Super fun store. If youre new to the hobby, Mason is your guy to talk to. He is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions from the novels, to painting to actual game play.

The store may be small but its jam packed full of product. Mason is an absolute pleasure and knows his stuff. Hes the main reason I will frequent the place.

Ive always loved Games workshop products, If you are shopping exclusively for new Warhammer products this is a great outlet.

This store is HANDS DOWN a must stop for tabletop nerds in the area and passing thru. Not only do they have a beautiful, well stocked layout but some of the best customer service in Reno.Mason took an extended peroid of time helping me understand many of my new hobbies and even went above and beyond when he gave a used blood bowl pitch to get started practicing with my new team.I suggest any table top player, professional or amateur, stop in and check it out. From figuring out my rolls to setting up my leagues Mason is my go to 🎲

Great store Dave is always kind and very helpful.Would recommend to anyone in the area to check out, if nothing else for the models and artwork on display.

Mason has a wonderful location with so much more product than I was expecting! He is definitely well informed on all things Games Workshop and Warhammer and even hooked us up with a very difficult to find Blood Bowl product we couldnt get ahold of anywhere online or through Games Workshop directly.Keep up the great work and we will certainly be back!

The guy there has great customer service and has a good selection

The first time I visited I told them I was new to the hobby so they tried to sell me unpopular kits that I assume they had trouble moving, such as the elite edition starter set and models that had just had point nerfs. Every other time Ive visited theyve been closed for no apparent reason during hours when they should be open, no sign on the door or anything, just locked up. Even on a Friday afternoon when a game store gets the most traffic. Really unsure why Id come back with so many good LGS in Reno.

Mason was amazing at explaining the game and how I should get into. Extremely knowledgeable about everything. Really helped me find a direction in the game. If you need anything Warhammer this is the place!!

Very helpful staff and hobbyists, if your interested in Games Workshop products this is the best place in town to start.There are usually people there playing games or working on models on the weekends and possibly any day that they are open. Mason and company are very helpful especially to new players and hobbyists.

Upon entering the store the employee did not even acknowledge my existence and seemed preoccupied with his phone instead of customer service. When I went to the register to check out he seemed irritated that I interrupted him. Also constantly closing store early due to a little bit of snow on the ground. I miss Elijah at this store, he was always friendly and greeted every customer as they came in and actually appreciated their business instead of viewing them as a burden. Go to comic kingdom in Reno instead of here for your Warhammer needs. They have a better selection at comic kingdom and you get 10% off all games workshop products, plus they treat you like a customer should be treated.

Walked in the store the first time and was warmly greeted, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Will have to visit the store again when I have more time to see if its a worthwhile hobby.

Terrific customer service! They will teach you how to play and even offer free figure painting classes. Eli really took his time to teach us the basics and answer questions.

The prices are fair and reasonable (for GW), the guy running the store is definitely not a murderer, and it has good air conditioning/circulation (you know why...).If you live in the Reno/Carson/Tahoe area, then why are you reading this?Its the only Games Workshop store in town, youre either already buying from this store, buying online and picking it up in store, or your buying recast.FOR THE EMPRAH!

Absolutely wonderful store! The staff was willing to sit down with me for an hour or so and play a demo game. I have never been into a store with as nice of stuff as this store.

Great selection and also a good place to meet people to game. Eli is incredibly helpful, and they are constantly running tournaments and contests.

I received the greatest customer service here that I have ever had, I asked many questions as I was new to the hobby, and the owner answered every question I could think of. Even ones that in retrospect were really dumb
