Just had the most wonderful experience with Sierra Mattress Company! I called the company, talked to Tony. My adjustable bed base had quit. He was highly knowledgeable. I needed to know about room under the base as I must use that space for storage. Tony actually got down on the floor to check out what I needed to know! He was most patient & helpful. I bought the adjustable base which Jim & Tony delivered. They decided to check out the old bed. Since it was frozen, they unplugged the control box connection, plugged it in again which caused a reset of the controls. The old bed then worked! They suggested returning the new bed base for a refund. So I did & was charged only the delivery cost. It is amazing how the people in this company do business with the customers needs in mind. They are most respectful & friendly, highly motivated to really help the customer, never got pushy, are cooperative with delivery requests, and even have very good prices. Oh my gosh! This is the most HONEST company we have had the pleasure to deal with in a very long time!My mom has an adjustable bed base that stopped working - it actually froze in a sitting position. She found Sierra Mattress Company on the internet and decided to go in and see them in Reno, NV. She found a new bed base that she wanted, at the right price, so she bought it. She has specific space needs under the bed for storage and, since she cant kneel, Tony (in the store) got down on the floor and did the measurements for her. Tony was attentive and not pushy in any way. They were to deliver it on August 11 and take the old bed base away.Jim and Tony arrived as promised and proceeded to look at the old bed. They found the control box and thought to reset it first before removing it JUST IN CASE. Well, the old bed started working! They suggested that it would probably work for another 10 years and that my mom may want to consider keeping her old bed base and refusing the new one. We did just that!!!How many companies do you know who will trouble shoot the older item and not demand that you keep the new item as well???? They are old-school in customer service. It is refreshing and so appreciated amongst those of us who are old enough to remember the days where customers came first.Thank you, Sierra Mattress, for being old-school and taking the honest road. I was shopping for something simple and not too expensive, a mattress for guest room that will be used infrequently. Despite not being a high end shopper the salesman who assisted me took plenty of time, shared some good suggestions and insights and was super friendly. He did not at all try to upsell me. This store absolutely believes in old fashioned customer service! The two men delivering mattress were also so polite and friendly and right on time. The truth is, my mattress did take longer to be deliver than we all thought. But they were so nice, very apologetic about the wait... that i sure think they still deserve the highest rating. If ever I am shopping for a mattress, I would definitely go back.

These guys were great! My husband and I had been searching for a mattress all day. After being bombarded in each store, it was nice to enter this one and they allowed us to look around without bothering us, however when we did have a question they were quick to answer.They were able to meet our needs in not only which mattress would suit us best, but also in our budget. I just moved to Reno and had no furniture. While looking around for mattresses, I stumbled on this place and boy was I surprised! The sales associate asked what I was looking for, checked what they had in stock and recommended a few mattresses right away. We are new to Reno. We needed a new mattress and decided to start by shopping local. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted and taken care of. I ordered 4 mattresses urgently for guests coming to stay in a new home, and they delivered within 4 hours, from 1 1/4 hour away. We try to buy local and we were glad to buy a Diamond mattress from Sierra Mattress Company. Just delivered yesterday and it was our first good night’s sleep in al long time. We liked that they offered free delivery and removal within 30 miles of their store. Other big chain stores usually charge for this. We would recommend buying from them.

We had an awesome experience here! From Gino showing us all of the mattresses, being upfront about all costs etc, never pushing us to buy (I even came back multiple times to lay on mattresses), to the guys who delivered to us, that did not expect a tip and instead were just super appreciative for the Starbucks gc (I didn’t have any cash on me!), it was a pleasure doing business with them. We went shopping for a mattress not really knowing where we were going to go first and my husband saw Sierra Mattress and we decided to just stop by and just look! Well we ended up doing more than just looking! We bought a mattress! The sales man i think his name is Gino was such a pleasure to work with! He didnt pressure us at all and allowed us to lay on the mattresses as long as we needed to make the right decision! The buying process was easy and the delivery was quicky!! Even the delivery guys were spectacular! They didnt make us feel awkward at all such friendly people!!

