In my experience the deals here are higher quality than most if not all of Reno’s dispensaries. The prices are not always the lowest but the quality tends to make up for any discrepancies. The staff are my kind of people and it’s a comfortable atmosphere unlike most other Reno dispensaries which are heavy with cannabis bros.Their only con that I have experienced is that they do not stock the same brands consistently which makes it hard to know what you’re getting in terms of quality. You will get the occasional miss because of this.

Love this place. They have deals all the time, and it gets switched up every now-and-then. The staff is friendly enough and they give you points for shopping, which comes in handy toward your next shopping visit. The main sales floor is clean and has lots to look at. The menu is decent size, from flower to concentrates, to vape pens, to pre rolls and so on. Prices are decent as well, but the tax isnt included, so expect to pay the extra 20% in tax.Definitely a place to check out to see if you like it. Its one of my top picks in town.

I highly recommend Sierra Well. The dispensary has responded to customers exceptionally well throughout the pandemic. I used to choose Sierra Well as my destination of choice unless there was a specific that they might carry somewhere else. I am definitely back to it being my first choice. It’s a safe and great experience with competitive if not lower prices, the best selection of highly quality products, and really knowledgeable and helpful customer service. The bud tenders are amazing at adapting to each customer and personalizes the service any way they can. I visited shortly after legalization in Nevada for Rec., and then was a medical customer for two years. If you are looking for either Sierra Well is great. If you are there for medical use the bud tenders know their stuff and unlike many dispensaries has medical card specific inventory and the knowledge and kindness to really help!*** After reading reviews and not rembering names well, Jake is a consistently great bud tender, If I’m remembering correctly I also highly recommend Lisa. I had a really awesome bud tender who worked the late shift last night 09/17 and she deserves a shout out for being amazing!

One of my favorite shops in town, and definitely my go-to for after hours. While sometimes theyre a bit busy, Ive always gotten in and out pretty quickly.They have a large menu, with everything from boutique to budget, but I almost always go with the budtenders choice as Ive had nothing but fantastic recommendations time and time again.Prices are reasonable all around, but if youre looking to save a little bit more they have some fantastic online only deals, especially on carts.Yall rock, see you again soon.

Poor service and coughed sick the whole time, dont understand why she was still working. Also gave me the wrong order! All you have to do is read. Plus it was super dry with just Sierra name on it. It said 7g but weighed significantly less. Might have a good price but not worth the disappointment !

I unfortunately have had to go to another shop for flower. Your shop once had a constant supply of (WHITE RHINO). Why is it that a very popular strain, that actually sells has just vanished from your shop? Youd think youd keep stock of a popular seller. No strain gives the same feeling. Its like a pain pill. But better. I do still like the shop. But had to go elsewhere for flower. Love to know why this vanished.

A great dispensary with helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff and great products!

The weed is great especially the 1/4s. The young lady who helped me out the last time was very nice snd welcoming and there was no line the first time I went. Only taking one star off because the second time there was a line all the way to the outside and I left because I dont understand why the securities make you wait outside when there is plenty of room to extend the line inside and social distance inside. Kind of unnecessary and it makes waiting in line 3x worse.

My first time going there I had no clue what I was doing or how it worked. Lisa was extremely polite and helpful assisting me through the process and asking questions and made sure that I got exactly what I was looking for. She is very outgoing and goes above and beyond her job description to help everyone. I just moved from Texas to Reno and just got curious. The area is really clean and looks nice. As far as I can tell, they have a good selection of cannabis products.If you can, always ask for Jake. I don’t smoke much or know anything about cannabis, but Jake definitely knows his stuff and helped me pick out some flower that I really liked. He’s definitely the person to go to and is always happy to help. Don’t plan on going anywhere else because of how helpful the staff is.

