Friendly, good clean areas, including work spaces. Great customer service, and the product is made in the building. I decided to order after about 5 minutes. The big selling point, everything was sealed with a hand shake. A hand shake, last time I closed a deal involving money with a hand shake was 20 maybe 30 years ago. Thanks again.....

These guys offer all kinds of mattresses with any and all sizes. They can custom build any mattress to your request. They made me a custom sized mattress to fit my RV and it fit perfect. Dealing with other companies, they only sell, and custom orders take weeks. These guys actually made me a custom mattress the same day of purchase! They not only sell, they also manufacture.

Cheap mattresses made in house. Willing to work on pricing, not a home of 70% off discounts. They may not last as long as a name brand, but I believe they also offer name brands of your like to support a local business. Their in house beds are also very comfortable in my opinion.

Great local business to support! Well... thats what I first thought. I had purchased a mattress & box spring a bit over a year ago. I purposefully wanted my purchase to contribute and support the local economy. When I walked into the store I was greeted by a man identifying himself as the owner.I had noticed a few models on the salesfloor, one in particular caught my eye, conversing the owner and I discussed particular requirement I desired. I could have chosen to go anywhere but....To make a long story short... what seemingly started off great turned regrettably sour, I wont go into it but 1 star is plenty.

Highly recommended! Bought a latex mattress from these guys and couldn’t be happier. It’s been a couple years since we bought it and I still love getting in bed at night.

I moved to Reno for school, and needed a bed. This place came up on Yelp with only a couple of (all positive) reviews, but it was close to the school, and so we stopped in. I was surprised by how small the showroom was, but they have almost any style mattress you would want, and they make most of them right there in the back (talk about shopping local)!The employee asked what I look for in a mattress and recommended a pillow top that they have which is very firm and supportive, but comfortable. It was exactly what I like. He personally delivered it yesterday and set it up, and it is amazingly comfortable. Its only been one night, but it might be the best bed Ive ever had.Pros:PriceServiceQualityCons:None (unless you count not selling overpriced brand name mattresses as a con, and then that would be the only one)

I bought a NEW mattress from Reno Mattress Co Inc and it is the worst investment Ive ever made. I doubt a brick could rest comfortably on it. After receiving quotes for both new and refurbished mattresses, I elected to purchase the more expensive new mattress. But when they received my complaint that the mattress was poorly made, they simply smirked you get what you pay for. They suggested that a refurbished mattress would have been made to a higher standard. As it is, my new mattress sags around the edges, as there is no internal padding, it is like sleeping on a concrete floor with lumpy rocks poking up where the springs inside the mattress lack the proper padding to support any weight. If you are looking for a quality experience, comfortable rest, and a wise investment, you should steer clear of this company. I wanted a nice new mattress, not a box of rocks with a cheap and flimsy cover over it. ZERO STARS for this scammy local business.

Since 2007, Reno Mattress has been very helpful to me and my friends. For me, this last year I bought a new queen mattress and a full mattress to replace my old ugly 10 year old mattresses. His team is very helpful and so easy to work with. The floor models are nice, and their inventory is just right. The pattern for my queen mattress, which I have never slept on anything larger than a full was really nice. Delivery of the new, and pickup of my old mattress was easy. For my old time friend, she got a waterbeds through them. It was super nice. Reno Mattress is the only ones in Northern Nevada to do waterbeds.
