We had been to so many places and this was hands down the best experience by far. John listened to our needs and helped us pick out the best mattress for us. We recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm off of Harvard Way. Our sales rep Shelby Yates did a great job of showing us the different mattresses in and around the price range we were looking for as well as being patient as we wanted to go back and forth to lay on each mattress (for the tenth time) to get just the right one. Ultimately we were able to get a higher end mattress at a great deal. Another one of the reps even offered to use his own personal vehicle to bring up the mattress for us. The team at the store was very helpful in purchasing the right mattress to fit within our budget. The only disappointment I have is when the mattress was delivered the men only spoke Spanish. Mattress Firm needs to let their warehouse know to have at least one delivery person able to speak English fluently when delivering their products.

I purchased a Purple Hybrid mattress from them. I wasnt sure of a move in date or place, but they were flexible and were able to put it on hold until I contacted them with such info. Delivery was fast, my time frame was 10am to 12pm and they got here at 945! I love my mattress.Only thing they should change is having a better way to schedule that delivery date/time. They just call u the night before and give you a time, if you want to adjust it you probably have to wait a few days. Itd be nice to choose from a handful of times and dates so you can fit your own schedule

Our salesperson Shelby Yates was outstanding. Not only did she take ample time to fully dail in our comfort level for a mattress, she also gave us our space to try over and over and jump around the (very clean) store. No sales pressure, but tons of information and price comparisons until we found 2 great choices! For us it came down to delivery dates and after we expressed our desperate need for immediate sleep comfort she was able to locate a clearance model on site and save us even more money! Mattress Firm also offers a Military discount and one of the members of the sales team offered to use his own truck to deliver if we couldnt handle it. Excellent customer service, excellent prices and we slept on our new mattress, SAME DAY! I highly recommended Shelby and this team.

We bought 2 mattresses about 4 yrs ago. Over the last several months one of them has started to sage . Weve had quite a big hump in the middle. We did a warranty request and were denied . They said that was normal wear. My husband contacted our salesman. After a couple phone calls and some pictures being sent, they advised we would receive a full credit for the price of the mattress towards a new one. Very happy to say we went shopping today and dealt with a very knowledgeable and lovely girl named Shelby. We chose a mattress and paid about 1/3 of what we would have spent without the credit we were issued. Very proud to be a customer of Mattress Firm Reno. They take care of you.

He helped us work within our budget to find exactly what we needed, didn’t waste our time (we were in and out in 30 minutes) and moved the delivery date a little further out than planned so we didn’t have to spend a Saturday waiting for the mattress to show up. We ended up purchasing a new platform bed from the same shopping center, and John saw us trying to load it up in the truck. He ran out immediately to help - in his dress shoes and all. Easy sales associate, very helpful. The delivery men were great, polite and helped put the bed frame together . Its a very old antique 4 poster bed, the lag bolt needed adjustment . They are aware of the covid restrictions and are careful.I would recommend them to all.

Patrick was accommodating and patient. Neither of us felt pressured! The store was exceptionally clean (given COVID concerns) & easily navigable. Initially we came in to browse and concluded the day by purchasing two mattresses!

After months and months of searching for a new mattress we finally decided on a whim to pop into this store after a Costco run and boy am I glad we did. Sales guy wasn’t pushy, told him how much I wanted to pay, how I wanted to pay and it went just like that. As far as the product itself I haven’t received it yet but the sales portion was easy and a good experience.

Amazing experience, we had been to a few other places, including another Mattress Firm but the experience we had with Bob Capozzi is what allowed us to find our perfect mattress. We were greeted warmly and talked to about the three steps on find our perfect night sleep. We found the mattress that was best for our needs, there was no pressure or haggle. Truly, a great experience.

We arrived 15 minutes shy of closing to look at mattresses. Out intention was to gauge prices and visit several other stores in the area to compare. Upon our arrival we were met with an outstanding salesperson (Rudy) asking what brings us in. Naturally I was nervous as I was aware they’d be closing so I was expecting to feel rushed and receive partial answers to my questions. Unlike my expectations, our salesperson was friendly and attentive. He took his time explaining the different mattress brands, the firmness levels and pros of each. He gave unbiased responses and allowed us to try out the mattresses as many times as we liked.They were running a sale at the time for Memorial Day. Our sales associate explained the perks of buying at the time and offered additional perks that were allowed. Though we hadn’t walked in the intention to buy we walked out owners of a new mattress. I am beyond pleased with the arrangements made regarding delivery, the price of the mattress and all accommodations made. I am beyond pleased with my experience and would highly recommend. My salesperson was Rudy. Thank for providing a wonderful shopping experience for us.

Needed a mattress fast and John was incredibly helpful! Was able to get what we needed within two days. It was great getting to go in the showroom and still try out beds. There was hand sanitizer everywhere and no one else was really shopping when we went. Made us feel very safe and it was a fun experience!
