I brought my car in for a tune up, my check engine light had been on my car was running so rough. They changed out the spark plus and some other stuff, fixed the problem! I would recommend them professional and good prices too!

They overcharge for replacement parts, honestly there are better/ more honest places to go, this place needs hands on management and third party oversight to ensure the customers are not being financially abused. Beware!!

When i originally called i gave the make and model of the vehicle i needed the brakes replaced one. I was given a price in the 200s for one set and 400 if i need both sets. When they evaluate my truck my rotors needed to be replaced so the new total was in the 800s. I agree over the phone phone to the price and they conplete the work in a few hours. I go to pick up my truck and all of a sudden im paying a 10000 for the service..... When i questioned the guy behind the counter he said, i mean i didnt work with you but there is no way for us to figure tax into the price. Seriously?? And he attempted to tell me no business gives you the final pricing up front. Pretty sure Tint City did, the Smog Check place right next to them did when i went there. How do you not know your local areas taxes and how much you are ultimately going to charge someone. That is an extremely undercutted way to do business and i will not be returning nor will i recommend their service to anyone, regardless on whether they do a good job. If you are lieing to me to get my business im not interested.

Great experience getting my car fixed. I needed an alignment and an oil change. Omar took me in even tough I didn’t have an appointment and they were very busy! He gave me a great deal for both. Omar and Jesus are very professional, great prices and they attend to there customers very well. No wonder they were so busy!!!!!!! I’m glad I was patient thank you brake masters!

Ive been coming here for years.... Maybe 1 or twice a year but Im always happy to be helped by you guys. I always do my due diligence and check their work no matter what job they do. That isnt to say that they are sneaky or something, it should be common practice no matter what mechanic you go too. Ill be sure to come back.

I found this business through Costco Auto Service Program. My check engine light was on and the car vibrated while driving. They found out that the engine oil was very low. They were fast and professional.The cost: diagnostic fee $99.95 and 4 quarts of full synthetic oil $49.75.BTW: Costco auto service coupon does not apply to the above mentioned service and products.

This place is awesome! My brakes were squeaking bad so I stopped by. Not only did they get me in and out in 1.5 hours but Omar gave me a great deal! I was in here on Saturday as a walk in for brake inspection. Even though they looked extremely busy Omar and Jesus took me in and fixed my brakes and rotors! I get worried being a woman on my own, but Omar is very professional and personable he even gave me a discount! Thanks you guys again!

Approached this sham place of business for a brake inspection as stated in their ad. The attendant Omar lacks any semblance of customer service, Had his friends there visiting and listening in on each interaction with customer. Very disturbing when sharing contact information. Upon questioning us why we needed an inspection, he asked if we were going to get a repair done if warranted. He was screening us to avoid the inspection. This place will waste your time with their pay to play approach. Shame on you Omar for being such a snake. Sadly businesses like Brake Masters are closing daily in this country and this employee is oblivious. You just lost a loyal customer with your unprofessional shenanigans.

Me and my brother came in with my car the other day, Jesus one of the front end managers gave me absolutely the best service I had ever gotten from any shop on general, he took us out and showed us exactly what was going on with my car and explained how it got to that point, he gave me the best price and warranty they had to offer ...no longer jumping around to other shops! brake masters is my one stop shop and go all the time now! They would not honor the warranty on the alignment.They took the car for a short ride and said it was fine. They refused to put it on the alignment machine.I had to go to the Good Year Store in Redlands CA in order to get the alignment problem completed.Steer clear of this company.

Awesome and Friendly Place. The gentleman Louis helped out my friend a few days ago. Her car tire blew out out of no where and unfortunately she did not have all the proper tools to change it. She was literally down the street from them and they were able to help her out at no cost. I tried offering them food, drinks and a cash tip, but they humbly declined. Absolutely awesome customer service skills with a friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much for helping her out in her time of need. You and your team are amazing.

