What can I say, I came in knowing I needed transmission fluid in my car. Quoted me over the phone for 175$. Ended up paying just under 200$ because my car needed more trans fluid than they thought. I called and got estimates over the phone for a 2018 Ram 2500 turbo diesel. I called my dealer first and got prices. The prices I got from transmissions plus was 270.00 transmission service and 70.00 oil change. That was a good price so I took it in. The dealer was 389.00 transmission service and 140.00 for the oil change. Transmissions plus ended up charging me 300.00 for the oil change and 370.00 for the transmission service. They got me with the old bait and switch. Good prices over the phone and jacked up prices once they get my truck. I was happy I found someone nice to talk to on the phone, got me to put my guard down. How is your oil change double what the dealership would be. They ended up giving me some money back and said it was an accident the way I was charged. I give them credit for attempting to make things right.

Bob is a good honest mechanic and a nice guy. My car broke down on my way to visit relatives. I was in a bad way and needing to get back to Fresno the following day. I was willing to risk driving my car back over the grapevine which would not have gone well. Bob offered to get my car fixed in 32 hours and give me a ride to my relatives house. He replaced the whole transmission and had my car ready to go the following day. I made it home that night with no trouble. Bob called the next day to make sure I made it home Safe. Awesome! Had a transmission leak passing through area New Years weekend WA to AZ pulling a travel trailer.Bob came out to me said he thought it was the seal on my F250 Powerstroke.He made sure I got in first thing in the AM, even gave me a wake up call ! Gave me rides to and from his shop. Had it fixed that day and his estimate was on the money!

My experience with this business was top notch. My car was barely drivable, not shifting leaking trany fluid everywhere, I need a person to trust, after asking around getting word of mouth in Redlands, I called Bob at transmissions plus. They put my corvette on the rack after a bit Bob came back into the office with the news. I was thinking o man this could reach $4000.00 I had asked around. Bob said it was the rear bushing and they could repair it at a very fair price, I agreed and they repaired it no problems and I was on my way. I would recommend this business anytime, as they could have told me anything I`d believed it but tried and true they are.
