Awesome little bar with many different types of board and card games. Stopped here on a Sunday with a few friends and had a great time. The alcohol was fairly priced and since it was on a Sunday we didnt have to pay for the board games. Would definitely return here.

Really fun bar with tons of board and card games to choose from. There are some games I had never heard of and the bartender was nice enough to explain one of the games for us. Games are organized by how many players (which is helpful). You do need to reserve a table if you are trying to go after 6pm. They have a nice craft beer selection as well. Our new favorite hang out!

This place is awesome! We actually stumbled across it while looking for a tattoo parlor. Over 800+ board, card and dice games to play while enjoying an adult beverage with your friends. They also have a wide selection of games for sell. Planning to bring my son here next year for his 21st birthday!

We were excited to try this place a little while back, didnt make it from the front door to the bar before deciding this place wasnt for us. Holly-hell that bartender had zero people skillz. She clearly didnt want to serve us & just wanted to bark @ us. F- this place. Update, with more detail, youll want to edit your response glass-die. There were 2 of us & we were masked up, mid day, zero drinks into the day so far. I walked in the door second, I was adjusting my ear that was being pinched by my mask. My mask didnt leave my face before or during this first very unnecessary attack. Then it was the second attack @ both of us that turned us off, & we both heard & took the situation the same. It was all poor communication on your bartender, nothing to do with the actual covid rules.

Super customer service! When we showed up, we learned one needed a reservation to sit at a table outside, so we went outside in the oppressive heat and sun. When one group left and there wasnt another reservation, the bartender came out to get us and cleaned up the table right away. Also, great beers, ciders, and meads on tap!

Ver cool ambiance, and a prefect almost serene location right outside of downtown. I’m going to preface my negative comment, with this; I try to find the good in every negative encounter, but I couldn’t with my experience, besides the coolness of this place. The Server/Bartender (Rose) ruined my experience here. She was overtly rude, and even though I tried to counter with kindness, she wasn’t having any of it. It’s a shame since I was looking forward this visit.

From D&D and Catan, to Cards Against Humanity and checkers, The Glass Die is a place for everyone. This place is a gem. Theyve really nailed the concept of board game pub. 100s of games free to play, 12 taps of craft beer including local releases plus cans, ciders, etc.The ambiance is cozy and comfortable and yet full of laughing, lively people enjoying games of all types and a brew. It wasnt the type of place where you feel like you have to be a particular niche of gamer, or even a gamer at all.I have a rule I want to suggest: Please buy a beer or other beverage each visit. A great place like this is not free to run and making sure to offer them patronage is one of the best things one could do to make sure they are here for a long time to come.

Great service, nice place, good beer! I went here by accident (read more):My friends and I were planning on hitting a Girl Scout Cookie and beer pairing at another place nearby. We got in and it was CROWDED to the walls. After 10 minutes, wed barely been able to buy cookies from the girl scouts on site. We never got anywhere NEAR the bar! So we decided to go elsewhere and ended up at The Glass Die, where 2/3 of us had never been.Parking was fairly easy and I noticed they had a food truck parked out front! (We didnt eat, but it smelled amazing!) The parking lot was full, so I assumed that the bar would be, as well. It wasnt! There were only a couple of occupied tables! We were able to get immediately to the bar and even had time to sample a few draughts. The bartender was very nice and extremely patient, happy to answer any questions we had. We ordered and paid for our beers and sat down with one of the games they have to offer (Side Effects), expecting to only have this one round. The atmosphere was so great and we had so much fun playing that we stayed for 3-4 rounds (depending on who was driving) and had an absolute BLAST!I CANNOT recommend this place highly enough! I also cannot wait to go back with my husband, so we can enjoy a few beers and learn some new games before deciding to take the plunge and buy!My only complaint: there were some people who looked like they were having an incredible time playing DnD, and our loud proclamations of, Omg, we wanna play! Didnt garner us an invite 😂

My husband and I drove from Lake County Ca to come visit. The expectations where set high. I want to first start with the service. The bartender was nice, friendly, and took time to explain how things worked as we had never been before, she was also willing to explain the rules of any game she new how to play. The beer selection was great. For only having 12 beers they seemed to have something everyone should like. I personally loved the sour! We played two different games they had for free. Saying they have a wide variety of games is an understatement. You can find games for 2 people all the way up to 5+. I honestly wish I lived closer so I could visit this establishment again. If you love good beer this is a great place to go. If you love board games and want to try new games free of charge this is a great place to go. We are already trying to figure out how we can visit again.
