I thought I had done a review on this place before... apparently its didnt post, so Ill write it now. I came to this place with my mom one night and while we did think it was cool that it has a bunch of stuff, Im not a fan of being followed especially when Im not dressed in a manner which would provoke it. As anyone who reads my reviews can see, Im big on the customer experience and costumer service in general. So if they didnt follow us around the place, itd be a place Id stop by or even recommend. However, we noticed we were being followed throughout the store and Ill never be back. Its weird because we were the only people being followed and the only melanated customers in there as well. Its ridiculous. If you dont care about companies that do things like this, enjoy.

Any time I need something and Im in the area this is where we go. They always have what were looking for, and if by chance they dont, they have substitutes. The guys working there are cool, respectful, and honest. Good atmosphere. And if you have any questions they have your answers.

If youre African American they will ask for your ID. Been to this store a few times. Tonight I noticed the cashier only asked for my ID out of 5 white teens that bought alcohol and vapes. I was confused on why only card me and NOT the 5 teens who went 1 after another buying vapes and alcohol... I asked him why and he just said because he has the right. Does he have the right to do that? Im a 30 year old black man with a beard, these teens had on kid clothes and glasses!

They are ghetto . Went there during hot August nights and there was a sign on the door be back in 5 min. I waited 2o min. and they still didnt open. I watched over a dozen people that also just left. They lost a lot of business. Too bad for poor judgement on a business.

Dying for a puff bar that wasn’t trying to surcharge.This spot got everything and isn’t closing like a babies bedtime. He made sure we tested it before we walked out those doors. Definitely would come here regularly if we lived up here.

Extraordinary large parafinallia to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Enjoy the atmosphere

By far the best selection Ive seen in Reno. By far, you wanted they have it. Stuff always knows what to locate specific items, I like going into a store asking for what I want and they know what Im talking about. Pretty much everything I could ever ask for in a smoke shop. They have booze too

Way overpriced, They charge a $.50 surcharge to use a debit card Unless you were Indian of course. For everyone else they overcharge.Crackheads are constantly in the store and very threatening.

If you live far, they will deliver! Awesome place, has everything you may ever need!

I do not understand the low ratings on here. I have gone to the Midtown Smoke & Vape Shop for 3 years. Herniated a disc in my neck and bought some kratom here. As an older university student, I had a hard time dealing with the pain and staying focused overall. The family that owns this store is very honest, and I would not be close to graduating without their reasonable prices. The house kratom is very potent, and it is by far the best price in town. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment and the family that runs it.

If you want to get all you vape needs met in a very RUDE manner. Go Here! Really really rude all three of them today at this time

If you need bulk local powdered kratom in a pinch, this place is the only in town. They bag it themselves and the prices are very reasonable. The e-cig juice section is a bit better Everytime I arrive, and various other new products show up constantly . Store is huge and understaffed and can take a minute or two to get help

Great selection, cheap price. Always have the hot new products, open later than any other smoke shop in Reno. Great people, you wont be disappointed.
