I had a great experience with Towne Auto Body on a paint repair. They matched the paint to factory spec and the finished product came out looking like new. The repair was completed in good time and Frank and Brandon kept me updated as we went. I highly recommend this shop.

My bosses vehicle was taken to this auto body for repairs. Without knowing it sat on their lot for 4 weeks not being repaired. I didnt realize this because no one bothered to call us. Apparently, they did have enough workers to work on the car. We ended up having to take the car to another body shop to work on the car. So unprofessional that no one bothered to call me or my boss. My boss had to rent a car during this time which the insurance would only pay for 4 weeks. Now she was not able to rent a car while the vehicle was being repaired by another body shop. It took 2 week to go through the insurance and finally have the car move to another shop. Towne Auto first said they would send us a check for the car rental, then they said they would send us 1/2 of the amount. We still havent received a check from them.

Frank is a top notch auto body guy. He was very diligent in keeping us up to date on the progress of our cars repairs. My car came back to us sparkling like the day we bought it. My family really loves our car and Frank took extra special care of her and we cant be more pleased with the results.

Towne Auto Body is a great shop. I selected this shop because it was a Honda/Acura certified shop. I also wanted them to work with Hopkins Acura on securing new parts that I would need. Frank is a terrific manager and he walked me through the repair process. He was clear about the process of assessing the damage and the steps for repair. He was always available to answer my questions and made sure I understood what my options were. Joe, one of the mechanics I met at the shop was also great. He explained to me what he saw in the damage and how we might go about fixing it. Overall, the shop was professional and great to work with. Frank is an honest guy who cares about the needs of his customers. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs body repair work on their car.

Frank, Abraham and the team over at Towne Auto Body are the absolute best.In short, they do excellent work, provide top-notch customer service and offer honest, fair pricing (usually less or equal to other shops Ive looked at).Ive brought a number of cars to them over the years with different levels of damage and every time, theyve always made time for me (Ive never had to set an appointment), the job is finished either early or on-time and the price is right.Highly recommend!

Frank the shop manager was super helpful. I had a big scrape on the side of my SUV bumper. He dropped what he was doing, took the truck back to the shop and cleaned it up like new. Would definitely go back here for future auto body work.

The most excellent customer service! Frank is the nicest Body Shop manager you will meet and very honest. All the workers are very friendly. I came in to get my passenger side view mirror replaced and Abraham did an excellent job. When I was leaving he noticed one of my backup lights was out and he had me pull back in so he could replace it for me. Hands down 5 stars and I recommend them to anyone since they work on all cars not just Fords.

This is a body shop that is definitely Ford owner-friendly. I had scraped the drivers side mirror of my Fiesta ST against a garage wall and damaged it. Frank, the manager at Towne Autobody, took a look at it and made the recommendation that I just replace the mirror assembly and use the existing mirror shell, which only sustained a few minor scratches. Rather than steering me in the direction of a total side mirror restoration (which would have meant ordering a new mirror shell and having it painted in the shop), Frank made a recommendation which was practical and cost-efficient. I would highly recommend Towne Autobody to any Ford owner who needs a practical and reasonable solution to body damage.

I was at Safelite just down the street from Towne Auto Body when they discovered there was more damage than just the glass in the smash-n-grab theft my vehicle had suffered. Ive had such a good experience with Towne Ford being honest with service I checked the reviews and decided to try Towne Auto Body. I was not disappointed. Frank, Jose and the entire team at Towne Auto Body bent over backwards to get my car fixed just right and kept me up to date via email with pictures the entire way. Their work is exemplary.

Excellent customer service. Ricardo handled my car very professionally. I got my car back at a reasonable time and the quality of the service performed was great.

I took my car in because because my back up camera I have wasn’t working. As soon as I left the dealership I noticed my car started up with a new problem. my gas is running out like crazy and he didn’t have that problem before so now I’m thinking either they messed something up intentionally or someone change one of my parts for a broken down part.
