One of the staff members acted extremely rude and mean towards my mother when she just went to see what was wrong with my phone. We also registered for a replacement phone that they never even sent us. There are other more reliable MetroPCS dealers around the area to go to. This place is a joke.

I usually get good service here. One time it was very rude. But all and all it is pretty good. The best store I have found was a corporate store in OC. I do feel like when I ask technical questions that they kind of get irritated at the customer for asking for help. But usually they are honest and straightforward. MetroPCS service is outstanding. Ive had att, sprint, verizon, t-mobile, and they all were horrible with constant coverage problems. Not with MetroPCS. The service is outstanding in So CA.
