Havent been to any GS store in a LONG time. Leveling up in life has taken time away from my ability to game it up.Anyway, I came here knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase and I was lucky (considering the chip shortages and logistics issues) that my coming in here at a whim that this particular location had what I was looking for, a Switch. I purchased the Switch and two games without any hassle and was given lots of advice from both staff members about how to care for my newly purchased Switch.While I dont game anywhere near as much as I do, my spawnlings have had much excitement about their new Switch and havent been able to put it down. Good times 😃.TY GameStop for being there!Now, if only I can get in on some more GME to make up for this purchase so I can buy more stuff from you guys, lol.

Loved the nice lady that helped my son and I trade in his switch lite for regular switch she had her job down and was very friendly not pushy at all but new how to sell ya on her sales pitches she was incredible I dont remember her name though i do know she wore glasses

I went there looking for a Wii-mote and they no longer sell them online. I was told if stores do carry them, Id have to look on their app to see if there are any available. The store clerk was very nice.

Most of the staff is welcoming, deserves a bigger store now that its the only one in Redlands.

Not a gamer. Went a few times with a friend, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

This is a really cool place but they were out of supplies they did although look up different stores to see if they had merchandise in stock but they found nothing they looked up on line also and had sold out so no XBox S One. We left and found one at a near by store🙄

I always end up in gamestop as a last resort when Im looking for something thats sold out elsewhere or specific enough not to be carried elsewhere. No I do not want a membership to your failing business so please for the love of god stop with the hard sell

We went there with a party of three. A short Caucasian women told us that they were in max capacity and told us rudely to wait outside. We complied and waited. Within minutes a group of 5 people went inside and she did not kick them out even though she kicked us out. We ended up leaving as to not cause a scene. Never shopping at GameStop again.

They treated me right, helped me out and got me out pretty quick. Gave 5stars

Like shopping the local gamestop I tend to find the collectibles Im looking for at a retail price. Friendly staff.

Always helpful

The cashier had a really lousy attitude...she goofed on my purchase by sending me off with a completely different game than the game for the box I handed her...I had to come back and return it and she somehow made it seem like this was my mistake that she was annoyed for having to fix. The game I was supposed to have sold to me was actually out of stock at this location - you think the cashier would offer to check a nearby store to help me fix her mistake, but no, I had to make her all the more miserable by asking her that favor too so I wouldnt waste anymore gas.

AMAZING SERVICE 👏LOVE HOW SOCIAL DISTANCING WAS ENFORCED. THEY HAD EXACTLY WHAT MY HUSBAND AND I WERE LOOKING FOR.

My son went in there and there was a max capacity of 7 people. I stayed outside. My son came out and he had spent all 200.00 of his birthday money. When I went in to go help him return something he didnt need, they told me I had to stay out and he could remain in the store. I didnt care for the experience much. Im disappointed

All the coolest merchandise.

Poor customer service. This store always seem to leave 1 person at the register while the others hide in the back.When we walked in, there were 2 people at the register with about 6 people in line, and we were at the end. When we were on deck next to pay, Lisa (Assistant Store Lead) decided it was a good time to leave the register with us still waiting in line, leaving Aaron alone while he was in the middle of a trade-in.We ended up waiting 10 minutes in line, until Lisa finally came out from hiding to offer to help us.... while we were now being helped by Aaron.Thank you Aaron for your great customer service; 5 stars for Aaron!

The Location of the GameStop is in a great neighborhood, although they were quite busy the service was still pretty fast considering its a couple days before Christmas... There was multiple people on the floor helping the line move faster such as getting customers product at the desk and ready to go. In all a good experience!

Lori was extremely happy and eager to help. Sold us a xbox one s and told us our son could play xbox 360 games on it. He likes the older games. She was very quick and explained everything with patience. So happy and it made my son super happy! :)

The clerks that work there are polite and knowledgeable. I only went in to browse, and they were still courteous. If they had a certain video game I was looking for I definitely would have purchased from them.

