Love this place, only issue I have is the cute little blonde guy who needs to start yelling because he speaks to quietly.

Had a simple quick question, through the ancient sounding phone line I hear a distorted hi one moment I have customers in store and will be with you shortly, then nothing. For 10 minutes. Line still live, I hear the register beeping, papers rustling, no more customer communications with whoever is manning the register. Tired of waiting for a simple, Yes, we have this product or No sorry, we dont carry that product. My very first interaction seeing as this seems like a new shop I wanted to explore, sorely disappointed before I even step foot inside.

You know this place is a rip off they don’t do you well waste of money on what they have I spent the last of my money buying a drag x kit it was ok at first then it went bad took it down the owner didn’t replace or Provide a refund I will never buy from this place again this place is a rip off they don’t do their customers just sit all and that’s all to say about that one I will never go back to this place know what I ever spend another dime in this place again thank you

Employees not wearing masks. Customers coming in and out without masks. CC machine didn’t work. I needed some accessories for glasswear, prices slightly more expensive than other shops around town.2 stars is a stretch but justified just for the variety of product and the friendly but maskless employee. Def take your business elsewhere.

Very nice place, the guy who ive seen working there is kind of weird i mean it is a smoke shop but he talks and acts like a creep but is a nice guy. Other than that its a nice place, lots of peices to pick from and many other products to look at.

Mak is AWESOME. He was so patient and kind with helping me with my first vape purchase and experience. He is definitely a keeper for the establishment.

Favorite shop on town

I have been going here for over a year now and I will not go anywhere else! Aria is an amazing person along with all his friends and staff, they treat me and my family as if we were their family. Honeycomb hideout is the best smoke shop in Reno and Sparks and I recommend it to everyone.

The experience was fine. It was a week later when my brand new extraction tube broke at the very top and when I called to speak w/ someone they said we do not sell warranty w/ glass understandable but they should take pride in their merchandise. I wont shop there again

This smoke shop has a vast selection of not only glass but of tobacco the people at this location are friendly, and it is decently priced as well. And they also will be honest if the location down the street has cheaper tobacco than they do.

Purchased vape juice and the top just comes off and spills everywhere ruining my clothes and gets all over my living room and the owner says I should of checked it before I started to use it. I have never had too and then says well I dont know what to tell you your just going to have to deal with it. I dont think its right when I have been vaping for years now and never had an issue with this brand and had plenty of bottles at 120 ml size. Well I guess I just wasted $25
