Quick friendly staff. All items. Usually in stock. Clean and organized.

My order got messed up slightly and I typically hate asking for a redo. When I asked for it to be fixed, they did so quickly and even upgraded my size. Great service!

Really good customer service. Considering my iced chai took over 20 minutes to get, the manager or some dude that looked to be in charge made things right and was very positive about the situation.

I havent had any issues with my iced caramel macchiatos (with extra caramel and they never forget that) its just kinda busy sometimes. Also sometimes the people working the register look mad at everything and it makes me feel slightly unwelcome.

Today marks the third time Ive been disappointed by this Starbucks. I ordered a salted caramel mocha frappuccino and they dont put enough caramel and completely forget the salt. I finally asked them to fix it and the girl was condescending and made me feel stupid. The drink doesnt even taste like it should. It just tastes like chocolate milk. Ive ordered this from different locations and theyve always come out right. I will never get Starbucks at this location again.

They have the standard Starbucks menu ... it can definitely be busy considering its location on the UNR campus...still a good spot to stop and buy an iced or hot coffee to accompany homework & time spent in the knowledge center next door.

Thanks for catering our veterans events. I dig homebrew black coffee myself, however location, location, location. This team is, dialed in, convenient and on point. One suggestion, please include more philanthropic events hooah. Respectfully submitted, John Knott

Well designed, but finding a seat can be difficult, and some of the student workers can be less than friendly...

Edit: This is now a Mothership Starbucks so it rocks.The most expensive Starbucks in Reno. Yay!!!

Ok for getting coffee in the campus. Plain black coffee isnt listed and one has to ask for it if available.

People that say it tastes burnt, do not understand coffee.

With this store being located in my alma mater, Im disappointed by the refusal to honor rewards or promotional codes that are on my Starbucks card.

Renewal opened and shop moved.It was renewed and became wider. Even though it was a renewal, it was just moved to the next door.
