Disappointed. Scott was very friendly and helpful and did a great job helping us find nice cabinets that also fit in our budget (during a pandemic.) The cabinets arrived within the general timeline of when we were quoted, maybe a week late. Cabinets were nice, but arrived with several small defects that definitely happened during manufacturing and were shipped that way. They were packed securely and the damage did not occur during shipping. They were mailed from the company with scratches, chips, and dings. We immediately informed Scott and he started the process for replacement pieces (a false front and two cabinet doors). It has taken several months to receive our replacements. Apparently the first set of replacements arrived with damage and had to be reordered. Through all of this the communication was ok, if we initiated it. But if we hadnt kept emailing and calling, I dont think this issue would ever have been resolved. We finally received our replacement parts in good condition a couple of days ago, but did not receive replacement bumper pieces even though I asked at time of pick up if all the hardware and everything we needed was included. The hinges and everything can just be moved to the new cabinet, but those little sticky things dont re-stick. We dont live in Reno so it would have meant another trip or waiting a week for them to arrive in the mail. The holes on the new cabinet doors didnt end up lining up with the old ones so we ended up with lots of new screw holes on our brand new cabinetry. Not my favorite. And the very final crazy thing was that one of the replacement cabinet doors had a different style from the original. We didnt even bother mentioning it. The cabinets look lovely if you dont look too close. One of the doors is a bit warped so it doesnt close the same as the one above it.Overall, R & S did try to make things right on their end, so I have updated my initial review. It may take a very long time to complete your project if you have to get any replacement parts. We ordered our cabinets in late January and got our replacement cabinet doors in June. For us, this proved very stressful and upsetting.

Phenomenal company and products! They have a large product line and are extremely helpful in finding the right cabinet and counter to match your budget. Very thorough in-home estimate, which they will then use to generate a 3D rendering of your space with the products you’re choosing. That really helps gain confidence as a homeowner before laying down the money for a kitchen remodel. Very good customer service, even as we were stuck with our remodel/cabinet order in the middle of the COVID pandemic.

Low key place with friendly staff. None of that high brow attitude if you dont go top of the line.

We ordered countertops, laminate on November 8, 2012 and were told they would be received in two weeks which was fine as we had tenants moving in on December 15th. We received a portion of our countertops with two different explanations. Bruce from R&S stated that they were cut wrong and Scott stated they were received broken. They charged us extra for “fast delivery” which is a far cry from what happened. The tops they delivered did not have a side splash on one and the other was missing the end cap. Still two counter tops missing, half of the bar, and another small one. We were told they would be ready on the 12th of December. No phone call, no nothing. On the 17th of December my husband called, no return call. On the 18th, my husband called and was told they would be in tomorrow the 19th. No call again on the 19th. I called on the 20th and was told we just got them. Went down, picked up the tops (we were charged for delivery which only part of the me were delivered). Put them on Friday the 21st and the counter top was 2 inches short for the bar. Called them and told them I was unhappy and wanted a partial refund. Scott stated he would refund the money if I returned all the counter tops. Don’t want a full refund, just a partial but will now be forced to take other actions. I cannot have a tenant without countertops. Just give me a partial refund for your lousy service and terrible products. Cant wait for five weeks for you to redo a counter top and that is how long it would take if not longer.
