For the most part, my visit to Bed bath and beyond was great, but there was just one employee that made my visit less than pleasurable. Her customer service skills were severely lacking, and I did not appreciate it. I have no reason to go back. I found my item through Amazon.

This place is getting worst by the day. Prices are over than any other place, employees are nice and thats the only reason Im giving 2 stars. I was looking for a bedding set and I did not see anything good here.

Nice store and they have a lot more items than the one in Sparks. I really like this location better, worth the drive for me.

Always have fun stuff along with household necessities.

It was as it always is. Found what we needed. Looked over the various options for something else. This is always a good place to check out possibilities for the bathroom or kitchen.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently went shopping with my wife at Bed Bath and Beyond here in Reno, I was greeted immediately with I thought was great but as I was greeted and followed and harrassed by the workers there I began to feel very uncomfortable. I felt as if I was being profiled and targeted by the staff. Instead of making a scene i started to actually play hide and go seek with the worker, thats how bad they were hounding me. Then as my wife was ringing out her items the Manager Emma started yelling at me and chastising me for playing hide and go seek in her store . As a manager myself I feel that Emma could have handled this situation far more professionally and possibly coached her employee properly. Instead I chose to remove myself from the situation and the store. My wife and I sadly will not be shopping there again. Too bad since the products are great and the prices cant be beat. Hopefully Emma and her staff will make an effort to do their job efficiently without making the customer feel uncomfortable and or targeted.

Im sure there are some deals here, and there is plenty of selection, but the place is a mess. The first three things I came in for didnt have any pricing. Product is all over the floor. There is plenty of empty fixtures and restock carts strewn about. Aisles are hard to get thru, so if you have a stroller or wheelchair, go elsewhere. The only two associates I found on the floor were busy complaining about working there.

Love the products but visits have been hit or miss. On one of my visits 2 associates decided i must be a thief despite spending $100 a couple days before. They didnt even bother to be subtle and followed one isle behind me the entire time until i complained about being harassed. They kept asking if the basket id just set down was mine or not. Seriously, 3 times. Other employees have been nice tho.

I havent been in a BB&B in a long time. It was very nice that it wasnt crowded. Got some nice new pans and then discovered the personal care area. Very excited to see that addition!

Who doesnt love Bed, Bath & beyond 🤗 for those that dont, we didnt ask you.Customer service was pretty great and straight to the point. Im that indecisive customer that researched online 2-3 weeks prior and show up still lost and without my coupons. So now Im paying full price 2hrs later for something totally different than what I needed. Went in here the other day to look around for a couple things trying to pass time waiting for the next bus and I was being followed by the employees. Super rude. Acting like I was trying to steal... at least thats the vibe I got.. horrible customer service.

The shelf are very empty. According to the sales rep they are having supply issues due to covid. I had to order the mop I wanted since no store in over 50 miles had one. I had to pay for shipping and they wouldnt take any coupons. It is getting old paying more for everything.

Love shopping here, they always have what I need.

Used to love this store, but this year they changed their amazing return policy and that for me was a huge disappointment. I still shop here but not as often as I once did. Customer service is good. Variety of products excellent. Still a great place to shop, just be aware of that new policy.

Well, um, actually had a pretty nice little Saturday, were went to Home Depot. Yeah, bought some wallpaper, got some flooring, stuff like that. Then went to Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I dont know, we had enough time.

I think I am getting my wifes Christmas 🎄 gift here. High end and affordable prices.

We are all suffering stresses due to the COVID pandemic. People are staying home to keep everyone safe. You would think businesses want to encourage people to be shopping again, not acting as if customers are an very unwanted inconvenience.The women at the RENO store were rude, dismissive & just plain terrible. My husband and I have limited access to anything larger than a Rite Aid & Dollar Store where we live. We made it to a town with a BB&B to make a return We had purchased a floor model Oster oven last fall. It was incredibly obvious this stores management did/does not care at all about retaining customers. They refused to return it. Neither one even attempted to be nice. They need to have customer service classes or Im sorry to say be fired. My husband was actually shopping for another oven while I dealt with the return!!!!The oven had literally NEVER worked correctly. Because we live so far away from any city this was the first time we had the opportunity to get to a BB&B. My niece worked for them & was upset they were so unreasonable. I swear we will never go to one again. PERIOD. Im bummed I didnt write down their names so I could report them. Again....shop AMAZON. BB&B has become a terrible company. Why??

The manager that helped me with my return was not the friendliest employee in the store. After I found the item I was looking for when I went to check out, the employees at the checkout were awesome! They all had Smiles on their faces, helping each customer as fast as they could, and were offering exceptional customer service.

I had been looking for an egg poacher. I did purchase an electric one from another store, but it did not operate well. Than I looked online and saw that Bed Bath & Beyond offered a 4 cup, stainless steel egg poacher for under $30 and the poacher was large enough to convert to a saucepan. All this plus a glass lid. Quality and price was great.

A little pricey for my college student budget but you definitely get what you pay for! There are cheaper options for most products in store but the more expensive ones are definitely better quality. They do have great sales pretty often as well and almost always offer/mail coupons.

Not helpful with online coupons. They would not take the AP. Then tried to charge $29 for membership. Went to Tues morning got better quality for even less than if they did honor their coupons.

They dont have the same things they used to have. Im a little let down.

Best place in Reno for your homes needs. They have most things one needs. Nice helpful staff. We buy here all the time.

I love this place. The always have %20 coupons in magazines and the newspaper. They carry the newest things and things youve never hear of or seen. By far, this is my favorite place to shop!

Typical for this type of retailer. Staff are hit and miss regarding attitude, approachability, professionalism. Be sure you have a valid coupon (if you use c these), their computer can tell whether each specific coupon has already been used (paper as well as online). Sufficient parking.

My wife and I always like coming here. The employees are always nice and the service is good!

They have a huge selection of kitchen items, choppers, containers, blenders, coffee makers, knife sets, silverware sets, cutting boards, and more. The bedding is pretty good, the down comforters and expensive (but they would be anywhere) however they have samples out so you can feel them and see what you like. You can also get mailed 20 percent off coupons every few months, they are super nice and take them even they are a little expired.

Found what we were looking for and the staff was very helpful and eager to please.

I love this place for there powerful selection of housewares, though it seems pricey at times.

I found charcoal filters for my coffee maker. The only thing I was annoyed with, the clerk begged me to buy a pair of socks for some organization. It seems you cant shop anywhere without being pressured to buy extra for an organization.

Shopping here is a pleasure. Large selection of anything for the home. The 20% off coupon makes it that much nicer.

Not bad. They have some nice looking stuff, but its kinda overpriced. ...Example: simplehuman trashcan- $99 @ Lowes. Same can $129 @ bed bath beyond.However, if youre shopping sales/discounts you can get some great deals.