I adore this Gamestop. Ive been coming even before I was caught up on the current systems just to buy gifts for friends and the service has ALWAYS been exceptional. The newest crew is a perfect example of the excellence this company should expect from their employees.John is able to handle any difficulties you might have and always has something funny or positive to say after a long day or when youre having difficulties with a product.Lisa seems to come from a gaming wizard realm and knows the technical details of anything you could possibly inquire about and isnt afraid to tell you the hard truth about any games pros and cons and help you find something more personally suitable to enjoy.Nina is my personal favorite (sorry John and Lisa) as she can always be found to be trying to give a great trade value and is the best to talk to if you ever have to call in over the phone. She doesnt know everything and isnt afraid to say so but will always find you the information you need with speed and diligence. I love how if you are new to some game or product she isnt hesitant to help you explore it until youve found what you need. Her positive attitude will forever be legend...In summary. GO TO THIS GAMESTOP!!!!!!!!!!!! 😄😝😎😋

Shalom was amazing. Worked endlessly to help my son to get his bundled gift card through GameStop customer service. We were there hours having to deal with this and shalom never gave up helping us! GameStop customer service (Louisa Castillo) was horrible!!!! Said she was going to do things to help never did, left us waiting in the store for her call she never did. Blamed everyone else for her non help. Louisa Castillo was horrible in every aspect!!!!! Shalom was amazing and deserves a raise with promotion having to deal with their customer service.

I found a Funko Pop I really wanted and got in line to pay. 15 minutes later I had enough, the guy in front of me was equally annoyed. Why isnt there a self checkout or a line to pay now. Always have to wait for the extra long for the upsell to every customer. This was a terrible experience once again.

At this time of the season close to Christmas, so it was a lot of people in there, but the place was clean, everything was neat and the service went fast.

This location doesnt have a good stock of magic cards. They do have cool figures and loads of funko pops

Always a good visit, video games and video games memorabilia, and summer extra. If they dont have it they will do what they can to help you find it and even help you discover something new and super rad

I give it a three because in store handling for me is a lot easier. I per-ordered a game online and its just a mess right now. They wont pick up the phone and the online site says Order is closed. Order has either been submitted and is in store or is cancelled. They also have my old phone number, which I changed and it still says we will contact you via this number and its still my old number. I also never received an email confirming that it has been deleivered in store. The release date of the game was Midnight 10/14/2014. Today is 10/14/2014 and I still have yet to get any service.

Rude staff and no inventory

Took my son in there today staff apologized for long wait. Had the game he wanted, liked this one alot better than the highland game stop.

I had been hunting for a NECA Pennywise figure for a few weeks and finally stumbled upon a GameStop that had one. Merriya was super helpful and almost got me to preorder the 1990 Pennywise, too... almost because I didnt have enough cash on me. Next time Im in the area, I will for sure. Merriya was great and I am glad to have gone to her store.

Horrible customer service, they dont even acknowledge your presence. Was waiting in line for twenty minutes with no one ahead of us, decided to leave wasnt sure how much longer we were going to wait.

Short staffed, customer services is ok. The prices are outrages, overly priced.

Pre Ordered an item .. but never received it .. was even told that my item never came in and wouldnt received it was then asked Would you like to Pre order anything I said sorry but since my last item I Pre-order never came in and Im not getting it dont feel the need to pre order anything else... I went in their to get devil may cry. Forgot which one it is but at that time, on the gamestop web site that game was like $7. I asked the guy behind the counter about prices of other games and when i asked about devil may crys price, the gamestop employee behind the counter said it is $59.99. WTF. Online it is $7 but he said it is $59.99. Is it because he was annoyed of me for asking prices of games? He didnt even checked his computer for the price. what kind of service is this? I decided not to buy the game but later when i came back, a different guy was helping me and the price is $7. If this gamestop is the closest to me, I would never go there again
