My vehicle was damaged in an accident and the insurance company suggested Gerber. I had never been there before. The office staff were really helpful and very nice. They said it would be about a week and they texted me updates about the status of my repair. It was completed on time and I am extremely happy to have it back. It doesnt even look like it was damaged. I will definetly return if i need repairs in the future for any of my vehicles.

Went for an estimate. Jennifer was friendly, seemed knowledgable and was very helpful. Damage was minimal...she buffed out the bumper damage and gave me information on retailers that could buff out the scrapes on the left passenger door. Body work and associated costs averted!

Took 2 months for work to be done. when told a week. 0 communication. when car was finished. there was an entire body part missing. was told they get the part and install. 6 more weeks have passed. The worst experience ever.

Insurance referred me to Gerber for a front end collision repair in 2018. I had a large metal brush guard that was off the truck at the time because I was repainting it. It was a low on my task list to paint, but I finally finished it in Aug. 2019, about a year after the repairs. The brackets didnt like up 100% so I thought Id call and see if Gerber could do some minor tweaks to align the aftermarket brackets. They agreed without hesitation. Brought it in and was on the road in less than 20 minutes with the brush guard mounted and no charge.Definitely recommend. Very personal service.

A driver insured by Farmers hit my parked car. I chose Gerbers from the list of shops Farmers provided and arranged with Gerbers to take my car in. Check-in was quick, Hillary, the receptionist, was friendly and professional. Steve, the person managing my claim and repair was likewise, friendly and professional. They helped me arrange for a rental car with Enterprise. (Great service there, also.) My car was ready when they said it would be. The work was beautifully done. When I went to pick up my car, I was surprised that theyd cleaned the inside of my windshield, wiped down and vacuumed the interior. Wow! Steve also gave me some tips on simple, inexpensive ways to get tree pitch off of my car and cleaner for streak-free windshield. All they had to do was replace my front bumper. I recommend them and am very glad to have entrusted my car with them.

This place is awesome! Brought my car in on Wednesday for them to fix and they had it done the next day! They even vacuum out your vehicle for you before they return it which is so nice. And the employees are helpful and friendly.

I smashed a few things on the front end of my car, mainly the bumper and passenger side wheel. They had the car for less than a week and I was good to go, the paint match was spot on and they where able to reuse the tire so it saved some cash. They have a dog at the front desk, Its super friendly.

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely awful and thick headed service for getting an estimate. I will never recommend this place to a single person. They seem to have a hard time understanding how damage can occur from a front end collision without bending the hood up or having a messed up grille even with about 8 between the steel bumper and grill. If you were fender bender and it doesnt look bad enough to them, they wont even attempt to be helpful.

Unprofessional and rude are two things I must describe about the reception at Gerber Rainier. Tried to have my car estimated at the beginning. They told me that they will email me with the final estimate. After a week, I had to call them again and they said there no paperwork on my file, which is just fine. I scheduled and did it again. After that, tried to contact them to ask for the best time I could drop off my car for repair. The lady on the phone was really rude and confused me with her words. Tried to explain that I only wanted to know the date to drop off. She said no and that was the moment she hung up on me. They need a major improvement for their customer service.

Having the audacity and the decency to listen to you’re customers is what makes your business a unique. But that was not the case here.I don’t normally write reviews, but for this particular location I had to.Johnathan was un-professional, un-ethnically in handling my claim.He basically kick me out there without listening to what I had to say.The saddest part is “implicit bias” is his motto and it’s unfortunate that someone like him is running the front office.I don’t know about you guys, but Im done going back to this location precisely because of the poor treatment and lack of professionalism.I hope the management team comes to their sense and switch gears to reasonable and customer driven team-member rather than him.

