I recently ordered and purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler 4xe. The experience was top notch. We were traveling out of town, my Ram 2500 diesel needed emergency service, when the in town Dodge/Ram dealer wouldnt even make time to service my truck or even check my diagnostic engine codes, Lithia Chrysler Jeep not only checked my codes, but also fixed my truck same day even though they had a full schedule because they knew Id be stranded away from home if not. Their service advisor Ben was awesome, their mechanics fast and efficient, and their shuttle service was also amazing and convenient. If I could give then more than 5 stars I would!
Marcus was an awesome guy, showed me exactly what I wanted, didnt pressure me. Answered all my questions without fail. Very polite since I had my 15 year old with me being a normal teen. Showed me all the features since I didnt know half of them. Offered us plenty of beverages since it was a scalding 102 degrees outside. The entire episode was fun, easy, friendly, and stress free.
In the 2 years I’ve been going to this dealership for service, etc, they have never once called me back in response to my voicemail after missing my call. I habe left voicemails in several departments — service for oil change, parts for getting my car door handle replaced, the front desk for trying to find out what my contract covers. I don’t understand why I can never get someone to get back to me. (I don’t even call them a lot, this is just the occasional call that I never get a response for.) Check your voicemails yall.

I recently came in with my roommate after the amazing service my girlfriend and I had with our 2021 Cherokee. My roommate got a 2018 Grand Cherokee. The radio freezes quite often and you cannot use it. Jeep said they would cover the cost to fix it. Well turns out they arent honoring that as of today. The jeep also needs an alignment and total for it all was going to be $1,000.00 out of pocket for a vehicle my roommate has had for roughly 2 months. You just lost a customer, next time we will go to a dealer that will honor what they say. Shame on you guys.
Update: Im giving credit where it is due. We went back to this dealership (only one local) because they work with our warranty. This time customer service was top notch. Quick. Great with communication. He even came out of the office to send us off after service. Once again the mechanical problem was diagnosed and fixed correctly so I have no complaints about the mechanics. Also, after my first review, the company reached out by email and asked me to call them about the issue and after that, the customer service rep called to apologize that we slipped through the cracks and had poor communication during our first visit. I appreciate that. The second try was a much better experience and we will return. Thank you for making it right, Lithia. Very repectable.We have had service done at this location. Our customer service rep is not good with communication. We came in to pick up our vehicle. It wasnt finished but he didnt take time to tell us that before we made the drive. The van problem was finally fixed after a week of waiting so the mechanics are good. The Customer service is where they lack.We had an additional part to put on that wasnt in yet. The CS rep never called us to tell us know the part was in and didnt return our calls after 1.5 months of waiting for the part and an appointment, despite our messages we left every other week. It has just been difficult to get service done with them and to get feedback about our service. However, they are the only dealership we found in Reno. I wish I had a better review. We love to give shout outs to those companies who are good at what they do.

Having recently moved from New England to California, I can honestly say Ive never had a car buying experience like this. Heck, I didnt even expect to leave with a car that day. But Steven Harris greeted us at the door and patiently answered every question my wife and I had about new Wranglers, old Wranglers, financing, and more. In short order, we were on our way to purchasing a new Jeep Willys. There was no pressure from Steven or the finance team. They gave me a fair value on the very rough Chrysler Pacifica I traded in. Steven even went so far as to call an aftermarket truck company down the road to arrange for us to pick up discounted rails for the top of the Wrangler.I couldnt be happier. Highly recommended.

I bought a new Jeep Gladiator here recently. This was one of the best buying experiences I have had. I was helped by Andrew Eddy and Kenny Rose. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt pressured. I had done research online regarding pricing and the value of my trade and they worked with me. I feel confident I got a fair deal. The finance guy Ken Lax was also very helpful and straightforward. I’m bringing it back the week after next to get a spray in Bed liner and clear bra put on.(they coordinated this to be done together and are going to give me a loaner to use while it’s being done). I’m confident this will go well also. (So far I’m really happy with the new truck!).

