We recently had new windows installed in our home by Window World after being referred by a friend who had used them for his new house. I secured 3 estimates and Window World was by far the best value. It took a long time for the windows to arrive but once they did the installation was scheduled and completed very promptly. Our install crew Clint Conroy, Shad Sell and Devaughn Conroy did a great job, very detail oriented and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. Were enjoying the new views out our picture windows and would definitely recommend Window World!

I want to replace a patio door but they wouldnt come out unless I had 4 windows to bid. My condo only has 3 total. Im glad they dont need an over $2000 job. Life is good for this business. I was planning to give them the job because they had installed other glass in this complex

Unfortunately you have to change out 4 windows or doors to have them do an installation. I have a brand new house so yeah I wasnt about to change anything else, I just wanted my slider door Changed to a French door. I try to go to local business but I guess they dont do small jobs.

Window World of Reno did a great job. From the Salesman (Patrick) who was very thorough and helped my wife and I get exactly what we wanted, to the installers who were very courteous, quick and clean. I highly recommend them. Plus their pricing was much better than other companies I had looked at.

My e experience with Window World has been very good. Jim, the Sales Rep, who came out to give us an estimate was very thorough, knowledgeable friendly and polite. He was not high pressure and thats always a plus. He demonstrated his product and have us out quite. He gave us a time frame of 6-8 weeks, but to out utter surprise the installers were here in less than a month. They gave us a call a week ahead of time so we could get prepared. The installers, Cody and Travis worked quickly and efficiently. They also were very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they were doing. And best of all, the price was less than half of our other quote. I would recommend this company to anyone needing replacement windows. It only took them about 4-1/2 hours to replace 8 windows.

Everyone involved was very professional at Window World. We had all our windows replaced in our two story house. Patrick, the salesman, came to our house, and helped describe which window would work best. He was very detailed in his description about the different type of windows. Then we were able to make our discussion that would accommodate our needs. Amy coordinated the phone calls, and worked with my husband on their sales floor, the first time he arrived. Seth and Michael came to install the windows. They did a superb job making sure the site by each window was kept clean and in good condition. Seth was great at organizing and leading the crew. At the end, specific instructions were given on how to use our new windows and keep them in good shape. The warranty is for life on the windows, and can be transferred to the next owner with minor adjustments. As I discussed Window World replacing my windows, 3 of my friends said they too had bought windows from Window World. They were satisfied also. I highly recommend Window World.

Called looking for help with replacement parts for windows that were installed in my home by the previous owner. Window World was completely unhelpful and told me they couldnt order parts for their windows. They really only seem interested in selling new windows rather than helping people who own their products.

We have had the best experience with Window World of Reno!We have been extremely satisfied from our initial contact with Amy in the office, to the consultation with Patrick, and the install with Seth and Michael.We had multiple companies come quote new windows throughout our home and no one knew what we were truly looking for on our stucco except these guys. We were replacing every window in our home (24 windows), which was exciting and scary at the same time. These guys took the “scary” out of the equation all together. Our home maintains a very comfortable temperature and the heater never runs! Well if you are wondering why window world seems so great it comes at a cost to humans. Low quality windows at a gigantic mark up and employees not paid legally. Everyone hates the owner and cant find another job due to various personal reasons. Low pay for employees while owner makes a huge profit. Most everyone is worked 50 hours plus a week and stressed out. You dont mind doing business with a unethical company? Then go with them, they are able to low ball all competition for these reasons and its a big facade. Go call other companies and ask if employees are paid hourly or by shady piece work like window world does. Call on simple quotes and see how they compare with other reputable companies. Facts that the public need to know.

Very nice salesman and installers. Polite and answered all questions. Windows are great also Two reasons this is not 5 stars: 1) the windows aren’t clean when installers leave. They should have the guy who caulks simply wipe the windows down. We have a two story house and fixed windows on 2nd story require very tall ladder to clean. Dirty, smudged windows are a huge disappointment to me. I feel clean windows upon completion of the project should have been included considering the price we paid for a whole house of new windows. 2) The size of the windows is much smaller after installation than our other windows were. It takes a while to get used to that.

Professional and courteous installers, Seth and Mike. Great job and love the new windows! Would have given 5 stars except the window in the guest bedroom had a broken weld in one corner and needed to be reordered.

The three stars are simply for the windows themselves as they are great quality and we are very happy with them. We ordered 9 regular windows and 1 bay window we were quoted 6-10 weeks for installation. The regular windows came in and were installed in 6 weeks and the bay window came in on the 11th week and it took another 4 weeks to get them to install. They cancelled and moved the install two times and only after we disputed the $5000.00( cost of the bay window) with our credit card company did we get a call back, but we refused to allow the install until we got a call from owner which did happen but he had nothing to say. This company is definitely about the sell and not customer service. They lack in their communication cause we have asked for the salesman, office staff, installer and or owner to call us back and no one was around but when you owe them money they are on it. Because of their bad communication skills we were left with an unfinished interior wall after the install of the bay window. We hired someone else to finish the interior and we will never call this company again unless we absolutely have to.

I have an older home that was in desperate need of new windows. From start to finish the process and service I received from this company was 100%. I would recommend this company to anyone!

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE LIARS AND THE WORST WINDOWS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! I am so angry....After 2 years of these windows being installed...they started to leak into my walls...I also have had a very hard time opening them up, but the leaking was horrible...only their windows leaked...not the original windows I still had not replaced!! I have a texture on my wall and when the guy came from window world to look at my problem he said he would fix my walls, he did not, he said he would talk to the owner about replacing the windows with double hung which would be so much easier to use as compared to these horrible sliding windows...he did not, he said he would ask the salesman to call me...no calls, no follow ups to see if windows were still leaking...never a call nothing!! and when we complained to the BBB their answer was ...we told the customer to paint the caulk which is a lie!!! all they did was re-caulked the windows because it was not caulked right to begin with!!! they never never never told us to paint the outside caulk...NEVER that was the answer they posted on BBB, pure lying...I also found out that they lost their license before and they just open up another office and start all over again ripping people off. They lied about the the way the windows are made, they lied about the argon gas....and these windows are made in Arizona and cannot withstand the fact we are 5000 ft above sea level...they dont tell you that!!!!!!! Please do not make the same mistake ...we threw away over $2000.00!! I am currently having all those windows replaced by a good company!!
