Best customer service ever! They really treat you like family.

Richie is the absolute best! My family has been going to him for years, and he takes care of us every single time. He is incredibly straightforward and will give you his honest professional advice with no gimmicks. I took my car into the shop incredibly worried about the possibility of needing to get a new car, but left the shop ease free. Richie gave my car at least a couple more years of life without breaking the bank. He went above and beyond, and his shop will be the first that comes to mind next time anyone needs a recommendation!

Richie is the best!! When I was the District Service Manager for a Fortune 400 Corporation I took our Fleet to the company he worked for just based on his skills alone. When he opened up Biggest Little City I moved our Fleet to his shop. Besides his skill as a mechanic what keeps me coming back to him is his honesty, trustworthiness and the fact that he is straight up with you. Not only do I bring my own personal cars here but since I started my own company, Rons All Maintenance Service, I bring my work vehicles to him as well. Thanks Richie, keep up the good work!

I cannot rave enough about this shop! FINALLY, I found a mechanic that doesn’t want to screw me and fix things that don’t need repaired. I will never go anywhere else. From a simple oil change to, God forbid, a major engine repair, I will forever be taking my vehicles to Biggest Little City Auto Repair! The Jeep is, once again, driving like a beast! Thanks, guys!!! So happy to be back on the road so freaking fast! Oh and money? They are worth every penny! Their fees are comparable to your standard garage. So, don’t be silly and go to those box stores. They don’t care about you or your vehicle. Go to someone who is going to fix your vehicle and take great care of you!

This is my personal and most recommended service shop in town. My K1500 is always well treated and respected by the mechanics here. Scott has worked on my truck twice and Richard is always straightforward with me. Every part they fix they explained why and showed me the older part they replaced. Could be expensive but if you love your vehicle, you can trust them.

I was sent to Biggest Little City originally by a tow truck driver, I had a great first experience and I’ve been back multiple times since. Each time Richard was able to get me in quickly and provided excellent service and communication. The rates are reasonable and he was always honest, explaining in detail what was needed and why, and worked with me when I’ve discussed budget limitations. Most importantly, he made sure my vehicle was repaired correctly each time. He actually cares about taking care of the customer and the quality of his work. The most recent service he went above and beyond, calling to check on me when I hadn’t brought my vehicle in as we discussed to prevent further damage. He worked with me and my budget to make sure the problem was completely resolved. You don’t see that level of service often anymore. I am a happy and loyal customer!

I own three vehicles all of which are serviced maintained and repaired by biggest little city Ive never had a bad experience Ive had just the opposite Richie and Justin have helped me numerous times even once on the side of the road.. The last job I brought to them on my work truck after receiving a previous quote somewhere else Justin and Rich were able to save me $700 which is huge for me being self-employed... they are quick to call me back anytime I have a question or concern and these two have her in my business for life

Richard and Justin have always gone above and beyond to help me with my trucks quirky mechanical issues. You wont find a place with more affordable prices and better service! These guys are the best!

Finally an honest, skilled mechanic that communicates well and services are reasonably priced. I had a 60000 mile service and oil change and it was half what the dealership wanted me to pay.

I have been coming here for the last 2 years maybe a little longer, but Rich gets right to point. He doesn’t try and convince you of anything. He truly cares about getting you out and correctly fixing your vehicle.