Took my Audi, Nissan, and Pontiac in for suspension maintenance and came out of the shop extremely satisfied with their customer service and auto service. Any issues after work is done and they dont back down from making sure that their customers leave confident enough to know that Break Masters gots your back. Omar is great at getting you the best deal with high quality work.

Definitely recommend this place for 2 reasons. The pricing is way cheaper than most shops! And 2 the customer service is great! What more can u ask for! Omar hooks it up go see him I just had my water pump changed!

I like the professionalism and kindness

Went here to have my front brakes done on my truck and the techs and service personnel were very helpful and friendly. This location is close to the Citrus Plaza which is a nice walk while waiting. They also have a small waiting room with a tv and coffee. They did the job within an hour and half and you can make appointments online.I will return here when ready for back brakes.

Second time coming here and I really like the service! Got my brakes done great price and done on time. Omar Always has great customer service highly recommend ask for him!

Not pleased with Brake Master having to go here for my front brakes to be replaced and to find out that I was told that I needed to replace my rotors when that was not the case so not very pleased with this Brake Master.I ended up calling a 24/7 hour mechanic and replaced my brake pads and said my rotors were good didnt have to replace my rotors

I have been here about 12 times in the last several years for oil and filter changes, transmission flush, and coolant flushes. I have brought both my Mother and my own vehicles. Excellent customer service, excellent value, and all around excellent experience. They do a great job and are very efficient. I am very pleased with Redlands Brake Masters.

STOP GOING HERENEVER GOING BACKBRAKE MASTERS IN REDLANDSReady bad customer service, I never had any customer service like this before. They lies to customer, they hook you into really good deals and kick you out with increasing prices. They costs so high take so long to do their jobs.

The in store manager - Luis - was really nice. Only problem was the parts (Parts Authority) store delivery driver made a mistake & delivered the wrong parts, making my wait time a bit longer than planned for. My total time there was almost 2 hrs! Not any fault of the brake store, just the delivery driver!

Beware of possibly fake reviews. This place has a much worse reputation than these users suggest. I found this out from other locals after the owner gave me a ridiculous estimate for alignment that included replacement of a whole lot of parts I definitely did not need! Id recommend getting a second opinion at another shop. The Yelp reviews are more accurate and scathing I suggest you check them out too.

Professional and wonderful service, but I do recommend making an appointment

I came here 5 years ago for front and back brakes. I paid a little over $500. Right after I got home that day I could faintly hear a rattle. I took the car back and the tech test drove my vehicle to listen for the rattle. He came back and said he didn’t hear anything. So over the years the rattle has gotten worse and worse to the point that’s all you hear when driving. I finally had my breaks redone today. So what happened? The tech that did my rear brakes didn’t install them correctly and put two front pads together and two rear pads together. Thankfully the mistake they made didn’t damage my car or threaten my life. However listening to rattle worsen and worsen over the years has caused me great emotional distress. I was a student and didn’t have the money to fix the issue at the time. Stay away from this company!! I wouldn’t be so upset about this if they had taken my complaint seriously at the time and double checked to make sure the job was done correctly.

I asked for a free estimate and they said I have to wait 1.5 hours.

Havent had any work done yet but it seems to be good. Will let you know...

Very poor service and customer service. Our car AC was serviced twice in less than 5 month. They just fill Freon despite of a known leak without fixing the main issue.Today I also requested the mechanic to check for a different issue and without even checking he just said change all brakes. He indeed refused to check the car as he was busy. How can I do a 300 dollar job even though the car was not checked!Not professional neither good price. They list no appointment needed but then they do not do a good job.

