Needed a quality paint and having just relocated to Reno from California, needed a knowledgeable associate to help with the selection of product needed. Further, I was painting a dark hue and needed a deep base. Although, I required 5 gallons, I required each be made separately because We are older and painting ourselves. The staff was more than accommodating, I arrived for my pick up and it was cheerfully put into my car and off I went. Felt well served....Again. Thank you.

Hours of operation are great for a working professional. The paint match I needed was perfect, quality of paint was top notch and my clients are happy.

Nice store with a great selectionOur painting contractor only uses this paint so we need to chose colors. The only issue we found is the sherwin Williams app. It is very difficult to use. Very confusing.

The two sales associates I worked with were very knowledgable and friendly. The woman was very creative, helpful, and sweet. The guy had a great sense of humor and turned the chore of buying paint for my new home an unexpectedly entertaining experience. Plus, he carried a heavy box of paint out to the car, which I couldnt have done if my life depended on it. The low VOC paint I bought doesnt gas out any fumes at all and it looks beautiful on my walls. I would recommend this store to anyone. You guys seriously rock!

Excellent service in person from staff

Both the Sherwin Williams on Sharlands and on Airmotive way are very unimpressive. It’s run by a bunch of young kids who don’t care about the business. I ordered paint, was told it would be ready in 10/15 min, gave them an hour and a half and it wasn’t ready when I got there. Then a staff member told me “we’re busy I thought I made that clear” when I asked if I could wait in my car. I’ll pay the extra few dollars and go to Home Depot from now on.

They work with you as hands on as you need. They offer knowledge and support perfect to fit your needs. James was amazing!
