I first found out about Ice Age Meals a few years ago at the Nugget Rib Cook Off and found it to be my favorite dry rub.Luckily, they were selling the Super Radical Rib Rub and decided to pick up a bottle.Ive found this to be a must have kitchen rub for any pork or rib related dish and was running awfully low with the upcoming BBQ season beginning getting ready to start.I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan today who was incredibly friendly and helpful.Although I havent had the opportunity to try their frozen meals yet, based upon the customer service that I received from Jonathan today I am looking forward to trying them in the near future.On a happier note I am now stocked up on the Super Radical Rib Rub and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good rub for their ribs or pork.

Great meals with quality ingredients, my go to meals when I don’t want to cook. I haven’t tried one that I didn’t like a usually eat at least 1-2 a day. Also love that they are frozen so they don’t go bad if I choose to miss a few days. I used to to meal prep service but didn’t like that I only had a few days to eat the meals. I highly recommend these if you want a tasty meal that you can have no prep and no clean-up.

We’ve been with Ice Age Meals for the last year and a half, and could not be happier! I love these meals! It’s hard to find a meal prep company that is actually healthy, tastes good and is frozen!! I like frozen meals so that I can eat them when needed, not feel pressured to eat them all in one week so they won’t spoil. I like that they even have keto and breakfast options now. I’ve been very pleased with every meal I’ve tried. I want to try new ones but I’m a creature of habit and I stick with what I like haha. My favorites are the lemon chicken, tri tip with yams, paleo lasagna and chili.

I cannot say enough about Ice Age Meals. They are delicious (which surprised me), hearty portions (enough for a man for dinner), and fairly priced. I have an autoimmune condition that im trying to treat naturally, and have to avoid dairy, gluten, and soy. However, I work full time at a hospital and on my Masters Degree full time, so I have no time to shop/prep/clean. If I dont pay for healthy meal prep, Ill be eating quick junk, and I can feel diabetes breathing down my neck as it is. Could I eat cheaper buying from the grocery store? Yes. Could I eat dairy/gluten/soy free all organic from the grocery store cheaper? Absolutely not. Even if I could, I dont have the time to. Im thanking God every day that I saw Nick on Shark Tank, because unless getting healthy is made easy and convenient for me, I wont do it. Also, Ive lost 9 pounds in 4 weeks without doing anything else differently (and I eat tortilla chips almost every day). Give Ice Age Meals a chance people, they can make it much easier to change your lifestyle.

Ive ordered quite a few packs by now, and theyre a life saver. Quite literally, really. Theyre a great go-to meal in a pinch, or when you just dont feel like cooking.They come packaged frozen and are easily identifiable of what each meal is, due to their lovely cardboard packaging. I personally dont microwave the meals, but instead just toss them in the oven. Packaging is great, as it tells you the ingredients (which are few) and how to cook them.Despite the few ingredients per meal, theyre still quite tasty and satisfying — and of course quite healthy too! Meals are a perfect single portion, and they seem to be releasing more variety of meal options lately too, which is great!

The website, processing time for an order and delivery service is phenomenal and easy to use... however, I wish there were a few more options to select from when creating a custom box for an order.In terms of frozen food, this is some of the best I have ever tasted. There are enough options to change it up for up to 3 weeks which is satisfactory in terms of variety. The reheat instructions are easy to follow, and they leave the food well heated once done properly. I have found that to be very difficult in the past with frozen foods.That being said, this is still frozen food at its core. This is the reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5. The rest of the benefits take this from a 3 to a 4 star rating, but there is no covering up the ultimate fact that this is frozen rather than fresh. If the prices were a little cheaper ($1-$2 per meal), I would have an even more favorable outlook, but I have found meal prep services for a similar price that deliver fresh food weekly.Overall, I would recommend checking out this company and seeing if it is for you as there is no subscription requirement.

These meals are delicious and keep you full! Some of them have the nutritional value of 2 full meals which is awesome for the price. Very worth the price. My husband and I plan to keep a stash of them for when we run out of food for the week/get back late from a trip to keep us from eating out or eating junk food! Highly recommend.

I ordered just about everything and was disappointed by many. Almost all the meat was extremely fatty and half needed to be removed. Half of the Barbacoa and carnitas were like this and the other half were good. They were both tasty, I just don’t want to have to pick through entire meal to remove fat. The ground beef meals were very tasty and the vegetable quality is excellent in all. The other meats were fatty and not tasty (ie brisket and chicken). It has me questioning the quality of the ground beef.

I ordered my first box from Ice Age this month due to the amazing sale going on. One of my coaches at CrossFit loves them, so I figured it was worth a shot. I do like the idea of them being frozen, so they will be easy to take to work with me for lunch randomly to change things up. So far I’ve tried a few of them and they’ve been really good. The portion sizes are much larger than other meal plans, I’ve actually had a hard time finishing a couple of them. I personally like the flexibility with this company, you aren’t forced to re order each week like many companies do. My only issue would be that some of the containers were broken due to shipping. The shipping is free, and your box is always guaranteed to ship in two days. Enjoy!!

Love these meals!!!! I have been ordering off and on for several years. The ship time and convenience is perfect when life gets hectic. Most recently I ordered the 48 pack for my husband who travels for work. The system was on overload I think due to cyber Monday so I called and the associate that took my call had my order completed and shipped out in no time.

Im going to preface this by saying that I am a pretty picky eater. I think of food more as medicine than pleasure, so I realize my palette is used to bland diet.I I scrupulously studied the ingredients in Ice Age meals to make sure no canola, vegetable, corn, safflower oils, and chemicals were used. In fact, some of the ingredients had no oil whatsoever, hence the fat is coming from the animal protein only.So when I received the Ice Age post card in the mail, I was pretty excited to try them.I was glad to see that the beef is grass fed, not sure if they beef is hormone free or not but since its a small portion, Im not going to worry.The grass fed trip with yams is my favorite. Yams are a good source of fiber and potassium. I also liked the Grass Fed Barbacoa with Tomatillo Salsa. I added a little cilantro and squeezed on some lemon juice which added a lot of flavor! Even my husband likes these meals and is now the one shopping for them.Normally anything microwaved just isnt as good as baked but I was surprised that these meals microwave beautifully. Four minutes on high with package top on, then four more minuets without. I find Im quite full and sometimes cannot finish the portion.I dont think I would want to eat these every night but 2-3 times a week gives me a break and I can stick to my anti-inflammatory eating.I dont think you can go from a traditional western processed foot diet to Ice Age very easily. The chemicals in processed foods are put there to hack your brain, so Ice Age meals may be too bland at first but is pretty good for frozen clean eating.

Even if you dont adhere to the paleo diet, these are the best frozen meals Ive ever had. Nick and his team put a huge effort into sourcing local, healthy ingredients and there are no preservatives or other bad-guys in these meals. Additionally, unlike any other brand I can think of, theres a huge emphasis on protein in these meals. Ive never been dissatisfied with a meal from Ice Age and Im totally addicted to them!

Ive really enjoyed all of the meals! There has not been one meal that I honestly did not like The convince of it is amazing, and the fact that I am able to still eat healthy is wonderful.
