I brought my car to this location after having researched several other shops in the Peninsula. What I needed done was a rear bumper replacement and side panel repair. What attracted me to this shop was not only their cost and estimated completion time but also their transparency. The owner showed me his invoice from the purchase of materials needed for the job which gave me confidence in knowing that a) genuine parts were being used and b) I was being charged a fair amount. I fully agree with their average rating and can confidently give them my own stamp of approval.

Benz Collision repaired the side panel on our Sprinter van after it had been damaged in an accident. The shop repaired the damage and the side panel looks now like new. They explained the entire repair process. I was impressed by the expertise and quality of their work.

I cant even say enough about how amazing and above and beyond this team goes to get the job done. I got into an accident and destroyed the right side of my front bumper, lights were destroyed, and the windshield was cracked. From the moment I called Benz Collision Center all the way up until I got my car - Moe and his team did an exceptional job. Moe was transparent about pricing, the service, and the process. He was a quick and great communicator throughout the whole process. Anytime I had a question, he was always available to make sure I got the answer to feel at ease about the car and the process. On top of that, they took care of all communications with my insurance company so that I literally did not have to lift a finger to get my car done. So amazing!!Getting your car damaged is always stressful but I was worry free throughout the whole process. Even when I was stuck without transportation to pick up my car, they made sure I was taken care of and found me a ride to the shop. Sadly I swiped the side of my SUV and it was in desperate need of repair. I received quotes from 3 reputable body shops in Redwood City. Benz Collision was the lowest by far, with the other two coming in double and 3 times the cost! I was hesitant to get it fixed at Benz Collision given the absurdly low quote, and because my car is a pearl white color that others claim is difficult to match. But Mo made me feel comfortable that I would be taken care of and he guarantees his work. So I took the risk and am so glad I did! The pearl paint on the door panel matched the original paint exactly. I did have a minor issue with the alignment of the door panel when I picked up my car the first time, but Mo did not hesitate to bring it back in and correct the problem. He means it when he says his work is guaranteed! He was even kind enough to provide me with his old Lexus to drive around while my car was in the shop. Just a nice family-owned business that gets the job done. I have referred friends and they have been just as satisfied. Hopefully I will not need any additional body work, but if I do, I know exactly where to go! Thanks Mo!

Got a few scratches on my new/first car! I was so mad and sad. Even though they are not that noticeable but still I just couldnt let it go mentally. So I found this shop on Google Maps with such a high rating. And now I can say that the score absolutely makes sense. My insurance company spent one week to get an estimate for me. During that time, not only me but the shop owner (Mo) has been calling them again and again. I felt like Mo really cares and wants to help his customers. And they fixed my car in only 1 day since I need my car to move out of my apt on the 2nd day. Anyway, this is definitely a highly recommend repair shop, great people, great service and great price.

Tl;dr Really positive experience all around.I needed to get the rear quarter panel on my SUV resprayed (was badly scratched), called a couple of shops, Benz Collision was the most responsive.Went by for an estimate, was so impressed by their sample work and professionalism that I left the vehicle with them on the spot.It was ready fast, work done to high standard (color matched perfectly), price was reasonable.

I took my Audi A6 to Mo in March 2018, it had gotten banged up in a recent accident. Mo listened well, showed concern for my problem and gave me that important assurance to not worry. 7 days later my car looked good as new, terrific job and I couldnt be happier with the professionalism and quality of service.

After getting hit in a parking lot on Christmas Eve, by a hit and run driver, is was kinda bummed out. I reported it to insurance and got a settlement with recommendations to get the parts, but had to find a shop to do the work. The shop I used to go to had gone out of business so I started getting estimates and wasn’t all that impressed. Then I walked into Mohammed’s shop. Friendly, eager to do the work and willing to negotiate based on my settlement.and after looking at the parts recommended by the insurance company he realized they were cheaper, but inferior. So he went to bat for me to get better parts, and when they would not pay the full price he ate the difference. He’s a man of integrity who does great work.

On the contrary, some other auto body shop in around San Mateo only focus on the money, tried to charge me unrealistic value for only replace the mirror glass. I was recently involved in an accident in my 2014 BMW 328i which turned out to be quite exorbitant. I went to about three different body shops before I took my car in to Benz Collision. When I did, I was very kindly greeted by Mohamod, the owner of the establishment, who quickly accessed the damage and gave me an estimate (WHICH WAS SO MUCH MUCH MORE REASONABLE than the previous ones from other body shops) within the span of 10 minutes or less. Also, before all this, I told him about my current financial situation as a struggling college student and he assured to me that my car and I will be well taken care of. He confidently answered all of my questions and informed me on what my next steps should be. They were very honest and kept in touch with me about woth my car. My car turned out great! It was a pretty hefty job but they delivered very quickly! I could not be happier with the results. Benz Collision did an absolutely superb job!! The service and work here is beyond excellent.
