We went mattress firm last night to try the purple mattress that we’ve heard advertised. The sales person, Evan, who helped us was so welcoming and answered all of our questions and was clear about his knowledge of the different mattresses including the purple mattress. We appreciated his knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm very much. He’s a breath of fresh air in this day and age! We can’t thank him enough for helping us with these purchases. He also stayed 30 minutes past store closing so that we could finish our purchase and schedule delivery. We ended up buying two mattresses, one for our primary bedroom and one for the guest bedroom.

Quickly got what I needed in no less than 30 minutes towards closing time. Very friendly and straight forward with the process even took the time to explain things so I understood what I would get myself into. Would definitely shop again once I need too.

Evan was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all products in the showroom. He made the daunting task of mattress shopping a bit easier with his positive attitude. He also helped to narrow our choice by letting us know wait times for the different products.Looking forward to our red carpet delivery ! Great job Evan!

We had an incompatibility issue with our first purchase and returned with trepidation as to how difficult the exchange and replacement process would be. Jenna was extremely thorough in her listening to our individual issues and preferences. Her recommendations were very informed and helpful. Her patience was extremely accommodating. We ended up spending much less time than expected to pick the right mattress for us, while enjoying the process much more than we could have ever anticipated.

Rudy was wonderful. I had been at RC Wiley just across the parking lot where the salesperson did nothing but follow me around and when I asked about mattresses, she took me to the most expensive one. She could not answer any of my questions & didnt offer any other information to help me make an informed choice. I left as soon as she told me the price. I walked right over to Mattress Firm and got exactly what I needed. Rudy asked questions, took notes, and based on my responses showed me several options in various price ranges. I had just stopped for a quick look and the sweetheart of a sales lady knew exactly what I was looking for then walked me through every single aspect, I had 1 million questions and she answered 1 million questions.this is at that Damonte Ranch Location and her name was Sydney.I was very impressed,ended up buying a $3300 bed and adjustable base through their credit which was very easy and very reasonable I am also looking at buying a bed for our 13-year-old and I will certainly go there because of the sales they have..thank you Sydney

I havent recieved my mattresses yet but I went to buy 2 mattresses and had an easy peasy experience. The salesman was patience and informative and I hopefully will love my new mattresses for years to come.

This is the 2nd bed and adjustable frame i bought from them. Thats the pro: now the con: the quality of the mattress protector has gone WAY down. When I bought mine, it felt like a $300 mattress protector...I bought 1 for my son and it feels like it came from Wish.

Artis was the sales associate that helped us. I appreciated the fact he was not pushy he let us walk around try a few mattresses and when we did have questions he answered every one of them and explained everything. Hes a very good salesperson.

I had done a lit of research before I went into the store but could not decide between 2 mattresses. Robert was my salesman and he was very professional. He answered my questions about the mattresses without trying to push me to the more expensive one. I chose that on my own, :-). I dont like shopping so being able to go into the store, get my questions answered, make a decision, choose my additional items, and get next day delivery, in less than 45 minutes, bonus!

Just bought a floor model beauty rest from this location. Shelby was working and she was super helpful but not pushy at all. She helped us make our decision and answer all our questions but gave us free reign to look around on our own without hovering like some salesmen do. We got a great deal on the mattress with a free adjustable base. Id definitely come back to this store.

When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted in a warm and friendly manner by Rudy. Rudy spent a great deal of time with me as I evaluated SEVERAL mattresses in the store. He was very kind and patient and did not rush me. After I selected and purchased the mattress of my choice (a Chattam and Wells Daniella), Rudy spent even more time thoroughly explaining the follow/up care needed for my mattress. Rudy further informed me to look for any future holiday sales on the mattress and he would honor within 90 days of the purchase. Shortly after the purchase, the mattress indeed went on sale. I called the SOUTH RENO store in error seeking to obtain the sales discount. I spoke with Julie (new in her position at the time.) Julie went above and beyond making SEVERAL phone calls on my behalf to the RENO SOUTH store (and back to me to keep me apprised of the situations resolution) to ensure that I would receive the $100.00 sales discount which was due to expire within the hour but couldnt be dealt with until the following day. Julie left a message with Rudy. I spoke with Rudy the next day. Rudy immediately worked to ensure that I received the sales discount. Rudy also ensured that I received a nice cloth cover for my mattress, in case I move in the future. I cant thank Julie and Rudy enough. It is really rare these days to receive such wonderful customer service. I highly recommend these two individuals and will definitely purchase again from this store if needed in the future.

Great place to shop with a large amount of mattresses to choose from. The sales people there are friendly and very knowledgeable with their beds and other companies they compete with beds. Some of the best deals came from Mattress Firm and if there not the best price in town theyll price match and beat by 10% to be the lowest. Check they out for a really great deal on a mattress.
