The owner recommended the best product for my needs.When I got home and took a closer look, I was delighted by many aspects... the herb is grown in Oregon - whereas most of this is grown in China. And, the online price on the major retailer is $45, whereas his retail is $14.50.So much winning! Great customer service!

I am so in love with this place. It has the best incense ever and when you walk in you feel instantly soothed by the smell of essential oils and the energy of the kind gentleman who owns the shop. The owner Tom is super helpful and knowledgeable, I came in for a treatment for my husband and described the ailment and the symptoms and he knew exactly what we should try and so far it seems to be helping! Plus he has a wide variety of stuff that I never see anywhere else.

I have been frequenting this wonderful shop for over 25 years. Tom is the extraordinarily knowledgeable, truly helpful, absolutely kind owner of this establishment. If he does not have a product he can often order it.

I LOVED visiting this store! The proprietor was very nice and helpful. We went for loose herbs. He has dozens of different kinds of herbs sold by weight. Most were only about $4 an ounce - 1/3 the price I saw on Amazon! We bought Mullein, Calendula, Peppermint, and a couple of others. We also bought empty lip balm tins, a 1 gallon glass jar, 1 ounce vials, and a few other things. I could have spent another hour in the store looking at all the wares he has but we were in a hurry. I highly recommend this place!

Tom is great, nice store with things you simply can not locate in town, good selection. He even checked on a product for me and after calling manufacturer called me to let me know outcome. That would not happen back east.

It’s filled to the brim with all the right stuff, nooks with new surprises but organized in a way that makes sense- clearly curated by someone who cares. Tom is one of those genuine, good people who has been serving Reno with high quality herbs and supplements for a long time and is an absolute pleasure to converse with. I look forward to any excuse to go in and patronize.Though the place isn’t huge, there’s a great selection of books, a scattering of ritual needs like incense, mortar and pestle, amber glass jars of various purpose for you to make your own sprays, oils, tinctures.There is a large selection of Herb Pharm tinctures, loose herbs and teas, some essential oils and carrier oils. And several smaller walls of other supplements, vitamins and wellness products.He has hung sturdy plastic sheets for covid safety protocols.

Small local based shop that carries 3 walls of bulk herbs! Entire rest of shop has a plethora of vitamins, herbs and health related literature. Same staff since Ive started dropping in 20 years ago. Quick, helpful and easy access from Wells just up from Vassar St. Nice place.

This is a gem of our community! To start with the store is very clean and well organized. I have found that the store owner is extremely knowledgeable, he puts effort into carrying the best products. Next time you get sick ask him to mix you up a batch of bronchitis tea, its amazing. They have been very accommodating on ordering speciality items. The products are not cheap, but the best medicine never is.

I always shop here if I can before I look online or anywhere else for herb supplies. I also love that they carry shoyeido incense and they have a great selection of homeopathic medicines too. I noticed they are starting to carry more books. They have a good selection.
