Truly the experts in the market. I was so happy with their service from beginning to end. They are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend USA Bath!
We had a walk-in tub installed and it works great, my 83 yr old father just loves it. A few months later the hand wand hose failed, after contacting Shelly in their office about the problem, all was fixed in a timely manner and we are happy once again. Highly recommend this company.
My design consultation took place in December, 2019. The actual remodel began on March 16, 2020. The project was semi-completed as on May 28, 2020. I had to call USA Bath back to re-caulk the shower panels on June 19, 2020. As of June 19, 2020 the project was completed as well as it could be. I will explain my comments. If I were to rate the owner, Alan; the manager, Dan; and the lead foreman,Lemoine, I would give them all 5 stars; however, because of the inordinate delays, the questionable quality of the materials, and the poor workmanship of the construction technicians, I can only give 1 star to this company.DELAYS: Delays began as soon as the techs arrived on 3-16-20 to begin the project. The shower pan, which was supposed to be in stock, was not in stock and had to be ordered. This delayed the installment of the Kohler LUXStone shower panels by weeks.I asked for a recessed medicine cabinet. A medicine cabinet that was not recessed was the one brought to my house. The correct recessed medicine had to be reordered, resulting in another delay of weeks. The vanity drawer and cabinet pulls, which I picked out with the design consultant in December and also which I physically pointed out to the consultant at the USA BATH design studio, were not the handles that came on the vanity. Because the pulls were installed and were predrilled with ONE hole, the vanity drawers had to be sent back to the factory and new drawer facades were ordered with TWO holes for the handles I had picked out. Resulted in another delay of weeks. When the new TWO hole predrilled drawer facades were delivered, the colors of all 8 drawers did not match the color of the rest of the vanity cabinet. Those drawer facades had to be sent back to the factory and new facades constructed that matched the color of the vanity. Resulted in another delay of weeks. One of the techs dropped one of the Kohler LUXSTONE panels on the shower pan, which resulted in a dent that had to be repaired. The epoxy repair material had to be ordered, resulting in another delay of weeks.A reasonable person would consider these as inordinate and irresponsible delays.QUESTIONABLE QUALITY OF MATERIALS:The 3/8 custom glass barn door type shower doors leaked substantially onto the floor. This was eventually addressed with a vinyl strip (a stop gap method) placed under the shower door. One of the shower doors opened at random to a gap of 6-7 inches. This happened when I was in the shower or when I was cleaning the other shower door. This was mostly resolved. The shower door still opens about an inch when I am cleaning the other shower door. I just live with it.The shower panels (Kohler LUXSTONE) is touted as (QUOTE) Durability and beauty of stone, without the maintenance and cleaning. My experience with this product is the opposite. After every use, I squeegee and wipe the panels with a wash cloth. Nevertheless, 2 of the panels have noticeable streaks that are not removable with any of the approved cleaning agents. Additionally, those panels have a different texture and finish than the 2 other end panels. The CARDINAL surface protection on the glass doors (which cost me an additional $300) is touted as easy clean and spotless and repelling water and oils. This is simply not true. After every use, I squeegee the glass doors and also use a dry towel to remove spots left by the squeegee. If ANY of the spots dry before I can towel them off, they have to be re-wet and, then, removed. It takes from 15-20 minutes to clean the glass shower doors after EACH and EVERY use.The vanity top is supposed to be some type of Corian mixture. There are scratches on the vanity top that appeared after the first week of use. There does not seem to be any approved cleaning agent to address this issue except for a labor intensive sanding of the vanity top. There are several irregular stains on the vanity top that are due to drops of isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol). Nothing removed these stains.I am at my character limit so will post a 2nd review.
This company refused to provide a quote on a new bathtub unless both my husband and I agreed to sit through a 60 minute sales pitch. I said one of us would do it, but nope, they wouldn’t do business with us unless both of us committed a full hour.
RIP OFF!I had a few quotes for showers.I advised them over the phone I was not interested in a plastic shower (they specialize in this per them) and wanted real ceramic tile. With the exception of plumbing work they were $19,000.00 YES nineteen thousand higher than than the others.According to conversation this is not what they are the best at but will do it.If you want a plastic shower then this may be ok for your needs and the price may be in line for that.My suggestion is to not consider this establishment and move on.To their credit the salesman was pleasant to deal with.
Very helpful people
