Do not buy your car from this dealership.I purchased a car from them in August. I checked it out, took it for a test drive, and did everything that I needed to do. The car seemed to run fine. I hadn’t had the vehicle for a month before I started experiencing issues with it overheating. Before I could diagnose the problem, the car overheated and died on me. I had it towed to the dealership, and they informed me that the head gasket on the car had blown and that they would not take care of the issue because it was “outside of the warranty.” The only thing that they would do was a quick patch up job so that I could take it to a mechanic that I trusted. They also only offered me a measly $250 toward repairs. I took the vehicle to a mechanic, who fixed the head gasket, but after spending a couple grand on that repair, I am still experiencing issues with coolant loss. I have reason to suspect that this dealership was dishonest about the car’s history and/or that they neglected to properly maintain this vehicle. I cannot stress enough how dissatisfied I have been with my experience with Top Quality Auto Sales, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Buy your vehicle elsewhere.

Knowing how difficult and dishonest some used car dealers can be, I believe that Top Quality is likely one of the best. Issa is soft spoken, and explains best what he knows about automotive maintenance and potential problems in particular cars. They are affiliated with Autoscope, which is a long established German car mechanic in the same building. I believe that they would not sell a used car that they know will have major maintenance issues in the near future. Since I live within walking distance, I know that they will be able to fix any mechanical problem that happens to the used car I purchased from them. .

I was referred to this shop when my beloved husband needed a car to get around when he was diagnosed with Cancer. I needed a comfortable and reliable car to make the daily drives to city of hope for treatment. When we went here we knew this was the shop we wanted just from meeting Issa the owner. He helped us purchase 2015 fully loaded Ford Taurus or our dreams. He give us an incredible deal and still took 10% off purchase price to wish my husban good health. Sadly, 2 years later my husband passed away. I returned to this shop to just talk about a change because of the sad memories. Issa once again greeted me and put me in something more young and youthful! He took the Taurus in exchange and we were on our way, without even a penny from me. I cant thank this guy and his love for humility enough. God be with you and your family always. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

I wanted to give my review after I had my vehicle for a while so I could write a review based on both my experience and quality of vehicle. I would have to say without a doubt I would recommend Issa and the group at Top Quality Auto Sales. Issa was a great salesman and is honest and real. i have bought many vehicles and it was one of the best experiences in all my years.I bought a 2007 Ford F150 with low miles - 87000. the truck was just what i was looking for and Issa negotiated a price with me that we both were happy and that was a good experience. I was driving it a few weeks and the check engine light came on so i called Issa and he said to bring it in and did not hesitate. To make a long story short he had Joe and the boys look at it and it was a simple bad gas cap, that was it - super simple! Issa did not charge me due to the warranty they offer. I daily drive the truck and since then it has been an incredible truck and i could not have been any happier. I have bought many used cars from many used car dealers and I would not hesitate to recommend Issa and Top quality Auto Sales. Their cars are top quality!!!

I dont post a lot but have to on this one And can’t believe this is the first post....Was in the market for a car and had been looking for some time for one. Looked at junk and test drove junk! Wanted a BMW but was analyzing the options of a better economic car like a Honda, Toyota or Nissan that would also hold its resale value down the road due to a new job that would be requiring daily travel. I had my eye on a BMW that Top Quality had. I finally went there and test drove the BMW. Joe, the owner Of the mechanic shop there went with us and told me all that had been done to the car and what still needed to be done. The car was in great condition and drove great despite the remaining part that had to be changed. Joe has been there for 30yrs and that speaks volumes for his reputation and was a plus to start of with. After returning, Issa came out and we were talking and he showed me all the work that had been done to it and as you know, working on BMWs is not cheap! I had a couple other cars to look at and returned two days later and purchased the car. I will say that my credit was sub par due to my previous lemon law car that I had to rack up CC charges for rental cars until it was bought back. My down payment was a large one as I knew any finance company would want that larger down payment due to the credit score issue but after a short while, I was approved and signed all the docs. The final part came in and Joe went to work and was able to pick up the car a couple days later. Joe and his mechanics went the extra mile on making sure the car was in tip top running condition before letting it go. Also, the first oil change is on them! I I am a good judge of character and this is definitely a place to not only purchase a vehicle from but to have tour vehicle serviced there as well!Thanks Issa and Joe,,,Ill be back to see what you got on my next vehicle!

I bought an 07 forester from Issa. I felt no pressure when I was looking at the car. He was very calm and very patient even though it was almost closing time for him. He even waited for my wife to go get money for the down. So he told me that he gives out a warranty on everything he sales and I thought that was awsome. So we signed the paperwork and drove it off the lot. Well on the way home i notice smoke coming out the back of the car. I stopped and called Issa at night almost 10 PM, he answered the phone and let me know if I couldnt get the car back in the am then he would send a flat bed. After I left my car with him he let me borrow another vehicle and reassured me he would get it fix . His father Joe is a great mechanic. He fixed my car and havent had an issue since at no cost to me. Issa and Joe are great people and took care of me and my car. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks Issa and Joe

Good dealership. Bought my Bmw 5-series from here almost 2 years ago and the car has been solid other than normal maintenance and notorious cooling problems which didnt start till well after a year of purchase.Only had to replace radiator which is common on this car but other than that is has 184,000 miles starts every morning and pulls hard. Id recommend this place to anyone if you want to find people that are honest and are not shady which is hard to find these days.

Scam Fraud

Cars are crap. Within weeks after purchasing a car from these guys things started to fall part. Check engine light came on it needed new injectors. Car leaks oil like you wouldnt believe. Transmission went out two months later. They sell crap cars stay away. Have only put 500 miles on it and out $3,400.