My wife and I moved to Reno from across the country and didnt have enough room to take our old mattress with us. We called a few different stores (not this ok ne though) prior to departure to verify if we could get a mattress as soon as we got into town but were told over the phone by other companies that it would be impossible for anyone due to Covid-19. We went here because of their moving sale and were told when we walked in we could have a new king delivered and installed in 1 hour, and they kept that promise. Gino was extremely friendly and helpful, and got us onto a mattress that would work best for us. These guys are thorough and professional. We forgot our mattress cover when we were in store and they delivered one to us with the mattress without us calling and asking about it. I would very strongly recommend these guys to anyone who either lives in Reno or is just moving here like us.

Hands down the best large purchase buying experience I’ve ever had in Reno. Working with Matt to get our new mattress was not just simple, it was a downright pleasure. He made us feel comfortable, safe, and clean while we were in the showroom, and we ended up with exactly what we asked for! He listened to what we wanted, and what our budget was, and worked with us to help us figure out which bed would be best for our needs. At no point did he ever try to up sell us, he just showed us the options that fit our needs, and then gave us time and space to be able to try them out and discuss our options privately. We ended up finding the perfect mattress! And to top it all off, he was able to fit us into his delivery schedule earlier than we originally expected, so we got to sleep on our brand new, cozy mattress a whole night early! Right now with stores being closed and with all the limitations I can say I was truly amazed by the level of customer service provided by Matt and Tony if this is how they operate under a hard time like this I can only imagine how they are on a normal day. I love, love, love my new Diamond mattress From Sierra Mattress. My hips were really bothering me in the middle of the night and my old mattress was definitely contributing to the pain. I’m a side sleeper and this new plush, hybrid mattress has made such a big difference. I can’t believe how comfortable it is. I am also in love with my new pillows from them as well. I had no idea that doughy pillows like these existed but I will never go back to the regular traditional ones. CBD and peppermint essential oils in a pillow??? Yes! So, so fabulous. The customer service and friendly, down to earth (no pressure sales) transaction from Sierra Mattress can’t be beat. Definitely the best mattress shop in town. Love supporting local shops like this!

Tony, the owner, went out of his way to help me find the perfect box spring for my girlfriends son. He could have sold me on an expensive version but instead was sincere about doing the right thing. And when we arrived at the warehouse to load up the full sized box spring and we saw it wouldnt quite fit in my vehicle, he actually helped bring it to my house in his own pick up truck. I called Sierra mattress Company. Tony, the owner who founded the company several years ago, answered. He said: “yes I have those in stock, & we’re currently doing 10% off. Yes you can buy them today. Oh you need them delivered? Yes I can do that for you myself and then I’ll just head home :-) for the day! “His price was better than all the big-name box mattress stores in town! ( I had already called sex stores!) But even more importantly, he was helpful, professional, humble and kind!

I bought this mattress because Ive been looking for years for a mattress that wont hurt my bad back. Ive gone thru multiple mattresses and spent thousands. This store and the owner were great! I loved that they werent pushy, they were informative but didnt hover (I hate that), they knew just how much space to give you. Also when my mattress came in they were nice enough to deliver it after hours, around our schedule, which I couldnt appreciate enough. Ive been sleeping on the mattress for only a few nights now but so far so good. However, I also love that they offer you a time period to test it out. You cant return it but you can exchange it for a different mattress, so Im good with that. I will recommend this store to everyone I know and just wish I wouldve found it sooner!!

I initially met Tony when he called me to build him a sign for his new location. He eventually went with another company but offered to help me with my mattress needs. I went in to his new location and sat down with him to explain what I needed. He took me to one of his higher end models and had me lay down. I tried every mattress in the store and settled on the first one he had brought me too.I have been shopping for a good mattress for a while now, and know the pricing of the competition. When I saw Tonys prices I new then and there that I would be buying today. Not only because of the Low prices, but also the quality of the Diamond Line of mattresses. After needing to downsize from a King to a Full, and taking a loss at another mattress store I decided to GO BACK to see Tony at Sierra Mattress Company.Just like when I bought my Cal King mattress 2 years ago, he never fails.BEST PRICES, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE plus the extras like FREE delivery, setup, removal, and frame (unlike the competition)I was able to get a BETTER mattress at a CHEAPER price than what I paid at his competitor.So take it from me and learn from my expensive mistake, forget the rest and go to THE BEST.