Possibly my worst experience ever at a maintenance shop. I called to get a quote on both front and back brake replacements and rotor resurface. I got a quote of around $250. I show up and then they quote me $337 after I had already called. Still, it was cheaper for About $100 than the competitor so I decide to still not lose my calm and look at it as an honest misunderstanding and decided to go along and get the service done. Then they called to tell me that my vehicle was finished but that I also needed the back brakes done. So that got me even more furious because they wanted to charge me another $180+ for the back brakes. I go back to the shop to dispute the difference in charge and for a second time I decided not to lose my calm again because now it was going to be $400 and supposably the back rotors were replaced for free. I still decided to go along and got the service done and agreed to pay the $400. I leave the place a second time to pick up my check and get a second call to let me know my back brakes are also done. I come back and now he wants to charge me $530 dollars for Parts and labor. I was beyond furious. I told them if that was the case I could have gone to pep boys and put it on my credit card for much less from the get go and not have waisted my time. I feel as if they were using deceptive sale tactics to get deeper and deeper into my wallet For simple break change that I could have done my self but I decided to pay to enjoy my weekend and all they did is put a biter taste now. I definitely don’t recommend this place. This will be my first and last visit. I don’t care if I got lifetime warranty or not.

Great service. Friendly advice, fair price and they fixed my car that morning. Five stars!! Went there after five months of getting the run-around from dealership mechanics and my tire-store, to try and figure out why I had a rumbling in my tire/wheel. The mechanics took one drive around the parking lot and diagnosed the problem immediately. They called for my part right away and fixed it within that morning. More than I expected. Adam and David do good work.

I use to work on my cars but because I’m getting old, I took my 2015 car here to get my back disk brakes done. Once they did an inspection, they gave me a litany of what the car needed that exceeded $500. I told them to put the tires back so I can take it home (and fix it myself. Glad I read some of the reviews here where someone brought in a car and suddenly got billed for more things). As soon as my car was being brought out by the mechanic, he told me I should have them change all the pads because they are metal to metal. Dude, I know when it’s metal to metal. The guy at the counter took a long time to explain to me and I looked into his eyes to figure out if he was truthful. You can bring a brand new car here and they will tell you that there are lots to fix.Customers, see for yourself and decide. “An Honest Brake since 1983”? GIVE ME A BRAKE!

I saw some bad reviews here and Im sure it was from previous management. New manager Brendon is awesome, and helps you out with what direction would be best to fit your budget! I would suggest giving them a second chance...Thank You Brake Master

Because google made me give at least 1 star. They deserve NEGATIVE 5.They are now under new ownership since at least the beginning of 2013.Under this new ownership, their quality of work and customer service has gone downhill.I brought my jeep in for a simple alignment 69.99 they said. I waited there for 6 hours with my Jeep. (Never should have taken this long). When I got my final bill, they charged me $290. They had cut of a tie rod end (that I never authorized), followed by not verifying part prices which racked up the time to find the part plus an absurd amount of the parts on top of that all of their misc charges. What a bunch of crooks. Wouldnt advise anyone go there for anything. They even ripped a guy off right in front of me for a car battery when all he came in for was a flat tire. Along with trying to force unecessary work on to customers. DONT GO HERE.

Great service and quality work at the redlands Brake Masters

Came for brake service on a Thursday morning and they took care of all of the issues with my brakes within 2 hours. Quick turnaround and friendly service

They know their stuff.

They took my car out for a joy ride twice (to check to see if the car pulled to either side) after I told them the car didn’t pull. I could hear the engine super loud as they passed by each time. Then they told me that the alignment was bad. So after I paid, they gave me the results and ALL OF THE BEFORE AND AFTER VALUES WERE IN THE NORMAL RANGE!!! This place is fraud.

I was stuck right next door to this place and the manager acted like it was such a BIG problem to let one of his workers come to see what was wrong. I am disabled and had to walk over there and back. Not only that, my grandbabies were with me with the youngest one of 3 months of age. Then my insurance wanted to tow it to this place after his refusing to help us earlier. They only help when you got money. Businesses like this should literally go out of business. Thank God I found out in time where they were going to take my vehicle so I could tell them no way.

The people at Brake Masters are scammers they will try to get you to do a lot of maintenance that has nothing to do with the problem of your car to charge you an arm and a leg I told them I had my radiator flushed when some radiator fluid leaked out from changing the thermostat they said it needed to be flushed again and just to refill it would be $50 you can refill it yourself for 10

I set up an appointment with omar for 5:00pm for an alignment. When i got there he told me that he couldnt take me in because they close at 6.