Have tried to order there twice, and both times problems. They made a mistake on one of there prices on flower, then cancelled it, after them saying it was approved and ready for delivery, only to get another notification it was cancelled. Called them they said sorry it was because there system was down ( NO they messed up on a expensive flower that was listed for a way lower price.. eye roll) and it be delivered only to be called back to tell me it was cancelled AGAIN. 2nd time I tried ordering they told me to cancel an order for delivery after an issue and it be no problem to re schedule. Guess what couldn’t do it after being told I could. Called back and basically told too bad about that. Very rudely said. Always bad advice and just very bad customer service. I talked to Jennifer both times. Too many other places to go instead of dealing with this bs. So they lose customers because I tell my family and friends when you experience stuff like this. Hope they get it together soon!

Been my go-to since the pandemic started because free delivery (even though I’m in Sparks), which you can sometimes get same day if they’re not too busy, or you’re early enough. Natalie B. and Justin (?) are the drivers I get most often, and they’re both incredibly nice. I place my orders at night usually, and always wake up the next day with a text from Nina greeting me and confirming the price of my order.They’ve always got a wide variety of quality flowers, even for higher THC concentrations. Their website menu is easy to figure out, and has a super quick checkout once you have your account all set up. The one downside is that the website doesn’t always reflect the store’s real-time stock, but I suppose that is the occasional price you pay for ordering online.Overall one of my favorite dispensaries, despite the fact that I’ve never actually been inside. I was planning to go back to my other dispensary after they opened back up, but they’re just not as efficient. I think as long as the checkout is as simple and the delivery is as hassle free (and literally free) as it is, I’ll be sticking with Sierra Well.

Top 3 Reno dispensary for sure. Sierra Well has great selection, knowledgeable budtenders and the nicest delivery drivers in town. They are constantly improving in all aspects of the business and they have the easiest homepage/order page at this moment. Their daily and ongoing deals are some of the best in town as well. Go to Sierra Wellness!

They can run out of prerolled joints quite often. I recommend stocking up when theyre available. Good variety of products backed by a very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Ryan G did an absolute marvelous job helping me tonight. A few days ago, I had bought some cartridges, and when I tried them, I just didn’t like it. Tried to give this place a chance and took up their deal of 2 separate grams for $65. I worked in the industry, I understand putting defective product on sale (2g for $65 isnt really a sale). This level of rip off was unprecedented. Half of the badder was melted into the lid. No warning, no heads up. Now I have one and a half grams of bottom shelf concentrate for $80. DO NOT spend your money here!!!! The staff who came out to the car were great. Attentive and fast. Shame on the owners who get into this industry for profit over accessible help for people.

I come in at least once a week and every time the staff is pleasant and accommodating, the Bud tenders are well versed in knowledge of terpenes and their uses, and the building is always spotless. My most recent visit I was helped by Lisa A and she helped me pick out the concentrates that would be most beneficial for my back pain and I was impressed to say the least

So let me say I like the place a lot the service is great; I feel safe in the parking lot, the one issue I have is those books they have you thumb through to pick your product, it just don’t seem covid friendly, or frankly germ friendly period. In these times of a pandemic, But where they lack in tech, they make up for in friendliness and great deals and you can ATM at the counter and Lisa is one the best and knowledgeable people I’ve met about cannabis. She has a wonderful smile 😊 and caring personality. I travel a great deal and in my state we’ve been legal since 08 In in Detroit. The set up and the staff can hang out like wet clothes. Picking this this place over anywhere else every time I come to town. Also I love to visit and see Perla she is great and also very product knowledgeable, simply put Perla and Lisa are the greatest bud tenders this side of the Mississippi.

Best Dispensary in town with the best prices and the most for your money. Cant beat the customer service, its what keeps me coming back.Pearla, Lisa and Natalie will hook you up and are the literal sweetest. As a regular at sierra well I always have a pleasant experience with finding what I want at a good price but everytime I get Jake as a cannabis consultant my experience is always top notch. He manages to get you what you want with it being the best bang for your buck. Very knowledge and friendly.
