Please dont ever go here!!!!! Save youre time and go somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would. My dad tried getting the sticker off the pipe, ran it through water and the pipe broke and sliced his finger open. The owner guy is extremely disrespectful and accused my dad of breaking a pipe purposely to get money back and a new pipe. We live 30 miles away. Why on earth would we travel all that way to break a pipe and try to get money back? The guy doesnt really let you look at the products. Wants it back right away. When we were purchasing the pipe, he was far away and said I show you no crack, good condition, I put in bag. Please dont ever come here!!!

Place was ok, more geared towards a cigar smoker, and cigarettes, I wasnt impressed by cigarettes selection.

There e juice selection is amazing I bought a new vape pen and got a free surprise e juice with it and he even set it up for me and made sure it was charged the attention to detail was amazing I highly recommend this shop

I had been shopping for a few hours for water pipes... at least 4-5 stores. saw a few I liked, but showed up at this shop and customer service was amazing right off the bat; very nice guy. very honest and helpful. also, the prices were amazing. straight up better than all the other shops I had been to and the same quality. I would and will definitely buy from this shop again. major selection, good prices, good customer service... its a win win.

Great selection of every pipe type available and pretty extensive selection of piercings jewelry, including for your ears. Bought a jelly bodied pipe including removable glass bowl with built in screen for $20+tax. Very happy with it. Going back for jewelry another day.

It says it opens at 10 am you get there and the door even says be back at 10 am but there never open at 10 am, not even 11 or 12. They never answer the phone through out the day either. I like coming here cause it’s convenient and close to my house but I’d rather drive to a place thats actually open when they say they are. It’s ridiculous.

Very rude customer service absolutely will never go there again things are priced high and he wont negotiate at all. Not to mention treated people in there like thieves for no apparent reason. I have gone there twice and both times myself and 2 sets of different people were treated unbelievably rude and I personally will never go in there let alone spend a dollar there ever again . lucky I even gave that place one star!!!

Couldnt answer my questions about a vape pen. Wanted to sell me just any pen for my high end cartridge then continued to get an attitude and tell me to go away. Probably why there was NO ONE in there. Yes, good selection, but poor service and high prices will NOT get you anywhere.

Amazing little store, my first impression was I hope it wasnt like the other smoke shops I just looked at in Reno and sure enough it was nothing like them. I walked in and the first thing I saw was how huge of a selection there was, exquisite pieces and everything was unique. Being from Tucson Im accustomed to a headshop at every corns place didnt just remind me of the best of Tucson but it was also less expensive and the family that owns it are amazing and very friendly. I give this a 5 out of 5, by far the best in Reno

Owner definitely tried to push you to buy anything and everything in the store regardless of if you need it or not. Prices are higher than some of the other shops in town and they dont seem to know much about the product they sell.

Owner is very rude and refused to let me look at some jewelry. He insisted they were all the same when they clearly were not! He then said to me I show you one then two then three then in your pocket basically implying I was going to steal so I could not look at the different lengths of the barbell I was wanting to purchase. I had already picked out 100$ worth of merchandise to buy but after his comment I ended up walking out. I will never go back there again!

The selection was great, but the issue lies in that two of my pieces had cracks in them. Also the scale I purchased didnt weigh anything right. When I went back less than 5 days later, they refused to even help. I spent almost $300 there and got broken pieces

Absolutely horrible place! Sold me a $79 Vape pen and didn’t work! Would not do anything about it. Also sold me a tip for $12 and that didn’t work Either. When I went in the very next day he started yelling that he told me everything about the pen and that it worked perfectly fine. A friend of mine and I both went in and neither of us were angry with him. Also I checked online and you can get the exact same item for $29.

Dont shop here. Terrible experience. They sell glasswares they know are defective and dont give any kind of warranty, or offer any refund or exchange. Being unable to test any of the glassware makes it impossible to trust the items they sell. They may look good, but the glassware has serious functional problems and the store clerks know about it and dont care.

I spent $30 on a dabs piece it looks like a tobacco pipe...he told me to heat the bowl, well i did what he said and in the first uses when it was cooling down it began to crack and cracked all the way around the bowl! We went there to see if he would just exchange a lighter we bought the day before becuz it stopped working! he wouldnt even exchange that only offered a discount on another purchase...all i want is a exchange on my purchase or store credit on something else of $30? Ive done business with other smoke shops, and i understand no cash refunds but theyve at least exchange a piece the was defective. $30 for a one time uses dads pipe, i wont be shopping there for my stuff anymore! Ill go where they will take care of my smoking needs better!😤😡

The older guy who works there is completely rude and unprofessional. I think he might be the owner. He got mad for me trying to look at the pieces individually. Also, tried to rip me off twice,once with a broken piece (I wanted a specific piece and he tried to had me the same one but from a broken bin he has ready) and second with his prices ( he posts prices, and then he changes them at the register). DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Hit up another low key shop but not this one.

This is a horrible store with a horrible staff. I asked if the prices on items were marked. He said yes and then made me ask for the prices of each item because they were not visible. I asked if he could show me the price tag so I could see that it really cost the amount he said. He started yelling at me to go shop at Walmart if I wanted to see the prices. It really blows my mind that people like this place. I just moved here from California and this was the place I went. It smells like cat pee and the prices are horrible. I saw lots of vape stuff that was not authentic (cheap clones). They sell meth and crack pipes (not cool). And they charge a dollar to run your card not to mention hes there rude.

You are greeted with a warm welcome and the owners were really nice to helping me find my needs. Prices are the same as if i ordered online. I will definitely be back. And its located near winco and other fast food chains so thats a plus.

Rude customer service. I ask the price of something and it was expensive. He asked me how much I got it for I told him any tried lowering it by only $1 not even matching the price so I said no thank you and he started being very rude and raising his voice at me as I was leaving.