I would suggest NOT working with their service team if you have a warranty with anyone other than Lithia. It simply is not worth it. They will not release your car until payment is processed through the warranty and somehow it is not easy for them to do and takes a very long time, for authorization and for payment.They also lied to me and said they couldnt release my car because my $2000+ claim was never paid by the warranty company before and thats why Kit is no longer working there. I verified with the Warranty company that they had in-fact paid it. The story then changed to yes, they paid it but not in a timely fashion.I always felt very well taken care of and that they had good customer service when Kit was helping me but since hes gone - they just dont seem like very nice people. Very unpleasant, very impersonal, I was even told they didnt have time to help me with something because they had other customers to take care of. What am I???I will NOT be back. Just a heads up to anyone thinking about going here.

My experience with Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno was top notch!! My sales person was Steven Harris and he was very efficient. Did most of the paperwork over txt and only spend 45 min at the dealership, that is super fast. Steven did a good job walking me through everything and there was alot to go over. Even after I got home which was over 3 hrs away, he was very responsive to all of my questions! Thanks Steven....

If I could give the service department a zero star I would. Recently my wrangler got a death wobble and I have the extended warranty. So I filed for it and some parts were not covered by warranty which is fine, no problem but when I got my car back it was shaking just as bad if not worse. So I called the service and spoke with Greg the service advisor so he told me to take it back in and I dropped it off early at the dealership and then a day goes by, no sort of communication so I reach out next morning and Greg told me they didn’t have time to look at it but they will today. No call from him again so I reach out and he tells me it needs a steering stabilizer but it’s not covered by warranty and at this point I was fed up so I said okay order it. He tells me to he will call me in two days when the part arrives. I NEVER received a call, a week later I show up at the dealership and he makes me wait around an hour, I had no problem waiting and he comes to tell he will go to the back and check if the part arrived, comes back and says it hasn’t gotten here can I get your phone number to call you when it arrives ( he did this same thing 3 different times ) still to this day my car hasn’t been fixed and no call from Greg.

