Over many years I have been using Black Seed Oil (Kalonji Oil) especially during the seasonal transitional times as a powerful immune booster applied on the throat and chest as well as taking a teaspoon once or twice a day. I highly recommend this oil as a staple in ones medicine cabinet. It is a potent, anti - inflammatory, good for the skin, good for cholesterol levels, memory, good for the liver and much more too numerous to list.