We found both Matt and Tony very nice and wonderful to deal with. Their patience was appreciated as we went to both showrooms to learn about as many options as possible. The delivery, set-up and disposal was on time and everything went as promised. Highly recommended!

Sierra Mattress company is the greatest! I purchased my Diamond Mattress and Egyptian cotton sheets from Tony (the owner) and he made the whole process so easy! Its so rare with companies these days where you get to work one-on-one with the owner, its such a refreshing experience. If youre brainwashed like I was about brand name mattresses, definitely check this guys out first. He carries lines that are a bit less known, but are WAY cheaper and WAY better quality. I cant say enough how great my experience was!

So my girlfriend and I were originally going to a mattress warehouse type place nearby that claimed they had 50-75% off retail on new mattresses, but no one was there and the door was locked when we arrived. So we decided to check out the Sierra Mattress Company on Longley, but only to look around, because we assumed they would be far out of our price range. We met Tony and he showed us all of the features and advantages to Diamond mattresses, and gave us a fantastic deal with financing on a top model Diamond mattress, and got it delivered same day with short notice. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new mattress, check this place out before you waste money on a discount mattress that’s going to leave you sore and miserable for the next however many years.

Tony Kevin and mattI dealt with the owner Tony in the showroom. They had an o.k. selection of mattresses. However the experience purchasing and having the mattress delivered was 5 star. Kevin and Matt were the delivery men who showed up quickly removed my old mattress and set up the new one. The whole process took a single day. I showed up in the morning and they delivered the mattress for free the same day. Even if it was the next day or a week later it was well worth itIll update the review after sleeping on the bed for a while. Thank you for your excellent service!Edit: after nearly a month of sleeping on my gel top mattress I have to say I am very happy with the quality of the bed I purchased.

Matt and Tony delivered my Diamond mattress and base themselves within 2 hours of me visiting the store! I just moved in to a new place and needed a bed ASAP. About a year and a half ago, I purchased a mattress set for my sons room, which he loves. Recently, Ive been having a lot of back pain and decided I needed a new mattress for myself. I went to the South Virginia Store first. Matt was really helpful, just as he was last time. He showed me what was in that store but also told me about the stock in the Longley store, which is where we purchased my sons mattress set. It turned out what I was looking for was at the Longley store. He called ahead to let Tony know I was coming. When I arrived, Tony showed me the two mattresses that Matt and I had discussed, as well as the other mattresses in stock. I decided I loved the two that Matt had suggested, and spent about 30 minutes going back and forth between the two to try to figure out what I wanted. As it turned out, I chose the same one we bought for my son previously! Tony made the purchase was incredibly easy, and delivery was set up as I requested. My mattress was delivered today by Cody and Max, both of whom were a pleasure to deal with. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and they took care of the mattress set up very quickly and efficiently, and helped me put on my mattress cover which is a nightmare. They also helped me with a piece that had fallen off my adjustable bed before they arrived which I could not get back on. This was an A+ experience all the way around. Im a girl who HATES shopping, especially when I am forced to deal with pushy salespeople. You will find NONE of that at Sierra Mattress Company. They are more than happy to help you but never try to steer you in any direction, merely take time to answer your questions. I love these guys. This place is great!Dont waste your time shopping around the big mattress stores like we did. We were on a mission to get a good deal on a nicer mattress for memorial day so we shopped around a bit. In the end the not pushy, helpful customer service and the great deals kept us here.We really likedd a bed that was a little out of our budget but they made us a great deal and we are so happy with our bed!Shopping for a bed is just not that fun, especially with a pregnant wife and kid. But this place made it a much better experience and we felt really good about our purchase! Only wished we came here first haha!Thanks again Matt!

I stopped in to Sierra Mattress Company to window shop while in the market for a new mattress and felt like the owner/operator really understood what I was looking for. He wasnt pushy and asked me questions to get an idea of what I wanted and my situation. The next week, my boyfriend and I went together and had our new mattress delivered that day! We even had enough in the budget to get the mattress cover to ensure the life of the mattress and quality AND the sheets I wanted (which are ultra soft and comfy)