Hi thanks for your time I wont recommend the Gerber collition and glass from Rainier Avenue in Renton Washington, I been having to many mistakes from this location.Since I drop the car never got uncomfortable with the service lack of communication and alot of automise mails, I wait for a month with out knowing nothing about my car update 2 persons whenever they decide to call me its was Jon or Rick, one day Jon called me and told me my car its was about to be ready on sep 4th, when I called the day before they said it was a mistake and my was wasnt ready yet so I have to wait another week I called the headquarters to complain about it, so thats when they decide to call me to apologize about it they offer me to pay for the extra rental car day I had to sign because if the delay, and that didnt happen neither.I pick up the car on Monday sep 9th about 5 pm the girl who take care of us mention neither Jon or Rock were at the shop so I paid my deductible, they delayed my car because cleaning and detail it was a raining day when I got in the car I notice its missing 2 hub caps and the trunk was uneven but the trunk close any ways.Im so disappointed for the service of this place because of the unprofessional job they did lack of communication, dirty car, long delay, bad job (paint look good) missing hub caps and I was told they going to get back to me on Tuesday for the offer to cover my car rental, I called on Thursday once again this guys are on meeting so will call me back some day.Please dont take the car to this Gerber very unprofessional people.Thank you for your time.

Had my car fixed, the headlight they replaced was full of water. They told me to come back, I drove down from Lynnwood to Renton, they then told me they didnt have another part to replace it with after the hour long drive. They told me then to come back in a couple of days. I have and they have fixed it since then. Wish they would get it right the first time.

Avoid this location! I had my car repaired here after an accident in Renton. It took them much longer than expected, and initially, they didnt tell me that it would be taking a week longer than the expected date. I had to contact their corporate to begin getting information about my car.It took roughly three weeks to get my car repaired (it was a fairly minor fender bender). In addition, when they returned the car, I noticed that a thick black grease was smeared in the interior of the car (on the windows, steering wheel, shifter, and a few other places).

After a month of having the truck back Im having problems. Multiple calls and being told I would be called back never happens. Dont go to this location! I just want my truck fixed and now taking it elsewhere even tho they cover the work they do because I cant even get a call back.

Avoid the place,3 adults working as kids(as 1 monkey face theyve got). I had my spoilt car i had got into an accidenti was worried for they were giving me an appointment after a month,.as the technician was taking fun pics of my car,afterwards refusing to take my papers from the insurance...Adults you call the office and Hillary says technician is not in the office,through the confusion and waiting for a phone call for a long while, i decided to go to the office finding the 3 of them laughing (Hillary & Jayson or lindsay)*..a smile at a customer is not the work but the service & doing it in a nice way is!.....going through the comments,which shows the behavior started an year ago.(1st -ve comment)

Its a known fact that a car is never the same after an accident, and this shop makes that a true statement. I have had the misfortune of visiting this place for three separate accidents (thankfully no one was hurt in any!) The first two were minor and admittedly, the shop did a good job. So when our car was sideswiped by a genius that cant work a left turn lane, this was the first place I thought of. And so the trouble began.I was told on several occasions that the car was done. Id gas up the rental in preparation to return it, and head over to the body shop to take a look. Every time Id find 3 things wrong and point them out. They promised to fix them in a few days. Id get another call, repeat the process and find only 2 things have been fixed, and new problems created. New dents, missing exterior trim pieces, and my personal favorite: clear overspray on all driver side windows. I didnt discover that one until the sun hit them and turned the windows opaque while I was checking the blind spot/merging.A weeklong project took a month of back and forth to get the car where it should be, and there is still a paint line Im not happy with. Also, based on some marks on the inside, Im fairly certain the car spent time in the rain while missing glass.I was told by the front office staff not to leave negative feedback on the corporte survey since it would dock their pay. That is either a terrible policy or Im being told a story. Save your time and take your buisness elsewhere.

Needed a windshield replaced. Seal was leaking over the fuse box, so I didnt want to drive the car. Scheduled for 1 on a Thur. Somehow we didnt connect even though I was home & waiting. Rescheduled for the next Mon. Raining, so the window guy said someone would call to reschedule. No call! 2 good days passed but water was still leaking into the car. Finally called another window repair service. They came out when they said they would and fixed the windshield. Still havent heard from Gerber!

Waited over one week to have a technician come out to repair my glass. After about two hours of him trying to wiggle the glass into place he said he thinks its the wrong glass. Called the call center only to tell me I have to wait another week for a new appointment. Thanks for also keeping my car running for two hours and wasting my gas.
