or 24 hours i came in to pick up and pay for parts. they hadnt pulled parts . they didnt have the all the parts just spent 149.00 the day before.dont waste your time.
Usually a pretty sour experience here. Id avoid if possible. They just need some better management, its both the customers that shop here and under-staffed during rush times. In my experience

Pros:The employees here are pretty knowledgeable about cars. They are good with recommendations and even can explain some steps to you if your doing it on your own. They can also tell you if something is wrong with your car by using this hand help machine.Cons:Sometimes you have to stand at the counter or yell for someone to find an employee.

Had really good customer service today, a bilingual employee spoke English and Spanish with me which was really nice. I had to drive extra far to go here to get chains that fit my tires, but it was worth it and Ill be back next time I need anything!

As with any other Auto zone, it may not be crowded but the lines are always a long wait. Associates know what theyre doing though. Very informative. Store is clean and well stocked. Come here frequently for my parts.

Well. Aside from the person running to and fro whilst still at checkout to get yet another item he forgot, if the staff of one(1) was familiar with one of the most common V-8s ever produced and got my serpentine belt within 20 min. I would rate it 4β because they had my part unlike the Oh Reallys on 24@th.

It was my first time in there, and its always busy in ANY AutoZone on a Saturday afternoon. It took a minute to find what I wanted, but the staff was friendly, fast, and on point. Thats all I need.

I often have problems getting the correct windshield wipers that I need because my car has a weird wiper connector. There was a female employee at this location who knew exactly what I was talking about and made sure I left with the exact thing I needed. I wish I had gotten her name.
I normally shop at oriellys but this place is my new favorite. Their loaner tools are better quality and the peeps are nice.
I went in for help because car battery died at parking lot...employe there African Americans lady was on here phone and wasnβt very friendly and I asked for help if she could help me check my battery and she responded sorry Iβm the only one working here and we arenβt allowed to go outside after 5pm...even tho the store was completely dead at the moment...then I went to O Riley 2 blocks down the street and the employee were very friendly and helpful Iβm not trying to pick on auto zone but as a human...sometimes at work place when coustumer needs help you should be able to go above and beyond.

Commercial Account:Best customer service around! Donovan is our commercial sales rep and he always goes above and beyond to get use the parts and products I need for my business. Not only does he always have a positive attitude, but he friendly and actually cares about our success. Donovan is a true asset to this company and I hope his supervisors know this.Update 12.27.17: Its too bad that Donovan doesnt work there any more. It seams like after his departure, the store has really gone down hill. The new manager is really nice and cool, but the new people that work under him are very rude. Theyve put me on hold for 10-15 minutes, then when I call back someone is available to help right away. These employees have also have made rude and snide comments to my service writer like Youre pushing your luck getting that part on a weekend or Yeah, we have that then when we go and pick it up they dont. There needs to be some accountability for these people. We also submitted our reseller permit with them on 10.25.17 and it has still yet to be applied. We contacted them multiple times and were told, Its in process at corporate or no returned phone calls. We had to call corporate to get to the bottom of this. they had never received our reseller and had to resubmit.Ive opened a new account with a competing auto parts store up the street. I will give Auto Zone a chance to rectify this, however my patience is thin for this kind of service. Well see what happens in the up coming months.
Very accommodating for my 30 RV. They were even going to let me change my starter in their parking lot. They have a pull through lot which made it easy for me to get in and out.

I bought a jump box and when I found out I didnt need it they would not refund my money back and I had a receipt note this box costed 150.00 I paid cash they said they could only give me in store credit. I didnt pay for it with in store credit so why would you give me in store credit when I paid cash and had a receipt for it.

I had just come from oβreily with terrible customer service experience and I told them straight up that I hope he would actually be able to help me out so he listened to what I needed. The price for what I got was a little more than oβreily had quoted but just the fact that he helped me and basically give me customer service I felt better and I paid a little more but itβs always good to pay more for customer service. I shop at Auto Zone every week. I have a specific location I go to, because the customer service is great. To get to this store, I pass up two other locations. Today, I had to visit a certain store because they didnt have a specific oil I needed to buy as a Christmas gift. I went to location 175 Rainier Ave S, Renton, WA 98057 where I was disappointed by the customer service I received from the manager named Jodi and an employee who refused to give me their name and honestly, I shouldnt have to if name badges were worn.Im hurt by how someone can treat a loyal customer so bad. So disappointed that now I started to think of a different method or parts store.....maybe even dealership now. I plan on contacting manager Krista tomorrow and depending on how well she handles my situation,.....hopefully, I dont have to take it to corporate. But Im almost certain that I will have to contact corporate,.....and this is just not Auto Zone, but most companies dont train their managers in customer service correctly. We shall see.
