SCAMMER!!!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!Any good reviews are from when the shop was owned by Klaus. Vadim took over during the pandemic and never changed the name.This man quoted me 1500, I came to pick up my car and he tells me it’s almost 3k! Double that. I had no idea only came with the money the quote stated.I told him I was unhappy and that he needs to stick to his own contract which reads that if there is a difference in quote he would have to get WRITTEN approval. He never did !!!I paid the full sum and left because I needed to get my car back. Days later my father went down there and was able to get back 750 from him which is still only a portion of what he owes me.A week later my check engine light is going off for the same thing he supposedly just fixed !I have to take it to another place and pay another 2k!I had a feeling he never even changed the part so I called Mercedes to run a serial number of the part he supposedly changed and it came up as it was from the same year my car was made meaning it was old never changed.I confronted him about this issue and he completely denied it and refuses to credit me my money back. I told him that’s fine I’ll call the BAR and the BBB and let the public know about your scams.

I brought in a car with a/c issues, Vadim took amazing care of the car and worked efficiently to get it back to me soon. He also let me know that I had been previously scammed out of an oil change and went ahead and changed it for me even though it was not part of the issue I told him about. Amazing business would definitely recommend!

Vadim has been taking great care of my primary car. He is keeping it in a top shape. I trust him and recently took my non-Mercedes car to his shop, since I suspected there was a problem and the dealer service could not identify the issue. Vadim did a very thorough inspection and then did research on the car brand and particular model and year and pointed out multiple issues owners had with the engine during that year. His recommendation was that the lifetime of the car was limited and while he could repair it, I would be better off getting another car, considering costs of upcoming repairs vs the cost of getting another car. I followed his recommendation and if anyone has car issues that require a top expert, especially on European brands, I always recommend Vadim.

Amazing service! Vadim is super knowledgeable and friendly. Very well versed in off-road vehicles. Upgraded the whole suspension on my 4Runner. Also gave me great suggestions on how the vehicle will behave under different conditions. Will return for any other mods or service.

I had a problem with my muffler hanging off my car (a BMW) because of a fallen hanger and I passed by his shop this morning and just got the impression that they knew their cars (and all German cars). Went in and even though he initially joked that he doesnt touch BMWs, he took time out to look at the issue and rig me up a temporary fix so that I can drive around without worrying until I got time to take it to a muffler shop.If I had a Mercedes, Id surely be taking my car to Vadim for any sort of service or opinion. I highly recommend his shop to anyone with a Mercedes.

I been coming to this place probably 4 times already, and my experience have been positive. I ask question and they answer all my questions also very friendly. And thats why I keep coming back.

You experience depends on your expectations. Klaus is a old-school expert on Mercedes. I have a 60s Mercedes that other repair shops could not get running smoothly. He diagnosed this as ignition problems and was able to get it to run like never before. He is the go-to for other repair places when they are at their wits end.Having said that, assume it will take time to get your repair done. He works on his own. I keep coming back, since I know that everything is done properly - in time.

Back in June of 2020 we brought in a 2006 SL 550 Roadster for a major service. Klaus basically rebuilt the front end of the car and fixed a number of other neglect related issues. It’s a pleasure to be able to do business with Klaus because he’s a highly skilled professional and honest. I’ll be buying more used Mercedes-Benz in the future knowing Klaus is around to work on them.

I have been going here for several years. Klaus is a Mercedes master mechanic and Vadim is helpful and friendly. Good people and good work.