I had a great experience with the guys down here at lithia jeep. I bought my JK back in February and right after I purchased it from a private seller I realized I needed a pcm I went to 4 wheel parts they wouldnt even give me the time of day I went to folbeck 4x4 and they told me what I already knew I needed a pcm. Then said they couldnt do it take it to jeep reluctantly I did Ive always avoided the dealership for well anything really. But I brought it in anyway they rechecked it and found that yes i needed a pcm and they had the part next day shipped it they got it done that day and even went ahead and did the recalls that were pending did a complete systems check for me and knocked off the diagnostic cost and some labor costs of course they tried selling me on tires and gaskets but as for the service they diagnosed it correctly fixed timely manner and my bitchin JK has been a great runner since. He took me and my concerns seriously and once the problem with my Grand Cherokee was finally identified, he was very helpful in getting it resolved. I brought my Jeep in for a recall on the passenger side airbag. I was told it would take an hour to my pleasant surprise it only took 40 minutes. Very fast and efficient service. Cody the service writer was very friendly. They didn’t explain the recall being done it was only after I asked that they explained the service done. Other than that it was great service.
Price looks great on the internet but rises $6k if you get 0% APR .well if you do the math you are better off taking the 6k less price and get a 3.98% loan. but I dont think that will happen either. Bait and switch is all I see. Happens like this with other dealers also . they proce match until you go to buy then its back up your the insane price. go figure Friends and Family pricing right.
Have had great customer experiences. Have had several burps in the repairs, but the customer response was awesome and spot on.
My issue is with pricing. I needed a simple trans fuild change. Was quoted at over $1,000 for the service. I paid $190 at a local trans shop.
If I could give them a zero I would. Be ware when you go buy a vehicle here, as they sell faulty cars that are not fully inspected like they claim they are. Make sure you take your trusted mechanic if you decide to buy a car here. I purchased a Ram from them in October of 2020 and the day of purchase I mentioned to them that when I test drove it was vibrating a little when driving it at high speed. They said not worries we will take care of it. A few days later I went back to let them know it was getting worse and that the airbag light had come. They said they would have their service tech call me to schedule an appointment. Weeks went by and yet again no one had called me to schedule an appointment I went back to their office and finally was able to schedule an appointment. The day I dropped of my truck they call me later to inform me that the steering wheel, tire rod and tires had been damaged and it was going to cost me $3500 to repair it. I informed them that this must had do to with the vibration and immediately I was accused of damaging my vehicle and was demand to let them know how I caused it. I told them repeatedly that I didn’t cause this damage and he said we had to off. After refusing to pay the amount Bob the assistant tech then said well the other option you have is filing a claim against your insurance. I stated to him why would I need to do that if I didn’t have an accident then he went to claim that if we didn’t then someone did a hit a run and that we should proceed with the claim. I went ahead with his theory and filed a claim as I was not going to pay $3500 a newly purchase truck. My insurance denied my claim twice due to the damages not being caused by a collusion or myself as accused. They indicated that I should talk to the dealership I purchased it from as it looked like they were existing damages. At this time, I had already sent and gone to their office numerous times to speak with management as I believe this was now time for management to be involved, they refused to speak to me or have the decency to reply to any of my emails. Bob the assistant tech was the only that would respond or talk to me. Note this has now been 2 weeks that my husband was out of a truck and unable to conduct his business as we own a local small business in town. They were in denial of the claim rejection as they continued to refuse to take responsibility for selling a faulty car. They finally provided us with a truck until they could determine what they would do now. They took a Ram truck off their lot to lend to us. This ready to sell truck that was on their lot was provided to us and after only driving it for a day it started vibrating like our truck did and the engine light came on. I sent them an email to inform them that now their truck they let us use was doing the same thing and that obviously someone in their inspection team was not doing their job and that they were selling faulty cars. And informed them that this was another proof to show we did not damage our truck as accused and demand management to contact me and take responsibility for all repairs and informed them that we knew our consumer rights and that what they were doing to us was unethical. At this time, we had been without our truck now for almost 3 weeks. Bob again was the only one that responded to me and said it was time to take care of the truck and that they would forget about the insurance and they would take care of the bill. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this entire situation and how we were treated as customers. The negligence of their team and how unresponsive management is there if very unprofessional. Its unfortunate that I will have to continue to visit them as I purchased an extended warranty and a package for life time maintenance. To top it off they returned my car or with out sanitizing or clean it. My steering wheel and door handles dirty of oil/grease.
Best dealership in Reno! They took real good care of me, not pushy, lots of warranties and protection plans. If you want a Jeep, this is where you go!

Called Wed morning with a problem on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel. Service advisor I talked to transferred me to another advisor that was the expert on the diesel Jeeps. I left a voicemail for him. Thursday afternoon still with no return call. Called the Service manager and left a message for him. No return call either. Called Carson Jeep and reached someone right away that was very helpful and scheduled me to come in and arranged for a rental car. It may be inconvenient, but I will drive the extra 40 miles to do business with a dealer that cares about its customers

Greg was amazing! I took my car in with a check engine light on. Greg put me in and Jeep Wrangler for a week while they took every extra step to make sure i was getting on the road safe again! Greg was very nice on the phone and explained what was happening each step of the way.
We had our oil change scheduled, and the service advisor said it would take about 45 minutes. It ended up taking only about 30 minutes. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and socially distanced for those that are scared. Great experience overall.

My wife and I purchased our 2018 Jeep Wrangler from Lithia at their old location just around the time they were moving to the new location. We were treated very well in the whole process. We have taken our Wrangler to Lithia for regular maintenance. At our last service we had the pleasure of meeting Bob Pearce the assistant service manager. I asked him if they had any Rubicon take offs in stock that would fit our Wrangler, he checked and said that there was in fact a set available. We purchased the set. It took a while to change from our stock tires and wheels to the take offs ( the sensors had to be placed in the Rubicon take offs) during this time I had the pleasure of watching Bob with various customers, he was always very pleasant and professional with each and every one. I watched him with some rather difficult customers, he always remained professional and courteous to each and every one trying to solve their concerns and problems ( even though the customers were out of control) I was and still am very impressed with the service staff including Bob Pearce. In fact I will be taking my 2015 Ram 2500 to them for service in the future.
John Lahr is all about customer service. Constant contact, went over my options, had a rental car waiting for me....professional and thorough. Nice working with John Lahr.
