Carl is an honest, and honorable man! One of the last honest automotive centers out there. Carl and his mechanic are very thorough and fast. I stopped in today without an appointment. Carl, whom I have known for more than 10 years, helped me right away. Carl is known in the area to be a very honest, decent businessman. BTW - I am female. I trust Carl to be fair. He watches out for me and will not recommend services that my vehicle doesnt need. Carl is polite, friendly and patient. Ladies, believe me. Went to two different VW dealers and my Routan could not be fixed they just ignored me I said that there repair didnt solve the issue and then the second dealer found nothing wrong ??? Neighborhood mechanic tried to fix it.B&D took a look at the van and was able to repair correctly same day. I wish would have known about this place a few years ago I had given up on fixing it and just dealt with it because I thought it was going to be extremely difficult and costly to repiar.
