There is a major safety problem with the current super duty front suspension and ford is ignoring it.I have had ford trucks for my construction business for almost 40 years.I am very disappointed in ford regarding this issue.As it turns out....Everyone knows there is a problem. And ford is not addressing it with a long term fix.

Been a customer for a while and really have no complaints. I always try to work with Scot, he is friendly and very professional. Last time I was there, it was really busy, but several employees (regardless of their position or department) would approach me to ensure that I was being helped and directed me to the appropriate person. Working for a motorcycle dealership myself, I can really appreciate that. Good work, crew at Towne!

The service is great. The prices are very reasonable. Fixed right the first time. I will continue to take my car there to repair.

I dont like it because when they dont have space for their cars. They call the PD to shoot you a warning. And thats not fair. thats why I dont like that workshop. they also do the same when their employees cant find parking

I left my 2003 FORD FOCUS here to be smogged so I could get it registered. They had the car for weeks, supposedly looking for the reason the car wouldnt pass smog. I got tired of hearing the same old song and them racking up money on each new test and said forget it. Plus they didnt repair other items I specified. I drove the car to Las Vegas stopped to have the car tested again and in 15 min. the car was tested, repaired, smogged and a certificate issued. Another 15 min. and the other issues that needed repair were done and I was out of the door at a third of time and cost of searching and testing by a FORD service center. I am so disappointed in the FORD center because Ive used them before and now I feel used. They took me for over $700.00 because they knew I was leaving town and they did absolutely nothing to my car. I cant recommend this company and feel good about the recommendation. Sorry

Unfortunately, its standard fare service. Unless youre under warranty, itd be better to find a mechanic you can trust. Making an appointment doesnt guarantee that your car will be checked at that time, just that you can provide details of the problem to someone at that time. They also dont respect your time when trying to pick up your vehicle. Ive waited over 45 minutes just to pick up my vehicle.

I brought my car for oil change, they kept it for a day and did not do anything to the car. I had marked in my car, and nothing was done. They charged me for keeping my car for a day. Never again. Buy another car from another dealership not Ford.
